Just wanted to say thank you to the guy that brought the lift out yesterday. You had it in the perfect spot so I could easily get it upstairs with our lift, not many know how to operate our lift! Very professional! Thank you

I work for a nursing home and often use this provider to help patients get the equipment they need for home. Midwest is always so responsive, easy to work with, and gets the equipment out so quickly. I have had a hard time finding a good DME supplier until now, these guys are amazing! Thanks for all you do.

They helped me step by step and were so supportive. I had to get hospital beds for my parents moving to assisted living. This was a difficult process and Amy and Steph with processing were amazing and supportive. I had to call just about everyday. They were so kind and patient with me. So thankful for there help during this tough transition for our family.

We loaned a hospital bed from them and we purchased our own wheelchair for my father. When he passed the company driver came and took both the bed (left a mess on the floor) and his wheelchair. I called the company the next day and told them a man took his wheelchair which was not theirs to take. They told me that their equipment has stickers on them and the driver must have just grabbed it without looking. After 2 days they found his wheelchair in the warehouse, a driver brought it back without so much as an apology. This shouldnt have happened and I was already grieving. As a daughter who just lost her father the company could have showed some compassion.

Terrible company to order from, they need more to hire more employees so deliveries can be made on time and efficiently, and the employees have a lot of negative things to say about their management, how they are mistreated when they work and everything is mismanaged, would not recommend them till they make an adjustment. For both the customers and employees

They are very experienced and helpful ... I cant ever get an appointment ... the hours are very limited and since I have only one morning a week to have time to get an appointment for my CPAP which I need to be using and cant ... this is the second week and last day I am willing to wait
