An online post doesnt do any justice for this AMAZING place.The short version: I got the single best smoothie in my 21 year life. ITS SO GOOD RIGHT NOW!!!the full story: I was driving by on my way home when a saw a kitten get rammed in front of me at 25-30 mph. I immediately hop the curb and park behind his store. I burst through the door and ask the owner (behind the counter cleaning) can call dispatch to send animal control because a kitten is under his truck dying. He didnt even question it and immediately called dispatch as we go assess the situation. He was very calm, collected, and funny with the situation. It was great talking to him for 15 minutes and he was VERY NICE. Almost like we were friends for ten years.Dispatch gets there, collected the Lil kitty, and we tell what we had seen. PROPS TO YOU ANIMAL CONTROL. YOURE AWESOME TOO!I then went in the store and got THIS AMAZING SMOOTHIE. I CANT EVEN DESCRIBE HOW YUMMY IT IS!

Many different flavors of ice creams to choose from and its a great place for family, friends and kids!

I took the kids here after going to the movies on Saturday evening and it definitely made our night. The girl working behind the counter was all by herself and handled the rush of people very well and with a smile.I was impressed not only by the service, but how well she treated my children. To me that is rare these days...because of her and her excellent service we will definitely be frequenting this store more often.

It has really good ice cream and at a fair price Im just a little upset because they arent aloud to serve samples.

I asked for a cake there and the ladies attitude who gave me the cake was rude also the cake was messed up the picture on it was all messy and crooked honestly never going again

I LOVE Baskin Robbins ice cream!! The Moses Lake store has been here for as long as I can remember, a true staple in our community. I have watched owners and workers alike grow from little kids to adults with great joy. The customer service is awesome, its really one of my favorite places to go!

Love the great service and courteous manner. He handled each one of the five kids enthusiasm over a childs scoop over a sugar cone with a great amount of patience! This is a Sunday tradition after church, so well be back!

The dudes here can sling some ice cream. Super friendly and the place was jammin on a warm fall afternoon. Shop could use a face lift as some of the stuff is worn out.

The service was good its just really bare inside now. Maybe they were cleaning? I havent been in for a while. He had to go in the back for bananas, no cakes or pre-packed quarts.

The young lady behind the counter was very nice and the kids really liked the ice cream. Didnt have as many flavors as they normally have but still had all of their favorite kinds.

Always a tasty treat with so many flavors to choose. Ive never had unfriendly service here.

Worst customer service ever! They let people that came in after us cut in front of us. Then they were scooping ice cream out of the coolers that had covers on them for the people that cut in front of us....but when we went to order they said the ice cream was to soft because the coolers broke down earlier.We got feed up and left. We wont be returning anytime soon. :(Do yourself a favor...skip Baskin and Robbins... Go to Dairy Queen!

Moseslake,wa. Great real hot day store by lake purchased a tub of venaila ice cream me and my companion dog zippy a French version of Wenner hound.went home and pinged out Oklahoma peconds and strawberrys still got4 gals left .your ice cream is the best Ed Ribbeck.
