3 calls totally over half an hour on hold tk not even get to reply to explanation as she hung up as soon as she finished speaking! Will be move my prescriptions elsewhere by the end of the week! Calls multiple days in a row for the same presentation ask for delivery then get a text the following day say its back to pickup. Call to speak to someone and as I go to reply to what she said she hung up! Done with here!

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a covid test and told last minute my test isn’t working? Or getting verified. So for future reference tell your customer before they sit in the drive thru for that long.
Usually Id rate this store five stars. I live nearby & frequently come in for candy or necessities. Today I was looking at easter candy and a male employee walked up and asked me if he could help me find anything. I said No. He persisted with what are you looking for? I was surprised and I was looking at chocolate and candy. He tried to send me to the first aisle, I pointed out I was looking at the candy end caps and in the other aisles. His response was uneasy like he thought I was a potential shoplifter or mental health case. I did not feel welcome. I felt like I was been watched and profiled because Ive got an old coat on and paint on my pants. The ladies who work here know me as a regular- this sucked as an experience.

Have had constant issues with the female pharmacist. Today took the cake when a friend of mine I was on the phone talking to told me he went into the store asking about covid testing for someone he knew but hadnt been around in over a month. The female pharmacist totally mishandled it and told him he had to leave the store. He didnt say he had it he said he was asking for a friend and the woman lost her ever loving mind and someone else had to help him because the pharmacist just kept telling him he had to leave and NOT give him proper guidance. It took me helping him get the answers. Shes supposed to be a healthcare provider even though shes not a doctor. Well she fails every time I have questions for her. She acts like its a bother to answer your questions or help you understand something. Greg is a MUCH more pleasant person to deal with and does his job quite well. The female pharmacist has to go because shes constantly rude to customers!
08/13/20 at 5:30pm....Okay, pink eye which can be caused by bacteria or allergys or eye drops just for relief. I asked the young lady, she didnt know so she asked the actually pharmacist, nope, need a prescription, i replied yes i know but do you have anything to help relief it if inly just a little, They both looked at me. Okay so that is rude and while i an fine with rudeness, i have zero tolerance for incompetence. If you cant help a customer, pkease find a job elsewhere. If your job is that hard to answer simple questions, maybe the pharmacist career is t for you.Yet, walgreens was able to help, so was the cvs in target. WOW

Had a prescription filled at this location and they shorted me on antibiotics. When I called to let them know, the lady was rude and unapologetic. This CVS was way out of my way, but I made it work to go back. Upon receiving the additional pills, again rude and unapologetic behavior. I also needed to purchase some nasal spray and the woman asked that, I go to the front to make my purchase. I politely said no, an let her ring me up at the pharmacy. I will not be going back.
Prescriptions that would usually be refilled within a day have been taking up to a week or more. They often just close the drive through without warning because of staffing issues. Prescriptions havent been ready on multiple occasions after getting notification they were ready for pickup.Staff that isnt constantly turning over is always very nice for how stressed out they seem - which makes it appear more like an issue with management. Regardless, save yourself a mountain of headaches and just pick somewhere else... anywhere else for your prescriptions.
Struggling to walk due to my medical conditions, its nice to have a drive through for my prescriptions, especially on rainy days. But today the drive through was closed with no explanation. But inside they were still able to give me my meds, but no reason why they ignored me at the drive up window when asked.
For the last 2 years straight no exaggerating here they have never had a prescription of mine ready on time ever . They stare at me like a deer in headlights every time I walk into the store. Worst part is I cant switch pharmacy due to insurance and proximity to the nearest CVS. CVS get your game together terrible experience time after time Im sure Im not the only one feeling this way.
I mainly just use the pharmacy here & that staff is phenomenal!!! As long as they keep being awesome I will never go to another pharmacy. They are so helpful. Especially Natalie! Dianne from in the doctors office provided the worst service I’ve ever received in a CVS. Wasn’t willing to help me with my insurance card and my mom’s ID because I’m an adult but have previously received help at a different CVS location under these circumstances. The way she said she couldn’t help was rude and she didn’t seem to show empathy for a very sick patient. Would not recommend, Coon Rapids and Blaine locations are much better!
Don’t get your COVID-19 test here! A week (estimate was 2-4 days) and no results. They also do not respond to inquiries. No phone; automated emails only. USELESS.
Yesterday was my first time ever going in this store because I needed to get a prescription filled asap. The 2 ladies working in there was so rude and act like they didnt see the customers waiting. I waited for 20 mins and no one ever walked over to help me so I left. I will never go here again!
Everytime I get meds from here they tell me a time and then I get there its a 20 mins to hour wait after the time they tell me. This location has been like this for 3 years and never changes or gets better so if you go here have a lot of time to wait.
Just walked in to CVS and had a very rude representative that look down upon me because I had my construction work in clothes on. That was very sad bad representation of what CVS should represent customer service and a positive attitude they should be there too
Went in for a flu shot. They are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. Head pharmacist was stressed out.
I use CVS at a Target in Shoreview, MN. If I could go elsewhere, I would, but insurance prevents it. Slow to respond, have had issues with a medication in which theyd actually be out of stock, or keep changing manufacturer, and my doctor dislikes that. My only recourse is to go to a CVS drugstore and hope for better.
Literally the worst, most incompetent pharmacist and staff ever! Pharmacist couldn’t be bothered that my prescription was not correct, and after I waited on hold for 30 minutes all she had to say was she “guesses” I should call the doctor. Horrible service.

