I had taken the day off to install my new advanced Stinger Height10 stereo in my car. It looked easy enough on the installation video; but 2 hours in to the project I had to give up. What to do? Found Steve on Google Search - called him and I was lucky he had time that Friday afternoon. The unit was installed in no time. Unfortunately it was defect and didnt fully work. Steve worked with the vendors tech-support and got it all fixed. Extremely good service. Amazing work. He is very customer oriented - and will ensure everything works to your satisfaction. I will use them again soon; have another vehicle that needs an upgrade.

This guy is a joke. I would question if he even does audio/car systems. talked to him on the phone and he doesnt seem sure about himself at all. Also his customer service skills need some help. ***note I did not have any work done, he was scared to fix my remote start.

Excellent work - they were on time, installed a CD player in one car and replaced the defunct speakers in another. All done professionally and we have no complaints. Would use them again. Thanks!

Grant was awesome to work with. He was quick, efficient, and the work was done at a great price. The newly installed radio works like a dream. The fact that he came to me was especially awesome with the COVID stuff being an issue.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was supposed to have a stereo installation today and it was all set up for 9am. After multiple texts starting 2 days ago through an hour after he was supposed to be at my house this morning he finally responded. He said that multiple people were using the same phone(sounds like multiple people use 1 cell phone?) and he was not going to be able to make it to my house today to the appointment that was set up. After wasting time off and changing plans I am still not going to have my stereo installed. Seems to me as though he is very unorganized and does not keep track of appointments that he is making. Over all I am dissatisfied.

Steve’s the best Mobil installations guy around!He’s honest, quick and super nice. Does RV’s and Boats plus any type of car-Automobile .I met him 21 years ago and he’s been our family’s go 2 audio - car person.He’s mobile too if in north king - snohomish area.I don’t know what we will do if he retires 😕.Great guy 😎⚡️🏆.

I told him the job i had. type of car, type of equipment to be installed. took the day off of work to meet him. he said the job was to hard and drove off.
