Absolutely worse experience ever. Completely screwed with purchase of a M6111. Ran 50 hours in 3 years because it blew up three times. This dealer and Kubota will not stand by a lemon. Pitiful. And will never own another orange piece of equip. Beware!!!

Terrible service after sale. Implements installed incorrectly, loose hydraulic fittings, bolts missing etc... all on a new tractor. Sales staff was great but, service department is poor at best.

The lead salesman (maybe hes the manager, too) has always been rude and acts like he doesnt want to be bothered every time Ive been there - maybe you have to be a good ol boy ready to spend half a million dollars to get his attention. He has also been very dismissive anytime we called with an issue about a purchase. Maybe its different if you buy a brand new product but I know we will never go back there nor recommend it to anyone, either.

Here’s my experience when I tried to buy a tractor:On Saturday, 17 March I called for a quote on a tractor and was told they would call me back later in the day because they couldn’t provide me a quote at that time. They never called so I called on Monday, 19 March and they said their system was down and they still couldn’t give me a quote. I called Tuesday morning for a quote, still no luck. They called back Tuesday and said they would send me a quote later in the day, but they never called. I finally got a verbal quote on Wednesday, 21 March and I told them that I wanted to buy the tractor and pick it up on 2 April, but I would need a written quote first. After a few more phone calls I finally got a written quote on Thursday, 26 March. I was told on this day that the tractor would be ready for pick up on 2 April. They said they did not have loaders in stock, but they would either order one or get one from another dealership. I explained to them that I would be driving 7 hours out of my way while on vacation and I would need a confirmation if it was ready or not before I left. You would think they would have the common courtesy to call and let me know, but this was not the case. It took 4 phone calls on the Saturday beforehand before the salesman finally called back that afternoon and said it wasn’t ready. I wish I had known this before I drug my trailer 1,400 miles on our family vacation. I called Monday to see when it might be ready and they said it should be soon. They apologized and said they would deliver the tractor to me. Well, after 7 days they never called so I emailed them told them I would just buy a tractor somewhere else...No response. So that’s what I did and it went a whole lot better than with Southern Tractor. I’ve never had such a crappy buying experience in my whole life; I don’t know how they are still in business if they treat everyone like this.

Absolutely worth the Drive.Everett was absolutely on target when it came to knowing what was needed for the duty of our tractor needs.We are proud new owners of a M7060.

I recently purchased a land pride rcf2084 mower and I love the mower but Im very disappointed in Everett Gay. I looked at it several weeks ago and when I was ready to buy it I called Everett and agreed to buy it I told him that I wanted chains 2 tail wheels and the skid plates. I went to pick it up on a Saturday and noticed the skids were missing, Everett was not there so when I pointed that out I was told to call Everett on Monday so I took the mower and called on Monday and was told that he would order them for $40 or i could bring the mower back, no thanks. I will buy the skid plates at another dealer. If you are looking for honesty and integrity dont stop here.
