The pharmacy and always nice but slow.

If I could give less than one star then I definitely would. The CVS in Moultrie gives the company such a bad reputation. My prescriptions are never filled when theyre scheduled to and most of the time when I ask them to fill it it takes more than an hour. When I sit inside to wait most of the employees are just standing around doing nothing. Sometimes I try to call in advance to make sure my prescription is ready but they never answer the phone. Ive been on hold for more than an hour before with CVS. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE

DO NOT!!! DO NOT use CVS Pharmacy if you don’t want to lose your mind with your prescriptions being filled wrong!!!!! CVS is understaffed and overworked and this caused mistakes!! Not to mention horrendous long waits in the phone and in line!! My prescriptions were being filed using the wrong plan in spite of my giving them my ins card!!! I’m going to be checking to see how much they need to refund me.....but, they’re so poorly managed, I may never get a refund!!😡 Changing our pharmacy TODAY!! We’ve had enough!!! CVS Corporate is ultimately to blame!!!

Variety of different services while picking up medicine

They helped me get an emergency prescription from the VA. It was ready for pickup by the time I drove up to the drive thru. Caring and friendly staff

An African American representative is so rude and non professional on phone when calling to confirm meds. Lord please help her change her impatience.

Medication was not ready. You cant pick up through the drive through. You cant expedite through the drive through for a 20 minute wait. So if I tell you I will come in, why do I have to take up a second persons time to tell what I told at the window just so you will expedite it. Maybe thats why you are behind. Zero on customer service.

The place is filthy the entire store. Please dont use the bathroom it has not been cleaned looks like in ages. Trash can running over, toliet disgusting and trash all over the floor including the store. Just down right disgusting!!

The staff members are not friendly or helpful. The staff does not care if you get your prescriptions filled on time. They only want to make excuses for their poor time management skills. I will be finding a different pharmacy. I highly recommend that you only use this facility as a last resort.

Not only are the call waiting times extremely long; they also refill my prescriptions without my Permission or being on automatic refills! They gave away one of my prescriptions and told me that I picked it up! Which is problematic because when I actually need it I’m gonna have to pay full price for it because I’m going to need it before my insurance will cover another one!They have also told me previously that my prescription was ready and then when I got there told me they didn’t even have the medication that I need! Getting all my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens because it is a better pharmacy, and has better pharmacists. You also get to speak to someone immediately instead of waiting 20 minutes which is a real big plus! I don’t suggest anyone going to CVS!!

My first impression is that I called this place and stayed on hold in Moultrie GA for a VERY long time. It is nice inside and when you are there but the phone service is ridiculous.

I went into the pharmacy right at closing on a Saturday night, after a trip to the ER. The staff were friendly, compassionate, and did not rush me.

Your APP is no good cant find me or my meds on it

Pharmacy employees are polite and always speak to my daughter. They make her feel important.

Got a prescription filled 2 weeks ago, 30 pills for $4. Dropped off another one today for the same medicine, 28 pills this time. I was told it would be $12Went to pick it up and it was $27. When I asked what was going on I was met with a BS explanation and an attitude. Im never going back to CVS again.

Polite and respectful staff very friendly and helpful. But prices are almost exactly double what you pay at Walmart or Walgreens
