Good donut if youre craving for super sweet donuts. Or need a sugar rush. Their donuts are really good warm. Really light, fluffy and air as you bite into the donuts. But like I said super sweet! Wouldnt recommend for every day consumption.
First time trying it.Too sweet for my taste, not a fan. People with sweet tooth may like it better
The Tiffany of donuts and also Tiffany priced. There are many varieties to choose from. I usually go with the classic. The donuts go in nice boxes which can also be upgraded. Most of the clerks are nice, except the middle-aged Asian woman.I think she is Vietnamese. She seems to be giving people nasty looks an an attitude when you are not spending enough.
Friendly staff! Location seems to participate in the nationwide promotions.Ive always walked into the store, but this location has a drive-through counter.I often smell fresh doughnuts and sometimes even jelly doughnuts on the Leghorn Street side!Next to McDonalds, in the same center as Costco.I believe Groupon offers are also accepted here.
Fresh donuts made daily. The shop is always clean. Everything is always fully stocked. I always have a positive experience here. Thank you Krispy Kreme for always providing the best quality of sweets as well as variety.
I love these donuts! They are always creating new flavors and keeping the standards. My family is the chocolate kreme filled. So yummy!
Really big place and kept up very well. Spotless everywhere when we were there. They have a huge glass wall if you want to see them getting made. Staff was friendly and patient with kids. They have coffee and accept credit cards. Sell flavored milk in glass bottles, plain, coffee chocolate and strawberry. They have family restroom and a unisex restroom also. There is a drive through, parking outside can get really busy because of other shops here.
My kids love the donuts from this place. we used to be regulars when we lived in palo alto. they serve quick and real good quality.
Staff are friendly and efficient - great combination! Good selection of donuts! They do take out and mobile ordering which is convenient.
2020 has been hard and it doesnt look like 2021 is getting easier. I wouldnt be surprised if Krispy Kreme is a thriving business right now. People need their comfort food in times like these. Being in pain from eating too much doughnuts is way better than being in pain from dealing with reality. Luckily my friend knows this about me too and he surprised me with a dozen doughnuts on a day I was feeling particularly down.Im not much of a cryer. I only really cry when Im watching Marley and Me, or when someone else is crying, or when Im talking about something really emotional. Theres probably a couple more things that make me cry, but I dont want to think about it right now because I might start crying. Besides those few times, I dont really cry. Id say for the majority of my life I have not cried more than cried. So I was pretty surprised when I almost started crying when my friend gave me these doughnuts. Luckily, I was able to be a man and not cry when he handed them to me. I ended up crying the next day while I was eating them for breakfast. Thank you Krispy Kreme for helping me process my emotions by eating my feelings.
We went in to get free (and other😉) donuts. The store when we arrived had no line. A plus during Covid times. The service was pleasant and efficient. The donuts were consistently good. Plus, they had banana milk. 😁 The store was clean and the staff wore adequate protective gear appropriately.
Same Krispy Creme sugar filled donuts. Staff are courteous and helpful. No dine-in makes it less enjoyable with coffee. We just missed the super soft dough so we indulged but otherwise this is not my first choice for real donut goodness.
Dude. So good!!! Donuts were warm still. Very fresh!
The doughnuts are way too sweet and full of calories. I wish they had a healthier version.
Not what I remember, I usually Binge every other year. I prefer the creme filled the old way.
Tasty guilty-pleasure doughnuts and an efficient drive-through make this a nice stop if youre in the neighborhood.
The donuts are very fresh and they have seasonal flavors. Buying them by the dozen is pretty cheap. Im a huge fan of their original glazed donuts. Theyre fantastic; especially when hot. So, the donuts are great. Just like any other Krispy Kreme donut store. I never have to wait, especially through the drive thru area. Their coffees arent bad either, though a little on the sweeter side.
Nice looking, clean location, under reliable kosher supervision. I highly recommend.
Idk what their deal is - they have signs in the front that says they serve hot donuts and they often do, but when they don’t feel like doing it they choose to lie and say they “don’t have a microwave here”? It’s just weird to lie, is all. I mean you have a mini donut factory there lolJust feels rudeLikeLie that it’s brokenNot that it never existedIf you have to lie lol
So far our all time favorite doughnuts. Havent been disappointed here. Especially loved the still warm and fresh original glazed that came directly from the line and that melted away in our mouths. We love the classics but will always try something new as well. Please LIKE if this review was helpful for you.
