Recently I purchased a combo set of clippers from Sallys, they said I couldnt return it in store due to Covid. I was instructed to reach out to the company brand: Andis, whom they assured would process my refund. I called the customer service number multiple times, only to get an operator stating she is sorry no one is there to pick up, to try again later? I had to contact them via email. They finally replied and said they couldnt issue me a refund because the set wasnt bought through them directly. So, Sallys lied. This set is extremely heavy; when you have multiple haircuts lined up, working with a heavy set can become intolerable! However, the real issue with the clippers is they became extremely hot 15 minutes into the cut! I had to apologize to my customer and refer him to finish his cut elsewhere. This set was not cheap and now it is costing me even more money!? Bottom line, I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience. I was denied a refund from both Sallys and Andis. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this item and the lady at Sallys that recommended it to me. I want a refund!

Horrible at treating customers with respect. They dont want to help you find what you need... they wont even register you with a sallys card if you dont ask.I really miss the original staff. They were very helpful. The only thing Ill buy there now is hair color. Id rather pay for a cheaper version of anything else than go there.
