I like this one. You dont even realize its only a fraction of the size of a normal d and b. Its like they cut out all the b.s. and kept everything good.

Fairly decent selection and good prices. I picked up some linseed oil for a woodworking project and it was cheaper than on Amazon. It would be nice if they had a bigger hardware/home repair selection. Another great thing is that the employees wear face masks, showing they care about their customers safety.

They have good customer service, and their prices are reasonable for the type of business that they run, but their online shopping leaves much to be desired and they dont have as much of a selection as the other stores.

No maskI went to the D&B, in Mountain Home, Idaho on Sunday, November 1st around 3:00pm. I went to look for an item, but did not buy it after all. While I was in the store I saw that they didnt have a mask mandate order for the customers and employees. I saw all of employees working that day and about ten customers were not wearing mask and or even keeping their distance from each other. My complaint is, not one employee was wearing a face mask! There was no protection of any kind at one of the inside cashier station; protection like a plexiglass shield of any kind to prevent from the COVID-19 virus. The main entrance cashier station did have the protective glass but the employee wasnt wearing a mask. The other cashier station further back did not have glass covering as well. All I can say, I will not be shopping there again anytime soon, due to unsafe conditions. I also advise anyone who values theirs and other peoples lives not to go as well! Mountain Homes D & B needs to definitely up grade their safety precaution in order to protect all customers and employees.

I am very disappointed in D&B Supply in Mountain Home. I went there today, November 7th, with the intention of buying dog food, when I saw that they are now requiring masks to be worn. I have been shopping at this location instead of the new Kuna store, which is only a few miles from my home, because of the mandate that Ada county has enacted. Even though it is almost an hour away, I have been going to the Mountain Home store because there was no such mandate. However, I will not spend another penny at D&B Supply. There is no mandate in Mountain Home, and many of the stores in town do not require a mask. I have been shopping with this company for 15 years, and it is very sad to see that they are becoming so liberal. I will now be purchasing my animals needs from other companies that do not feel the need to trample on my rights to decide to wear a mask or not.

Poorly stocked store. But I really think management needs to grow a set...They put a sign on the door saying No one aloud in the store without a face mask yet its not enforced. 50%of people in the store aren wearing any. Either enforce it or take the sign down

My husband and I came in to purchase some Timberland boots but the lady associated didnt want to look in the back for a size 11 and said for us to come back Monday. She didnt want to do her job obviously to busy talking with a guy in the front.
