My mother was referred to the hearing aid center by a close friend. She was assessed and fitted a few months ago and really enjoys her new ears. She always has a great experience each time she is seen, from the very first visit to her follow up visits. Everything is explained from how they work, how to insert them, how to store them and how to trouble shoot any problems. Often times, like most other individuals she forgets the instructions and has to return for assistance. But she is always greeted with a professional, friendly and sometimes humorous assistance. Losing our hearing is a misfortune that no one looks forward to but I can say by my mothers testimony that having a place that is local, you get great service (Paul McDonald) and it doesnt break the bank is a blessing.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Donnell. He was very gentle in his words and actions. (You can say he has good bedside mangers). What I enjoyed most was the comfort ability and good atmosphere of his office. He took his time explaining things and made sure that I understood. He was my third hearing aid doctor back in 2018, but I choose to returned back to his office. Because of the wonderful and good feeling I had then.I been without hearing over twenty years. I feels great that I can hear today. Thanks to Dr. Donnell. If you are in need of hearing aid please visit Moultrie Hearing Aid Center.

I was in need of new hearing aids, therefore I decided to research hearing aids on the internet to help in deciding what was currently available. I have been wearing hearing aids since 2009 and I knew the ones I had were out dated. I spent quiet a bit of time reading about different hearing aids trying to decide what I thought might be best for me. Somewhere along the way I came across information about Moultrie Hearing Aid Center and decided to give them a call, even though Moultrie is approximately 50 miles from my home. I am very glad that I called and spoke with Mr. Paul J. McDonnell as something made me feel comfortable talking with him. After talking with him for a few minutes I just had a feeling that he was sincere in wanting to help his customers get a product that was best for them. Shortly after I spoke with him the Covid 19 pandemic got in full swing, therefore I decided to put off my search for hearing aids, but I did not forget about Paul. Late October I decided it was time to get new hearing aids. After doing more research I called Paul and talked with him again, and decided that even though it was approximately a 1 hour drive each way I would make an appointment with him for a hearing test. He told me to make notes as to what I expected the new hearing aids to do. Paul stated that I should bring my wife with me for the hearing test so she could talk with me to see if I could understand her voice with the correction that he found I would need. November 6 we drove to Moultrie for the hearing test and I was impressed with Paul and the way he conducted the test. I had tentatively selected Pronak Audeo Marvel hearing aids and he agreed they should do what I expected. Once he received the hearing aids we scheduled an appointment for me to return to his office to let him explain how they were programmed to my hearing needs as well as how to wear them and care for them. Paul never rushed me and seemed eager for me to ask any questions that I was not sure about. At the conclusion of that visit Paul scheduled another visit 10 days later and told me to make notes regarding things that I was hearing that I had not been hearing and whether it was good or bad. During the return visit we discussed things that I had been hearing that I had not been hearing before I got the new hearing aids. He also asked if I was pleased with what I was hearing and did I feel he needed to increase or decrease the amplification level. I got the impression that he truly wanted to be sure that the new hearing aids were programmed correctly for my needs. For anyone located in South GA that feels they could benefit from hearing aids I would highly recommend giving Paul at Moultrie Hearing Aid Center a try. I think you would be well pleased with his service.
