The doctor was excellent and really nice. The staff was very helpful. Just a pleasant experience.

Amazing optometrist and staff!!! Scheduling was easy and exam was a breeze!!! No waiting long hours to be seen. Staff and doctor were super friendly and helpful!!! Well worth the drive from Cook County, definitely better than driving to Valdosta as well. Selection is not too overwhelming, can easily find what you like or need.

If there was an option for half a star, I would pick that instead. They are downright rude and lazy. And now the only good thing they had going is gone now which was the doctor. Especially Kim, her unhelpfulness reaches a new level. Don’t waste your money here!!! Don’t come here EVER. They hate doing one minute of work. Go somewhere else, because they will always make it impossible for you to buy glasses or contacts. They are polite and accommodating only to other white people. They only smile when they think you are going to make a big purchase. 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I stood at the counter the lady rolled around in her little chair for about 30 minutes looking at me. I finally got another lady to help me. We waited almost 2 hours on the exam....When we came to set up the appointment it took almost an hour to set it up. They were rolling around in that same little chair. Neither one of them seem to care.

Went in to see if thy had my insurance on file because I hadnt received my card yet, and the lady was very friendly and able to locate my information quickly. Scheduled my appointment and completed eye exam and ordered glasses! Very pleased with the staff and service as no one was rude/arrogant.

My experience here was distasteful. The optometrist who works here is amazing. She was patient, informed, and very thorough. I was in and out in no time, and she answered every question I had with no hesitation. The Vision Center on the other hand, was much less helpful. I was treated with unmannerly behavior. While they were very kind in person, as I tried on frames, they were not accommodating when I called back 2 months later. While trying to order contacts and glasses from an outside provider, I contacted this Vision Center in order to obtain my prescription. I called several times this week, September 27th, 2015, and every time they refused to help me in reading my prescription. I was told that they could not help me with understanding the prescription, as I was ordering from another retailer. Of the two women who I spoke with, they were very rude! I had to make several calls to have them fax my prescription to me, as they were very reluctant to do so. Although I no longer live in the state, they insisted I had to come in person. Overall, I found them to be unprofessional enough to deter me from ever visiting this Vision Center again.

They are so rude and non helpful... The optometrist is very nice but the rest of the staff is rude and unwilling to go out of their way to do anything helpful....I should have just kept driving further for better customer service...because this place sucks!!!

The vision center staff is rude. They were unwilling to help me understand my prescription because I was buying contacts and glasses from a different provider. They refused to fax my prescription to me unless I came in personally.

The first time I arrived here I was making an appointment. While I waited patiently for a while for the women on the phone to finish her conversation with someone about personal business. This was the assistant store manager making me wait while she was arguing with someone about her kids football cleats. When I returned for my eye exam I arrived a little early to fill out papers and waited for her to finish with another customer. Her name was Kim. She was assisting a elderly senior and her caretaker. Her attitude was unacceptable as she was being snappy with the elderly woman. Then I finally saw the optometrist and she gets 5 stars she was very caring and highly professional. After my exam I waited for the Kim while she was on the phone yelling and making inapporpriate conversation with someone again with personal business. Then when she assisted me she was snappy and somehow my glasses were priced grossly high. When I told her that I had vision insurance all of a sudden the price came down, still highly priced though. I left afterwards thinking it wouldnt be wise to do business. Later I called corporate and told them my experience. But I desperately needed to get glasses so I walked in the vision center again the next day and Kim was working and replied I got a fax this morning and I didnt relize I was being sarcastic yesterday. Already being irked I told her I was on a busy schedule and needed my prescription. She gave me a look and started slamming things around, but afterwards I got my prescription.Bottom Line: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Really rude staff, walked in to get some glasses and after 20 minutes of waiting while the woman there was on the phone talking about her kids. I got tired of waiting and tried to get her attention and she got visibly upset and as she talked to me she made faces. Really unprofessional I will be calling corporate. Her name I believe was kim.

The staff wasnt to helpful. Took a long time to have appt due to Eye Dr. Schedule. No discounts for Medicare insurance.
