I shattered my phone screen and this company was able to replace it and have it back to me before an hour. It was amazing! They had to special order my screen and it only took 1 business day to get it, and for me to bring in my phone. I will definitely come here for an future phone problem

Quick fix for my phone not my pocket.Had them put a screen protector on it was crazy expensive and 2 days later its lifting after they applied it.

Went here to get my 3DSs and DSs fixed. They were very understanding and happily took them in to get them fixed. Pretty cheap for the repair I needed on them. Would recommend to anyone needing game console repairs. :)

My phone had water damage from being dropped in the river. It had been two weeks since the damage so I anticipated the worst. CPR is a lifesaver, they took it apart replaced the battery and had it fixed within hours. I am very happy and very impressed!

The folks at both the Spokane and Moses Lake stores were wonderful to deal with. Very understanding and helpful. Jessica in Moses Lake was super thoughtful and gave great information. Even though they were not able to repair the phone I brought in, they gave me as much information as possible to continue my search for a solution.

My experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair was great. It was beyond expectations. My old iPhone died out on me, but Jessica, the general manager, gave me a great deal on another one.I was more than happy to do business with CPR. They offered an in-store credit for my old iPhone to go towards the new one. Tony, the main person at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. Having a Samsung Note 8, I figured I was out of Luck on getting the screen AND back case fixed, for one, the curved glass screen, and also the back being glass. Well, not only did they have parts in stock, it was done in about an hour. Also while in store I noticed they had several hard to find dime batteries. Id been looking for months for a special one for the laser sight on my pistol, they did not have, but Jessica the manager, tracked down what I needed and ordered my a few. Service above and beyond my expectations. Also the phone repair was $100 cheaper than what other shops quoted me. For those having extended time repairs they have loaner phones for you so your never without a phone. They also have refurbished phones for every carrier at 20% of new price. Also have laptops, tablets, and even DRONES, and of course lots of new cases and other accessories. Really cool to have this here in town, definitely my new place to shop for anything Cell phone related. I met the owner too while there for my first time, really cool guy. I hope they get the business they need to stay open in our small town!! So check them out!!!

Lovely experience, Saul is an expert! At burning your wallet... I have never felt more used by a business aside from the money hungry veterinarians of grant county...my 19 year old cat was ill during my initial visit with Saul, asking for a quote on replacement of my battery and charge port, which led to Saul spending nearly an hour writing a 3 sentence quote that didnt take battery or charge port replacement into account. $377 just to replace back glass and screen . I was in a hurry to return to my dying cat and while I knew Saul was taking me for a ride, I didnt have time to ask for a proper quote. I returned days later to actually get my phone repair. Saul took an amazingly long time to write out a bogus service statement...and again, focused on my cat, I just wanted to leave the phone and head home. After spending days begging for financial help from strangers, I was able to get my 19 year old cat to Quincy Veterinary Clinic, but didnt want to make that trip without a phone. I picked up my phone, got the bill and immediately asked why the battery wasnt listed in the repair. Saul claimed I hadnt mentioned my battery or broken charge port...I responded that Id need my phone for the day to get to quincy safely and that Id return for proper repair. My mother was dealing with the insurance on my phone and noted the odd service bill, being very angry with the results...so I was forced to go back to CPR to confront Saul, while holding my dying cat.I walked in, told Saul he knows why Im back and needs to make it right, to which he played ignorant. As of this writing, Saul hasnt made it right and my mother is sitting on pages of conflicting records Saul laboriously typed up to print out in a very particular fashion, to help confuse his objective, milking my phone repair to as close to $600 as he could. My cat died within reach of me on June 27th...while I wont blame Saul for her death, I will blame Saul for some of her suffering as he played games with me. Far as I know this is the only phone repair service in Moses Lake...if theres another option, go there....P.S. Saul made the cash money move to refund the extra charges...doesnt rewind his initial Intent...but its a step in one direction.

My PS4 wouldnt eject discs, so I called on CPR to see about fixing it. I was met by a super friendly and helpful staff who knew their stuff. I brought it on a Friday and got it back as good as new on Monday. Not only that, but they made sure to try to fix the old parts so I wouldnt have to pay for new parts. Class act establishment here! I will be back.

I had a screen replaced for my iPhone and they did a great job. Communication wasnt the best - I didnt hear back from anyone when my phone was ready to be picked up, so I had to call them a couple of times myself to find out if my phone was fixed. But besides that, the quality of their work was great. I would come here again in the future for other repairs.

My Samsung Note 5 melted and the battery puffed up after filming a lengthy youtube video. The phone still worked but was scary to use with the inflated battery. The back also popped off which left me not wanting to take it anywhere. It sat on my dresser for a few months out of commission. I decided to give CPR a try. They were able to order a new battery and replace the parts that had broken apart. My phone is as good as new thanks to CPR.

I had a note 9 that I ran over with my f350 in the gravel. The screen was shattered very bad. I dropped my phone off with CPR and had it back in 2 hours good as new. Great experience.

This place was stellar and ready to do a last minute repair and I had the phone back in less than 5 hours (previous repairs already in progress) the only thing Id advise is to keep your expectations temepred if you have a newer phone. It wont be a 100$ if you have something like S8 and above or a iPhone 11

I went there to fix an iPhone that wouldn’t turn on and the screen and camera was pretty destroyed, they only charged me 200 bucks for a screen,camera and battery and got it done within a day! Best believe I trust them to fix my phones more than anyone else

My ipad glass shattered on a tile floor. The price quoted included labor & parts which was the most reasonable in town. I was expecting to have to wait a week for an ordered part, but they had it in stock so I was pleasantly suprised when it was done within two days. I’ve struggled with the HDMI port for a long time on my PS4. I took them 2 consoles and they had them fixed in a day!! They also hooked me up with a free dust cleaning while they had it apart! My only regret is not doing this sooner! Thanks guys!
