I need to be contacted by the owner. I was in the Moses Lake branch at 7:30ish on Tuesday August 3rd 2021. The female manager yelled at me I asked the price of a lighter it said 99 cents and I knew it was usually more. She yelled saying she had just moved it. When I told her no this is where I grabbed it she continued to yell. I told her to check the cameras. This may sound like no big deal but the way she was yelling. Like I was trying to steal. Shes the manager.

Good selection. Great location. My favorite part was the employees though. Polite, knowledgeable and very honest. It was refreshing.

The place has a great selection of smokes and miscellaneous items.Unfortunately the staff is rude.

Theyre always so nice and it is super quick everytime. They never even ask what I need now because they all know. Codi is absolutely amazing, Ive seen her deal with really rude customers and she remains professional even while being talked down to or rude to. She is always so sweet to me and anyone Ive seen her interact with! I really like them all Diana is really nice and I just recently seen a guy completely dismiss, get rude, and not respect her and yet she still put a smile on and helped me out, they shouldnt be treated so rude!

Worst service EVER!!! The clerk named codi is one of the rudest and inappropriate workers I have ever came across at a store. I hope this message gets back to a manager or owner. She needs to be fired without questions asked.

Great customer service, good selection, and neat, organized and easily visible product layout in the shop.

What can I say they R where I go to get smokes and a jurky for my little dog witch is about the only place I take her in the staff is friendly and she my dog gets pets & treets.

I used to love coming here for cold fresh tasting beer, but anymore it seems they don’t want to keep my beer in stock. It has been gone for months and months. I guess I will just have to find a new place!

My husband found the cigars he wanted at a reasonable price. I found some novelty items for other smoking. Friendly crew.

Every time we visit we get great service. Last week we were here looking for vapes and the cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable.Not only do they have vapes, they have pipes, beverages, (pop, alcohol, water) incense, incense holders, lotto, cigars, cigarettes and snacks.
