I went in late in the day with the front wheel off my Yamaha and needed a tube put in. They had the right tube in stock and managed to get it finished before closing. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable the store was very clean fairly well stocked. Overall a very good experience

Drove an hour to them to get synthetic 2 stroke oil for my skidoo 850 summit x after confirming over the phone multiple times that it was the skidoo xps 2t synthetic oil for 2 strokes just to find they were talking about mineral oil to which I then got offered xps 4 stroke oil to which I har to point out was 4 stroke oil. Will not be calling that place ever again

What a great experience. Gary worked with our son who wanted a certain bike and they got that going. After I found out more details, I talked with Gary and he gave me some great advice. My son changed his decision after we talked about pros and cons, and what a great bike he got. Gary got Danny involved and they helped find insurance that was way less than what my own insurance wanted. I would highly recommend them. Very nice people but just not helpful enough or willing to make a deal on 2 kawasaki 300 dualsports. Too expensive over charging by far! Plus you have a 6 month wait! Try Premier Powersports in Yakima ask for Kevin! Made a deal and fair plus the cheapest in Washington state!

Talked with them about a raptor 700 about a month ago they held it for me till I got there today great service in and out riding it about an hour later

I have always been impressed by their service, but today I walked in for a new tire and tube and walked out with a yz450f. The process was completely hassle free and the finance department were great to work with! They walked me through the bike (dos and donts) helped me load it and set me up with a loading ramp. Needless to say they have a customer for life.

I purchased a new CAN AM side x side from these people and they treated me great! They had the machine put together asap for me to test drive it around my busy schedule. They answered every question i had. A very important factor of this deal was they didnt try and rope me into a more expensive machine. They were very down to earth and treated me like i would want any other dealer too. They got me what i wanted and what i needed at a price i was good with. Go check them out.

Got a great deal on a Yamaha 700 raptor, but plastic was scratched up right out of the crate. I drove 4 hours, so I was pretty disappointed to get a brand new unit that was already scratched. Yamaha and dealerships should stand by their products better. I realize its going to get scratched up anyway but Id like to be the one to put the scratches in it.

Friendly parts staff, theyre willing to help any way they can even if you ride an old Honda.

Super impressed with this place. You can see clearly from I-90 that they have a massive showroom and I don’t know of any other shop that has a motocross track behind their building. Usually it seems like you have to spend $15,000 on a new sled at any snowmobile shop to even get someone to actually start talking to you and I came in to buy one of the cheapest possible things (some oil) and I came out super stoked after I spent several minutes talking to Brad about the current Northwest sledding scene. Very good experience. These guys have earned my business for the long haul.

These guys are great to deal with. I priced all of the KTM and Husqvarna dealers in a 200 mile radius and they absolutely provided the best price. A big thanks to to Gary, Danny, and team for making this happen. I did all my paperwork Via Email and picked up the bike the same day. They are a prime example of customer service, with none of the BS sales gimmick talk.

They were extremely fast and great service, I ordered some pirelli tires on my motorcycle they had to order it and they came in on the second day also a new battery, and they were very prompt and courteous.

I can not recommend this business enough! Gary, our salesman went so far above our expectations to make sure that we purchased the right vehicle for our specific needs. I never write reviews as it is something that is about 132nd on the list of things that I could be doing however I wanted to write one on EP in Moses Lake. EP has been taking care of my 2017 FE501 since I bought it from a private seller in early 2018. Everytime they are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. All the while being cheaper than any service on the west side of the mountain. They have done my suspension, fender replacement, valve checks, and oil changes. Each time I go there they are quick to help take the bike out of the truck WITH a smile! This last time they even gave the bike a quick detail when they didnt have to. Very up front with pricing and in my experience never over (many times under) the quoted price. People wonder why I drive the 2.5 hour trip for this dealership and I tell them I will never go anywhere again for all the reasons above. Seriously good people. I hands down recommend this shop to anyone that is looking to get service on their bike. Hopefully I will be able to experience the sales side of the house someday. As far as the long drive for us Westsiders they do same day work and I get a chance to catch up on my podcasts.

The deal was done and i dropped the bike in the parking lot scratched the motor case,bar end, bent the shifter, sracthed the pipes and they still honored the deal we had previously agreed to i could not believe it. Baught a couple Yamaha Raptors from Seattle. Came in to ask about if they need Have jetting done since were at 1,100 above sea level. The guy at the parts counter said that they need to be jetted not only for this elevation but also if I go to another place that has slightly more elevation. Basically, he said that I baught a piece of junk because its not fuel injected and now Im screwed.The customer service on the show floor was not any better, I kept chasing ones down with questions about the gear. I was getting a broad and smirk replies. I genuinely wanted to know and did not give no one any problems about the lack in customer service and the professionalism.After being deflated I went to the Mountain View Polaris and the gentleman there said that the jetting is done from sea level up to 3k level. And its good that the jetting was done there.I double check that with another dealer at the Quincy. The owner of Chets Honda/Polaris told me the same thing that the Polaris dealer said. If I take it into the mountains then it will run richer and wont have that much power but the motor will be ok.Im glad that there are ones that know what they are talking about besides these guys.Recommend Mountain View Polaris!Ps,6 months later the motors are still bulletproof

Unbelievably horrible experience. They had rebuilt my bike, paid over $2000 for them to do so. Got it back, and less than 8 hours of running later it blew up again. Took it back, and they claimed it was my fault due to dirt being in the filter. They then attempted to charge me a giant fee for looking it over. Worst customer service. Never returning.
