Great establishment. Big 5 in moses lake had all types of adventurous equipment and fun outdoor footwear. Deals here and there. Friendly staff eager to help with products. Parking lot had access and enough space.

This sore is such a hit and miss. Sometimes they have good options, sometimes they dont have any good shoes. Sometimes the deal are only 2 weeks apart. When the deals are good, they are really good! Other then that the prices can get spendy.

For common athletic gear and equipment, you usually find it here at a reasonable price. They try to have something for everything. And do they pack it in the store! But, specialty items are hard to find here. They used to carry a better selection in strength training equipment and have resorted mostly to fad items. That is true for most general retailers though.

Great shoe selection but they advertised all of these discounts and I wasnt much discounts trust me maybe down a dollar or two it just looked as if they hiked the price on their sale items and then discounted it back to the regular price the shoe deals though they were fabulous

Drove almost an hour to make another purchase of varsity volleyball items from Big 5 for my daughter 2-5-21. For the first time a young man employee stopped us at the entrance asking if we had a mask. Of course not! I am a free healthy intelligent American. He refused us service and I took my business elsewhere.I will not be giving my money to Big 5 EVER again.

Went in to get weights. They had a slim selection and not what I needed. We were not greeted when we came in. Not one employee asked us if we needed help. Looked at a few clearance items and left.

This trip was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced before at a sporting goods store. I came in prepared to spend hundreds on equipment, but when I asked a clerk (later identified as Liliana on my receipt) for help, she acted annoyed for my having stopped her. I ended up making a few small choices and went to the register, and it was the same clerk. I was talking to her about what I was looking for and my choices, and she didnt acknowledge a single word I said, even though it was directly related to the store. It got awkward and uncomfortable, but I still said thank you at the end--to which she again said nothing and simply turned and walked away. This woman acted like Id done something to her to deserve such rudeness. Im totally mind blown. Ill hit up every other sporting goods store in the area before I ever step foot in there again. Management clearly has a problem on their hands.PS Big 5, plus size people workout too. It would be nice if the clothing reflected that.

I had a great experience the other day. Lily (manager?) really went above an beyond. She answered all the questions I needed to know on a certain fitness bike I was looking to buy. I am new to the area but I will shop there again for this kind of customer service.

Let this business drown in the politics they are choosing to be part of. They stop you at the door if you dont have a mask so they clearly dont care about individual freedoms as a company. I purposely went there to support local businesses but since they require masks Ill go somewhere else.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I not only was ignored by two associates while trying to purchase a pair of shoes, then couldnt pay cash for them and didnt have time to put money on my card because I was on my way to work. I left with no shoes. I will never go back there again. I am treated this way every time I shop here so I am done.

Terrible customer service. This wasnt the first time going into this store and receiving the same unenthusiastic and nonexistent service. I was the only customer in the store. Im the one saying hi to the front cashiers. No one asked if I need assistance with what I was looking for or how my day was. A total of 3 employees with not much help until I asked for it. A young man that worked there helped a bit when I asked for it after he walked by me about 3 time. Bought shoes else where.

A bitt on the high side price wise...But a really nice place to shop.Great for summer gear of all kinds...Kids are a little snooty staff wise But it is what it is!!

The store was good and the lady who helped me knew what I was talking about even when I could not expliane it right. She understood. Me and was able to help me out. She was great I would go back to the store just to be treated so kindly and with respect. Good job big 5 for finding great people to work at your store.

I never had a problem till this last time we went in. My husband and I went to get me a pair of work boots and was waiting for help. There lady in front doing the regrister helping peopke and so my husband walk in there back room to yell for help they ignore we spent 15 trying to get help then he went and yell louder and stared at lady in back to come help after already acknowledging him before. She came out and my husband told her we asking for help the last 15 min from u in the back and u kept working. She laughed like it was hilarious. Then checking out the lady up front told me that was their manager.

Friendly staff were easy to work with. We were looking for cleats. The shoe area is a mess. They are all mixed, miss labled and strewn throughout the store. This took twice as long as it should have to find a pair of shoes.

Big 5 Sporting goods store un Moses lake has everything you need for a sport and hunting and even fishing stuff. And the workers there are so helpful and nice.

My daughter and I were able to find her a swimsuit to be able to go take her Scout, BSA swim test. She passed with flying colors.

Always in disarray but I like it. Good deal at times and has just about anything you want or need.

Service was really slow, found what I was looking for before the guy that work there. And when he can back he said we are out and I had the pair of shoes in my hand. Need more training.

Pretty good selection of stuff, people are super cool, and its a great layout to find things easily.But in a futile attempt to apply for a job here I was told by every person on their website I had not made an account. Seven times I attempted to register and apply, seven times I was thrown out like trash. Must not be looking for applicants that much.

Staff could have been a lil quicker at asking us if we needed help but overall not bad!

I used to go here for ammo when it was on sale but now the prices are crazy... I buy online now or at tri state. They sell ok camping gear for car camping. I usually buy golf balls from here just because I hate Walmart. Also not a bad store to buy a .22lr rifle. When clothing is on sale I will buy from here also. But the camping gear is better than Walmart.

Awsome, shopped at this big 5 while I was at job corps in 2007-2009, I was looking for adidas running shoes priced around $200-300 so I can go jogging, I didnt like the adidas choice, then a big 5 asked me if I needed help and then recommended I try the new under armour running they just got in priced at $110, great shoes and saved me a couple $$ ! ! I still jog in these shoes today october 2011 around greenlake in seattle, I put many miles into the shoes and they still look fairly new,
