This place has everything you need, and everything else that you didnt know you need until you saw it perfectly organized in front of your face! Came in for one thing, and came out with 17. Just an FYI, if you are an impulsive shopper be prepared or have an exact spending limit! this is definitely one of those stores that you can stalk your house with all the necessities and all the amenities that you could possibly think of. it is also a place that you can totally walk around and filled ideas for Home Improvement, or remodeling, or even just a room rearrangement but take a list that you can file home to see how plausible all those items are.They have very friendly staff, who actually know where things are! which is amazing because the one very random obscure items that I came in for and ask about they knew instantly where I can find it it!Convenient location, plenty of parking, and not too horrible a wait time to get through the huge line of people trying to checkout.Great job!

The store is HUGE and has most anything you could need/want. I have been coming in here to swap out and get new sodastream refills. Sometimes their canisters are out but they literally have so much for your home it is a great go-to spot. We got everything we needed for Thanksgiving and for our new home here. Be sure to sign up for the emails so you can get electronic coupons!

Terrible customer service. Be careful, do not expect to be able to return anything even if defective. The manager, Jennifer, was incredibly rude justified that because theyre closing the store ALL SALES ARE FINAL even if something inside a box is non-functional.

Easy to get to, and lots of parking. This store had enough staff to help you. ve bought a lot of different items from this store including towels, throw pillows, shower caddies, art work, lighting etc.The quality has all been pretty good too. If you like to cook, then youll be happy to shop here too as their their selection on kitchen items is huge.

I ordered an item from BBB and paid for a membership to get a discount. I waited for 2 weeks and my order was canceled. So I contacted the customer service wishing to get a refund for my membership fee. Shockingly I was told that the membership fee can not be refunded since its been used it on an order that was canceled by BBB! This is a fraud to me as I didnt do anything wrong. All I got from shopping and Bed bath & beyond was wasted 2 weeks waiting for an order that was never available and paid for a completely useless membership. Good job BBB! Great way to run business!

I love this store and they are very friendly... I think some of the employees are upset at how people can just come in and steal stuff without being prosecuted...so I can imagine why some of them can be a bit annoyed at people...but they are closing that store soon...

What a wonderful place to lose yourself!Believe it or not, it was my first visit to this BBB. Many years ago, I accompanied my aunt to one in San Jose, but since it was so long ago, this visit felt as if it was the first ever.Because I recently moved, I received a coupon for 20% off my entire bill, so I decided to check it out. The trouble was there was so much that Id wanted but had to wait a while because there were measurements I needed to make and wasnt certain what would work. Anyhow, by the time I was ready to shop, I had incorrectly remembered the expiration date and lost out on the coupon. So I didnt buy much, but there was PLENTY more that I could have bought!From kitchen items to bedroom things to bathroom and closet storage and organizers, this place has it all.My only complaint is this: Because this store carries EVERYTHING, its actually a bit overwhelming. When I entered, not knowing what to expect, and was confronted by myriad shelves and wall displays and slots, I was gobsmacked! Without a clear plan of attack in place, I decided just to start with the nearest section and just wander aimlessly through the aisles, section after section. Needless to say, I was a good hour-plus inside, just familiarizing myself with everything. There were kitchen appliances and storage/organizing pieces that I liked. There were lamps and desk chairs I thought might work. There were shower caddies and closet systems that interested me. But all I bought was a car shade, which, actually, Id been meaning to get but hadnt seen anywhere, and a fabulous framed print!All in all, I enjoyed just browsing around. I intend to return either to this store or the one in San Jose and finally get the storage and organizational pieces I need.On a side note: I must apologize for taking so long to get to this review because there was one associate who helped me so much, and I cant recall her name. (She was a lovely black woman with an unusual name that seemed as if it were two names combined into one, such as Donella. Hopefully, if anyone from the Palo Alto (or is it Mt. View over there?) store reads this, that will help identify the woman who deserves praise from her superior for her excellent customer service.) But she was so very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help me out. Basically, my friend was telling me about a product but couldnt give me a name. All I had was a description, which I told the saleswoman, and she kindly hopped online and searched it out for me. They had it in the store, and she then told me where to find it, saying she wouldve taken me to it, but there were other people in line. Unfortunately, I didnt think it would work after all, but I still appreciated her help and kindness. It wasnt expected but definitely appreciated.

Place has a bigger selection but misses some of the lower priced specialty items it once carried. However there are several party games on sale. Store is beautiful and the older customer service reps make you feel at home. The younger ones make you feel like a dollar amount.

Wonderful employees. Very helpful and kind. A lot of the items in the store are organized by brand instead of by item. So in the bedding department, instead of a wall of blankets everything is organized by style. Makes sense, but means more searching if you come in just to browse pillows.

Got here few minutes after store hour to buy a Dyson v11. The crew was so nice to let us in, brought out both models to explain the differences. We are also able to use the 20% off coupon in addition to their current promotion.

They dont have the things in stock that they have on display and the personnel is either straight out rude or just disinterested in helping you.

Pretty decent selection, store is pretty clean and well-organized, and the staff is nice but not overbearing. We came here because I received a gift card for my birthday so we just had some cash to blow. We found some stuff I had been needing for my kitchen, although a) why werent there any Pyrex loaf pans (I had to get OXO) and b) why doesnt my cooling rack/baking rack fit well into any known cookie sheet, neither at the store nor at my house? Things like that are the little benefits that brick and mortar stores have over online retailers, so not having the exact minutia is kind of off-putting.Still, overall, as far as brick and mortar stores, it was a good experience.

Name anything you need for your residence, you will find it there! Quality depends on brand but new brands are worth trying for best value for money.

Had what I wanted and needed, the staff was professional, the store was clean and well organized. Happy.Much better than the Capitola store where a staff member was negatively condescending causing me to leave without making my purchases, and never come back even though its near my home. Shop here or any other outlet instead of the Capitola BB&B.

Local selection is pretty good. Ive come here for anything from bed bug spray to comforters. Service was pretty good and helped me find items several times.

A nice, quiet, large and tidy shop to browse home goods. Most items are full priced, but they send out coupons regularly. If you buy meanstream brands that are normally full priced and not on sale, BBB will end up being significantly cheaper with a coupon. They do have a few good clearance finds too.

Convenient parking in dedicated lot. Good place to buy a variety of off the shelf kitchen, bathroom and various household goods at decent prices. I take advantage of the discount coupons I get via mail.

The store is well located in a shopping complex. There is good accessibility and bike racks available as well along with ample parking. The staff is very helpful and the generous.

Great for gift shooping

I had the misfortune of standing in a short and non-moving line for a solid 10 minutes. It seemed every available register was handling some complicated returns and transactions. But I cant blame the store for that. This is a fairly standard issue BB&B. The parking out front is plentiful.

The only Bed Bath & Beyond that Ive been to in the last few years is the one where we bought my in-laws e soap dispenser and I commented on this one not too long ago but we did fine exactly exactly what we were looking for it was a soap dispenser which was chargeable and lasted up to 3 months on one charge the soap came out great just like it was intended to man laws had one previously that were supposed to do that but it ran on batteries and it never work for them from day one I have no idea where they got it from but it wasnt from Bed Bath & Beyond they said
