Probably the best UPS store i’ve ever been in. Customer service was amazing, and they answered all of my questions. The store was super clean and each employee seemed ready to help with a smile on their face. 10/10 recommend Moultrie’s UPS store.

UPDATE: Gave them another chance today. Much better. Friendly. Attentive. Thank you! **********So, its 7:40 am and store is closed. Sign on window and Google states open at 7:30 am. But lights off and no one here. Please respect your consumers time. By being on time or post correct hours of operation. Google stated business updated a week ago, so not sure if the owner or employees are aware.

Customer service is non-existent. Manager wont return phone calls. My package was lost at the site before being scanned. Conveniently there is no video either. Have called multiple times. I have even called Corporate but still no help from management. I hope whoever took my package enjoys the shoes.

We were in Moultrie for a large automotive swap meet (November 16-19,2017). I left my prescription sunglasses at home (6 hours away) and my daughter shipped them to this store. Also, we shipped a heater part off our RV to a repair shop in Ohio. During these transactions, I asked about having labels (return and recipient address labels) made for my Christmas cards. Each of the ladies working offered to help me and said to bring in my laptop. I didn’t have access to a printer in our camper and I was having difficulty merging my Excel and Word documents. So I took my laptop in and they were able to figure out what I needed to do - - had both set of labels made. All three transactions and interactions with personnel of this UPS were cordial, helpful and my shipments were completed with no problems. Since we attend two shows a year at Moultrie, we will use this store again if we need their services. Tommy and Samantha went the extra mile in helping me with the labels.

Amazed at the customer service! I know it wasnt her job to help me with my printing but Tomi went above and beyond assisting me, despite my lack of computer skills. 5 stars