The employee are so nice very friendly and good customer service nice and clean doughnut shop I highly recommend this place.
Good selection of donuts. Easy parking. No touch payment. Not very busy, so no long lines.
Very friendly staff and helpful with the Krispy Kreme Covid19 program. Excellant products. Thanks to the staff.
That classic collection of tasty donuts! They have a new caramel glazed donut. I also liked their pumpkin and cinnamon spiced donut. Of course, their donut holes are yummy too.. particularly the blueberry filled type.. it was amazing! There was no dine in due to Covid-19Customers were masked and socially distancedBut I got my holiday sensation going there 😁😋👌
This store is also good. We get to see the entire process of donut making from a glass window which is cool
So consistently delicious! Just flashed my vaccination cards from the phone and got my free donut in a second.
Came in mid week around 8am, no line and even thought there was 2 girls they were quick. Prices were high around 16$ for an assorted dozen, same price even if its the mini ones. I tried the new limited strawberry glazed - was ok not worth the extra money. The strawberry 🍓 filled one was light and not too sweet but did feel a bit too stuffed. The coffee was the worst thing Ive tried in my life. Just tasted like an artificial hazelnut and was so concentrated I got a headache, couldnt have anymore than that 1 awful sip. It was also pretty pricey. There is a Macdonalds across from them in the same space so would recommend them for coffee. Store was clean and there is a table outside. The donuts are fluffy and light and not too sweet !
Great doughnut place. There is inside and outside seating. Coffee is okey.
Order a dozen variety! Yummy!
Best donuts and coffee. Fun to watch them make the donuts too! Friendly service.
Closes early without warning. They were all working and present but they refused service even when we were inside the store at 1030 & their posted hours are 11. Will NOT be coming back. They had doughnuts in stocks and staff present and refused service for no reason other than sorry we chose to close early tonight. Who does that?
Excellent store with great headroom and ambiance (even if generic). Sometimes its hard to know if employees are talking to you or to the people on the phone with their headset.
Nice crispy creme donut and its closed to highway 101 going to San Jose and San Francisco 😊
Great Donuts!!! Good service.
Good donuts yummy donuts. Any way if you are vaccinated you get a free donut :)
Love their Raspberry filled donuts, Vanilla creme and minis too.
Free donuts with covid vaccination card yay
If you cant make it to an Amusement park, just visit Mountain View Krispy Kreme donut shop, love their donut 🍩 factory settings display, best entertaining idea ever watching the 🍩🍩donuts being made, family fun time.
Krispy Kreme is always great! Show your vaccination card and get a free donut!
Great selection and fair prices also good promotions
Krispy Kreme was founded by Vernon Rudolph, who bought a yeast-raised recipe from a New Orleans chef, rented a building in 1937 in what is now historic Old Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and began selling to local grocery stores.Steady growth preceded an ambitious expansion as a public company in the period 2000-2016, which ultimately proved unprofitable. In 2016, the company returned to private ownership under JAB Holding Company, a private Luxembourg-based firm.
Most delicious donuts ever! always fresh not like the one in san josa they were stale and they tried to put them in the grease to freshen them up!
Free original glazed if you show your covid-19 vaccination card.
Covid-19 precautions here are top notch. They have a drive-through and if you order online, you can pick up your online order at the drive-through so theres minimal exposure. As always, the best donut is the classic glazed one, BUT the new mini strawberry cheesecake donut they recently launched is amazing too. Some of the other stuff is less exciting (the donut holes are often dry, and for some reason I am not a fan of their chocolate glazed donuts; the chocolate they use isnt the deep classic chocolate flavor that youd get from a ganache, for example). But if you can get one of their classic glazed donuts when its hot off the belt? Perfection 👌
Good for drive through. Dont order too many if you want to avoid the dia-beetus.
Get the minis. Everyone here is the homie.
I’ve been a Krispy Kreme fan ever since my high school days, back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. They are my favorite donuts, hands down. Some people find them too rich; I find them perfect. I like everything they make here, but my favorite is the plain glazed, especially when it is hot. I watch for the neon window sign that says “Hot Doughnuts Now,” because when the angels in Heaven want sweets, they send someone down to fetch some of these.(And if they want ice cream instead of donuts, they go to Rick‘s Rather Rich Ice Cream in Palo Alto‘s Charleston Shopping Center. And if they want barbecue, they send down to Bryant‘s BBQ in Kansas City or to The Joint in New Orleans. But those are other stories.)
