We have ordered dining room furniture and living room furniture for our new home and they are really good quality products. We had minor damage on a nest of tables and when I mentioned it the manager had the item replaced within a few days. Very good service which is always much appreciated.
Very helpful. I didnt have my phone with me the day I visited but then couldnt find the sofa I liked online. I emailed them at 5pm and later that evening got a reply with photos attached. A few issues with advice when we returned but all sorted before we left and overall happy with the service.
Extensive range of contemporary and also traditional furnishings. Showroom well presented, staff made contact but happy to allow us to browse. Parking right outside off street and for customers only. Well worth a visit.

Weve always been happy with our buys from the Ballymena Creations store, but recently bought a chair from the Belfast store. The stitching was coming undone at one point and we quickly advised Creations. Despite emails and phone calls assuring us it will be fixed, theyve taken no action and weve had the chair for over a month. We dont sit in it for fear of compounding the problem. We should have demanded a replacement chair at the outset and would recommend anyone with similar problems to do so. Creations havent even responded to our last two emails.
Very impressed with overall service particularly the very helpful and friendly lads at the pickup store at Seaview. Creations management, take note. These guys do a great job with a smile.

Excellent home furniture and accessory store based on Boucher Crescent. Parking directly outside with easy access to ground floor, and access to upper floors by an internal lift, so no problem for disabilities or for prams! Café now permanently closed due to Covid sadly. Ground floor is laid out in room style with sofas or tables with accessory furniture around creating the feel of a real room, including bookcases, side tables/nests, lamps, paintings etc. Upstairs is laid out partially with sofas, then moving into bedroom furniture - beds, wardrobes, drawers and again artwork and lamps creating finished rooms. Excellent selection and excellent inspiration for interior design. Highly recommend a visit!

Staff member that delt with us was quite abrupt picked 3 items adding up to £1003.00 pounds. We asked as you do if there was any deal to be done for a bit off only to be met with the attitude thats the price like it or lump it. now its ok that it was a set price but its the manner in which you deal with the customer. And she was most definitely lacking in this area. Then as we were leaving were sure she was talking to one of her colleagues about the people who had the nerve to ask if there was any chance of even £3 off. But we just left and went to bedworld Italy design where Nial was more than helpful and we spent over £2000.00 on a bed and furniture which frankly were better quality than creations. Just a bit of common courtesy in the manner in which you speak to people would have avoided this comment.

Ok to deal with in store but when it comes to the cowboys they send to build the furniture it’s a shambles, wrong screws used, rounded off bolts and not to mention nothing being tightened

Not just for furniture, the restaurant is to die for n hey not a chip in sight. The range of menu even keeps me happy n that is no mean feat. I’m a plain Jane when it comes to food. The staff are fantastic n the owners are so down to earth they serve n clean tables nothing too much for them, but beware you might have to wait for a seat it’s that popular

Has some beautiful furniture, but with prices to match. Personally had an issue with a courier of the delivery company Creations used to deliver a new sofa. He broke a piece off our entrance door and refused to acknowledge it. Not strictly Creations fault, but I considered they contracted him. Fixed door myself.

Great selection of Super Quality Furniture with the added Bonus of DALTONS on the 1st floor. Service here in Daltons was Fast, Staff were pleasant & helpful and the food was GTEAT. You must try the Daltons Special Sandwich. White or Brown Toasted Chicken, Bacon not too salty, lettuce, tomato, mayo. Tea for 2 - the tea pot was large & told by the manager to ask for a top up, at no extra cost. Well Priced @ £7 & worth it also. Nice Selection of Pastries also on display. Lovely comfortable seating and very clean. Located next to Mc Guirks Golf on the Gteat Boucher Road and across from Matalan, TK MAXX & NEXT.

Got a dresser from creations which was delievered on time and was exactly what we wanted. Good cutomer service, got a small discount for also ordering coffee table and TV unit. Id recommend them.
Ordered a chair on 12-3-16 - I have 2 issues - firstly that it was not made clear at anytime in the shop that delivery would be at a cost of £30 on top of the price of the chair - the sales assistant should have made this clear never mind the exorbitant cost for delivery of a single fairly small item - I only discovered the cost a week later when clearing out my receipts - but to add insult to injury the chair has still not been delivered and it is now 21-6-16 - over 3 months later - it was on receipt that delivery was 8-10 weeks - we have of course rang several times to no avail - I would expect the company to be following up but it seems customer service stops when you have paid in full in advance

Although Ive shopped happily with this shop for many years I was extremely disappointed when after buying cushions one day and returning them the following day because the colour didnt suit, I was given a credit note instead of a refund. I was informed that is the policy of the shop. Any other store e.g. M&S, Next,Dunnes would gladly refund.I feel this is bad customer service and knowing this will definitely think about recommending to others.

Creations is a local furniture shop with a few branches. The one in Boucher Crescent is spacious and has a good selection and ample parking.
Creations offers good quality furniture at a reasonable price Ive quite a few pieces from here from mirrors to bedroom suites.

Youll not believe this but creations have a sale on. I know, its crazy. They hardly ever have a sale on....
No negotiation on price, they charge for delivery in Belfast which I think is a bit cheap. One gripe I had with the delivery was the manager told me it was a courier they used and nothing to do with them. I didnt have cash to pay the courier so he called the office to take the payment over the phone, guess who he called ... it was the manager in the store.
Daltons is a beautiful coffee shop inside the Creations store. It servers a range of warm and cold food and has plenty of sofas for casual coffee and tray bakes as well as seated tables for theri range of beautiful hand made sandwiches and open paninis. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly and service is excellent.Free wifi as well!!!Will definitely be back again - soon.
Dear sirs.It is with deep regret that I write to inform you on the poor satisfaction of both communication to your customers and on customer relations.When I rang your company on the 11th May 2016 at 16.10 hrs I was told that my table any six chairs had arrived and were just awaiting clearance. When I rang again on the 26th May 2016 at 15.24 to see why I hadnt received any calls from yourselves to arrange the delivery I was told again that all items were in stock. As you can see I was the one who had to ring to see were my order was. Personally I believe this should be your companies job after all you are providing the service.Then to recieve a phone call on Friday 3rd June 2016 at 12.34 hrs to say that two of the chairs were not in stock. When they had arrived in this country or so I was lead to belive on the 11th May 2016.At the end of the day the good were paid for up front after the service I have received I will neither be using or recommending creations to anyone as the customer relations is absolutely dire. Why should the customer have to ring to see why he hasnt received a delivery date fifteen days after he is told that the goods which he has already paid for in full are in the country.Yours FaithfullyRobert S Roy.
