This place is very special to some people! People that knows the history of Baell Mercantile! But now the torch has been given to a company that is good too and good people! Glad to get to know the Thomass a bit more than knowing their store!

NO customer service whatsoever! Not one single employee offered to help me the entire 8 minutes I spent looking down 4 aisles for a particular part I desperately needed. Wont have to worry about helping me ever again unless theyre the only place open and its an absolute emergency!
