Went to Rydell Motorsports to look at a used bike ended up buying a gsxr 1000.The sales man Elvis an manager Craig were very communicative,friendly an professional. They actually had a newer bike come into there inventory that I really liked an worked with me above an beyond just a seller/buyer an actually made sure I was taken care of an totally satisfied. Scott and the gang did an excellent job! I was able to see all the bikes, new and used, sit on whatever I wanted and eventually test drive whatever I wanted in a no pressure atmosphere. I bought a Triumph off them and Im super happy with it. They serviced it, cleaned it up and did an oil change with a full tank of gas. Do the research, they have the best prices with the best selection. Dont buy without seeing them. I will buy and trade every bike through them from now on.

I couldnt decide whether to rate this place a 2 or a 1 star. After my experience of looking for a motorcycle I found that after looking at this locations prices and comparing them to other places and consulting official salesmen on the topic at hand I found that everything at this location is extremely overpriced. If its not the overpricing of the products thatll get you it might be the fact that they dont always work. I was promised that they do regular checkups on their bikes but after going in and taking a close look at their Blue GSX600 Suzuki I realized the front headlight didnt even work! This was not what I expected considering their routinely checkups, this was extremely appalling. During my interest in this particular motorcycle I also noticed loose wires that I was told were add-ons. Another fact about them that I found astonishing was the fact that they dont negotiate prices, this was an instant head turned for me and something I couldnt believe considering their prices. The GSX600 I previously listed runs on their sight for around $8,000, after going to multiple other locations and talking to family and friends who make a living off of selling/fixing motorcycles they all told me this price was insane, most of them were surprised its cost more then $7,000 and even thats high, considering the damage, the loose wires, the water damage, and it overall not even working and being illegal on roadways was surprising! Lastly, I was interested in recently renting their Polaris Slingshot and after calling on the phone to ask the age requirement/rates I was told 18 years of age and $199+$15 for insurance for 24 hour rental, after asking 3 times on the phone to confirm the age requirement to make sure I didnt hear him wrong he stood strong at 18 years of age; when I went to the shop I told them this information and the same guy who told me the 18 years of age policy told me the very next day you have to be 21 years or older to rent, this wasnt a surprise since I figured it wouldnt be rent-able for people of 18 years of age but nevertheless thats what I was told. The list can go on and on but this company has many issues and seems to have a few loose screws all around, especially when the employees dont know their stuff and constantly screw up their information making this whole business seem like a scam!