I walked in to check a price on an item and while walking out the cashier / manager said “can I help you find something” No thank you and he said something to the customer in line he was checking out. Obviously I’m walking out of the store, your not going to catch me at the door mid check out and capture my business so the question is inappropriate. He follows me out and gets my plate like I stole something. I have never been told I give off any impression of someone who would steal, but this is how this store makes you out to be a criminal if you don’t buy something and walk out which I rarely do. I definitely don’t need to feel like that again so I will not be buying anything from cvs again walgreen will be my choice from now on.
The overall appearance of the store is well kept. The most of the staff is friendly. But I do have to agree with the other posts about the pharmacy manager. She screams.... so loudly at her staff. Its very uncomfortable for everyone around her. The other staff on duty is so embarassed. And just kinda shutter. She seems very miserable and has never been friendly. Its nerve racking to shop near the pharmacy let alone get a prescription filled. I have stopped going to this location for months at a time. Hoping it was just a bad day. I feel bad even mentioning that I was told to pick up meds the wrong day. I would hate to put any one a fault in her presence. Maybe she needs a vacation? She should not have the authority she does. The other employees seem much happier and in good spirits when she is not there.
Pharmacy is slow inside and 10x slower at drive through. Always spell name wrong even though i always spell it out for them! & occasionally rude. Pharmacy staff constantly changes they always get rid of or let go of the good ones. Even though the staff is usually friendly, kind and courtious in the store part.They only get a 3. Mainly due too pharmacy. Update 3.13.18. removed 2 * because. This pharmacy has forced me to drop a medication & forced uncontrolled detox because they lose called/faxed in scripts my Drs office sent 3x twice with other scripts. If my insurance wouldnt dictate my pharmacy id leave in heartbeat
The store has really become better than it used to be, they are still working on staffing issues I think, but has improved considerably from where it used to be!
Stay away from this CVS. I was recently shorted 30 tabs of a med. This is the latest screw up, Ive gotten wrong products, had prescriptions not entered into their system correctly, and had to come back 5 times to get yet another prescription done correctly.Seriously. Stay away. Oh, dont forget the pharmacy tech who always yells. Dont expect privacy from her!

Never available to take call ANYTIME I call... Im forced to use thembc of mt prescription plan. I WISH I could go somewhere else but only cvs is on my plan. And the time I went to minute clinic! Oh my gawd! I set the appt a week in advanceand arrived 10minutes earlybut bc some dumb dude was on computer for that whole time he was seen first and ihad to wait nearly 45minutes. Hate this place.
Came here with my girlfriend to use the bathroom and get snacks and drinks. I was shopping she was looking for the bathroom and it was locked so she asked for the key and they told us the bathroom is only for customers then the worker walked to a co-worker started bad mouthing us to her. Needless to say we put or merchandise back and went elsewhere. Dont ever go here
Havent been to this location long enough to say anything bad. I just switched from the horrible walgreens down the road, so far both visits i was helped right away both inside and in drivethru. I love that Cvs gives u the special cap on liquid medication that connects to the syringe so u can tip upside-down and easily dispense correct amount with No mess!! I used to come to the minute clinic at this location years ago but stopped because the nurse was a B. And always talked down to us for not having a primary care clinic. Hopefully shes gone by now! But the store looks neat and the one young lady in pharmacy was super sweet.
Very unorganized, the place is very messy (prescriptions/pills were all over their counters), presciption pickups are never ready (wait times are over a hour), pharmacist Sue is very rude and uncaring.....I could go on and on with this list but dont have the time.
The store itself is good. Often times the cashier is off somewhere stocking and some of them dont pay attention to customers that are ready to check out but for the most part they do. The pharmacy however is terrible! Ive gone to this pharmacy for many years and they have really declined. It really seems like they have more than they can handle. The people that work in the pharmacy really are not that knowledgeable. One guy couldnt input my insurance card-and its a pretty common insurance. Whenever someone has a new prescription they really dont seem to care if you know everything you need to know about taking it. NEVER once have they asked me if I had questions about it-every other pharmacy I have gone to has always asked if I have questions about the prescription. They are slow (or just highly over worked, im not sure), have to wait on the phone forever if you call them, or wait in line forever for a prescription. My pharmacy extra bucks are not adding up, and they cant explain why but they really dont seem to care. Not to mention the last 3 prescriptions I have filled they couldnt complete the prescription. So the refills I had to go to walgreens for because I wasnt going to go back to CVS twice a month for each prescription to get enough supply. In the process now of transferring all of my prescriptions to walgreens.
Pharmacy told me to come tomorrow, i come back tomorrow, they told me not ready today, come back tomorrow. I then told them ya told me to come today and ya tell me to come tomorrow?? Then the pharmacy lady told me wait hold on, goes in the back and 5 mins later come back and said, can you come back in 5 mins, our shipment coming now and i will get it ready for you. Seriously?? Okay. I dont see no shipment outside?? But oh well, came back 10 mins later and they say they dont have enough for prescription. Going home and get prescription somewhere else.
