The little old lady talk TO MUCH. She tell every black person who she sold a home to in Moultrie business. I understand she think she trying to help the business but she not. Also told me about she was hugging a black man one time and another customer made a racist statement to her. You spend most of your time listening to her talking compared to actually talking to a sales person. She tell her business and everybody else business. Bad for business

Large choice of homes. Dont have the option of talking to the owner. Sales lady is rude. Wants to tell you her life story and how much money she has. Will give you a quote and then raise it the next time you come in. Homes on the lot bring the same price or more than a new one!

They have a nice selection of homes that are staged well, and the pricing reflects this. The manager lady is overtly racist and not very polite. I chose to buy from another company.

I had called this Wayne frier a few times to talk to someone a sales person, everytime I ask for someone the old lady that answers said they are busy that she can help me, she was very very rude I ask to talk to a Buck thought that was his name she laughed made me feel,real stupid and said Honey its not Buck its Buzz I was ok sorry wow, she was not the person I wanted to talk to to sell me anything if anything she turned me away with her attitude, very bad customer service..wow

I always liked how 8 was treated while looking for a home. They have a good selection, and were also able to customize options for you.

Everything was nice

They have some nice houses.

Not friendly at all. We went in to use our VA loan and they turned us away. Went right down the street to hall and also spoke with clayton homes in valdosta and they welcome the VA program.

They seem to be pretty reputable.

Bathroom was not open and power was off but it was a car show
