My girlfriend loves this plus because of their great selection of craft supplies. From yarn to fabric to paint they seem to have everything you can want. But the best part is the helpful and nice staff.

The Moses Lake Joann Fabrics offers a moderate variety of sewing and crafting supplies. There is a large selection of quilting fabrics as well as some upholstery and other types. A few aisles near the front are dedicated to home decor such as signs and small decorations. Yarn, jewelry and paper crafts, as well as some painting supplies, are also offered. Although this store is small, it offers a variety of items and choices and the staff is helpful and cheerful. It is a great place to visit.

The store is bigger than it looks from the outside. They stock all the goods you would expect from Joann. When I went in there with my wife, they seemed to be extra helpful.

I love this store. Having just moved to Moses Lake from the west side of the state, I am used to bigger stores with more selection. But what I have never found in other JOANN stores is staff that is so friendly and helpful. From the time I walk in the store and the greater tells me about the sales, to the time I check out and the cashier helps me find the applicable coupons on my phone app, I am treated like a valuable customer. I always leave this store feeling positive.

This store never has what I need. They always say they have it in stock on the website and when I get to the store it’s never here. They never have any answers as to why they never have what they say they have. Their coupons have pretty much been limited to pick up but yet every time I’m make a online order they tell me 2 hours later that they don’t have what I ordered. One time I ordered it for curbside pick up and my order got cancelled because they “didn’t have it “ and so I went inside to get another color and they had exactly what I had ordered in stock and then wouldn’t take the coupon for online orders because I didn’t order it online. Just drove all the way there today after refusing to shop here for 3 months because they said they had what I needed and when I get here they have none again. Worst joannes I’ve ever shopped at. Thank God for Amazon since any other craft store is almost 2 hrs away.

The employees practically all know me by name and are all very friendly and helpful to help me find just what I needed!

I love to shop at Joanns! They are courteous yet not all in your face. I get lost in the store. Only downside at all, no painting mediums. Always a pleasure to go to though.

Especially with the Covid outbreak, doing arts & crafts has became my pass time. Idk about others, but I feel like doing something u really enjoy, & making something worth putting ur time & effort into making yourself, shouldnt be more expensive then buying some already made product somewhere else.

Great holiday selections

Found all sorts of beads for my necklace projects and they were ½ off! Had everything I needed...except for a peace sign pendant. Huge store and friendly employees.

I went in looking for a Cricut mat. The gentleman that worked there was very knowledgeable and helpful. The line was really long and for quite a while there was only one cashier. Eventually another cashier came. I only go in if I need to get something specific.

As a local business owner, I often buy many supplies from this location. However many time they have closed 5 - 10 minutes early and the manager has the worst customer service, and Im a business owner I know customer service. Until this manager is relieved, Ill be purchasing from their competitors.

The store is well-organized, has great customer service, a lot of great clearance items, go all the way to the back and you will find them. The seasonal specials are as you walk in. You can find a lot of great craft items for the kids. There is parking. The only thing I dont like is when they put the cinnamon brooms right by the front door. Some people are allergic and it can make the store visit very uncomfortable. I think its just important to be considerate about smells and scents, as some people are sensitive to it.

I ordered 3 items that were in stock in the Moses Lake JoAnn’s store in WA. I was given a tracking number that goes nowhere and it also says it’s been shipped for 4 days now. I live 70 miles from the store. Just called and spoke with a very young sounding gal by the name of Marguerita. I asked her if she could help me by me giving her the order number. Her reply was, sure you can give it to me but I can’t do anything with it. Really! Some customer service, NOT! I will think twice before I ever order anything from JoAnn’s again via mail order!

I basically live here because im always knitting or doing something else that requires a visit to one of my favorite stores.The staff is great too! Helpful and friendly.
