Excellent service and reasonable pricing. Took about 2.5 months to get the parts but that just the way things are right now, no fault of the Owners and my mower is about 20 years old. Definitely recommend!
Very rude. Needed a part put together, nothing broken, told me I would have to buy a new part unit.They just didnt want to put it together. Not enough $$$ in it. Went to Morantz on buzzard roost cutoff.Great folks.
Everytime I and my Dad go in there the owners are nice and help you anyway they can. She even ordered parts for us and called when they arrived.
Needed almost all parts for my Z246 deck after I hit a huge rock. Dana and John were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will continue to do business with them. I couldnt have bought the parts cheaper on any website.
Getting a part and or tracking information on said part is a struggle but after a month and week I got my stuff
Went to but a chain for our chain saw. We had the mode,l brand and size and told us we need to bring in the chain or chainsaw to match it up. Really???? You dont have a cross reference book. Left there went to Orchlens looked in book bought chain. Hhmmmm imagine that.
Very friendly. Good efficient repairs at a reasonable price. May take several weeks to get mowers back because they are so busy, but, I think that is because they are one of few honest dealers in Mountain Home area. They also sell beautiful Husqvarna equipment-but Ive never purchased one there so cant say on that. Recommend getting yearly routine service in winter. They even powerwash mower.

They are very nice people and are knowledgeable about the product but I can drive to my guy in West Plains, MO buy the parts (that I got from here)pay for gas and still come out better money wise. Sorry but its the truth.
I firmly believe those people havent a clue about anything! I would highly not reccomend them to anyone! I gave them one star because you have to!
I bought a husqvarna mower from this place and paid over $3400 for it. It started cutting out on hills on day one. I was on my 5th cut when the deck belt snapped. I call and spoke with Dana about these problems. She told me I was not using premium gas and that was why it was cutting out. The 1st tank of gas was what they put in it. I checked the manual which said that regular gas is all that is needed. She said the belt broke because I was cutting to deep of grass and was also cutting branches which I did neither of these two things. She said I could bring the mower in if I wanted to. I found the problem of why the belt broke. They had left a linkage rod loose and it got into the belt which snapped it. Since she acted like they thought everything that was wrong was my fault and I could not see how this linkage rod suppose to fit I went in their store to look at another mower to see how it was mounted. I took the rod I had in to show her and she still had the same attitude. I left there and went to Greggs Farm Supply. I told them what happened at lawnmowers plus and they gave me a new linkage rod under warranty without me even having my papers with me. Needless to say I will never go back to lawnmowers plus for anything and will let everyone I know how I was treated. Greggs is the place to go for husqvarna mowers and parts. It is sad to be treated like this after buying a mower for that much money from this company.
Great people, excellent equipment. Buy here if you like to do local business with nice folks whove been in the business for a long time, and stand behind their products.