Product is tasty if not a little overpriced. Very noisy store with some sort of machinery or extraction noise hard to hear servers.
I brought choclate gazed donughts. Service was good but only thing i doubt is I am not sure whether the donughts was fresh or not. Its doesnt taste that much good as it used to be and the layer of choclate was very thin.
The cashier used the same gloved hand that she used to handle my credit card (and operate her console) directly to handle to food. It was disappointing to see that she didn’t use tongs or something else to handle the food, especially in this COVID era.
First time at this Krispy Kreme in a long time. I came once when they first opened years ago. Selection of donuts was decent. Donut was fresh but too sweet for me. Customer service was OK too.
Hard to hear and be understood at the drive thru.
Im a Rewards member and on my rewards is show variety Donuts any variety Donuts 12 for $10 but they dont offer that you have to get what they have
Well I like Krispy Kreme better than Duncan so I dont know if its a fair evaluation but fresh donuts
I love Krispy Kreme donuts and love the fact that this one has a drive thru but I just wish they were open 24 hrs
Yummy. Good variety of flavors
Cold and stale donuts at this store. Wont return to this location.
The drive thru line was really quick. Nice people at the window & the donuts were delicious.
Not good service. Manager was rude.
Love this place donuts are perfect, great costumer service and drive tru service fast
For anyone who has been vaccinated for covid-19, bring your shot card and one can get a small original Krispy Kreme doughnut once a day.
Hot doughnuts made there (unlike other locations that just re+warm them}
Drive through and inside ordering. The familiar sweet is just right.
The employees are literally so rude omg. I was at the drive thru and they were like “Michael?” I was confused. “Are you guys open” “YES, WHAT DO YOU WANT”. Jesus. Learn what good customer service is.
Love the free Covid vaccine donut
The best chain to get donuts, without a doubt. Especially at this location, they have a live bakery, so its always fun to watch and you can request them for fresh ones and youll get then got and fluffy, straight out of the conveyor.
Nice freshly made donuts
Visited this place during CoVID and had great customer experience. There are signs posted all around for CoVID guidance which is great to observe. Sanitizer is also provided near the counters. If you visit the place you have two options either Walk-ins or Drive through. I did a walk in to choose the donut of my choice. They have variety of Choices and all the choices are in good quantity. I ordered Coffee with Cream & sugar and Oreo flavor based Donut. Both the items were absolutely great.Coffee: Well prepared and perfect balance of cream & sugar.Donut: This was amazing and it melts right in your mouth. Taste is spot on and stands out compared to other donut places I visit. There are many other Donut options such as Pumpkin Spiced, Chocolate, etc which are equally good.Great experience and will visit again!Note: they have a small outdoor space where you can sit and eat as well.
Drive thru is terribly slow at all times of the day.
It was the bomb an restful.
Wow, do they ever have a wide selection. It is also so interesting to watch the actual production of the donuts. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and an old fashioned with chocolate glaze. Delicious.
I mean... Its Krispy Kreme
I’m surprised that their coffee is steaming hot and goes well with freshly made donuts. The place is well kept and service is superb. The cashier offered to bring coffees to our table. It’s a nice change from some popular coffee shops which are chaotic sometimes.
Sometimes greasy often excellent donuts. Stuffed bagels are delicious
Fast service and friendly staff
Wow. I spoke with the manager, Patrick Last week . I was inquiring if they are open to donate some donuts to the front liners basically caregivers and facility workers in Cupertino. He said yes he can donate 2 dozens, just look for Patrick. I was happy and I decided to buy 6 more dozens because obviously 2 boxes of a dozen is not enough for those front liners but I did not inform him yet about the plan, because I need to confirm with the date that it will be pick up. Then, today I called them so many times no one answers the phone. Until I keep calling and I noticed that they block my number, very bad. If you cant donate then you cant, we wont force you guys just be professional to at least face it and tell the truth.
Very good
Fix your sweet tooth craving. Many selection of donuts.
The original glazed donuts are simply amazing! You won’t be able to stop eating them, especially when they are hot! 🤤
