This is by far the worse pharmacy in town. Messed up prescriptions. The most irresponsible staff. Thank God I only half to go here a little longer for my dads prescriptions. Lake Town is by far the best. Customer service of any business in moses lake

Hi, I am visiting Family in Warden, from CA.Brian, Rochelle & ALL Pharmacy Employees Went Over & Beyond what they did, to make my Medicine available yesterday. Calling my Dr. In CA. And more. They helped me be Better for my Daughters wedding, today. I have Chronic Panic Disorder, But they assured me they would make it work, And was ready by 6:00. Pls. YOUR EMPLOYEE ANGELA NEEDS SOME SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!in my experience with customer service, it is against any policy to argue with a customer and escalate the situation! I dont appreciate being called names! I dont appreciate the extremely rude demeanor and being talked down to! Walmart pharmacy is about to lose a regular customer of an entire family, due to Angelas extremely poor attitude and customer service!

There a little slow because of the volume but there helpfull and friendly.

They have always gone out of their way to make it a good experience for us. Recommend to others for sure.

I am trying contacts...he just hands them to me...and leaves...I went back twice...same thing. Then I called and I cant read. They tell me to wait and W ont give me my prescription.
