They came a block down the street from their place of business and unlocked my truck door as I locked my keys in it. He was there 10 mins I guess and I had to pay $60.00 but whatcha gonna do?

My car was towed on a Saturday nite around 9 on from my friends moms driveway because she didnt recognize the car. I came here at 12am, 3 hours later. They would not come let me get my car at that point. Told me it would be 9 am. Got here at 9am . Its 9:50 and still noone. Plus, they r trying to charge me 160.
