Everytime I come to this location I always get the best customer service experience. I wanted to give a quick shout out to Anthony for staying till after closing at 7pm to help me with my cellular needs!

I went in to get a new phone and wanted it paid off in 1 go. I spoke with the experts they had on they told me of a wonderful promotion where I could trade in my old phone to get a new phone at a reduced cost. I ordered my new phone and it was all fine and dandy until I got my bill and it said I now had 30 more payments and the credit for the phone would be applied over time not right away. I then went back to the store wondering why what was set up had been changed just to find out that this is how they do the promotions. That’s wonderful why couldn’t they tell me that a week before when I went in. I then decided to speak to Jesse the store manager who explained that it’s just how they do business to prevent people from abusing promotions and that if I was upset about it I was more then welcomed to go spend more money elsewhere. Amazing that’s the response for lying to the customer. If they had been upfront from the start I wouldn’t have had any problems but these just reeks of bad used cars salesman tactics. I will not be returning to this location and may be canceling all T-Mobile services. Edit: after speaking with customer services I was able to get it back to the original agreement.

The sales team was extremely helpful with me filing my damaged phone claim and finding the right case/screen protector for my replaced device. Would highly recommend this location.

So this T-Mobile was much much better than the last one I was at. The two young gentlemen that helped me with a phone for my daughter on her birthday were very nice and helpful I remember the one young mans name was Jesse he said it was his birthday to but at first we didnt believe him 😂 him and the other young man did an excellent job I will be back to this T-Mobile for sure Thank you 😊

Was another carriers customer for over a decade. However, when I first stepped into the T-Mobile store to see about switching, I knew I found a better fit. Love the customer service, the price, the extra benefits, and the employees. I couldn’t be happier. The Mukilteo store is so lucky to have Ivan as their manager. He is top notch, no pressure, and always ready to help. T-Mobile - I am a fan!!!

We had an amazing experience with this store. Amazing customer service from Ivan! He made getting my sons first phone super painless and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this store to do business.

This place is hands down the best t-mobile in the area. I have been there twice now and they have been so very helpful and kind. I have been waited on by Jaron and Ivan I believe and they both have been stellar. Even if it takes you a few minutes more to get to this store than the ones closer to you it is well worth it.

Recently switched over from Verizon and the girls at this location were awesome. The transition was practically seamless and they were great at being flexible with my hectic work schedule.I’ve been a long time Verizon customer and I feel great finally being with T-Mobile! I’ve had much better data connection than what i was experiencing with Verizon. T-Mobile’s customer service is also much more personal in my opinion. Keep it up!

The four stars is only for the sales associates working in this store. They are always nice and helpful. That being said....T-Mobile you get zero stars from me. Every. Single. Month. There is some screw up and I either have to go into the store or call to resolve. I recently changed my plan to save money and my bill is WAY more than what I was told it was going to be. I was told my bill would be about $160.00 a month and now I have a bill that is $325.00. That is ridiculous. That is the same amount as my CAR PAYMENT! How can this be? Oh and by the way its not like any other phone company is better but I have never had to visit a phone store so often in my life. Like I have nothing better to do. Seriously, T-Mobile get it together. I am on the hunt for a better phone company than YOU, T-Mobile!

Ivan, Caleb, and Miguel made the process of moving from another carrier over to T-mobile extremely easy and it was a pleasurable experience.

The store on Mukilteo speedway has some of the best people Ive ever met working there. The customer service is top notch.

Arriving to the store, I was greeted with a warm hi and hello! Jaron and Jahziel worked well together and were able to help me very quickly and efficiently. Gotta say I thought it may have taken at least 20-30 mins but they were prompt and knowledgeable on items and questions I had.

Miguel was very helpful with getting me new iPhone SE. I’m writing this review on it right now!

Ivan and Jahziel are not only great workers but great people! They helped my friend and I very diligently with our phone problems and would 100% go there for all my phone needs!

Order a new line but sim card did not ship. I went to this store and Ivan took care of the sim for free, ported my number, installed sim and test a call to my phone. All of this done in less than 10 mins. Now I call this a service. Did I mention got my sim card for free?

Ive been coming to this store for the past 5 years or so, since I switched to T Mobile, and the service has been great. When I last went in to upgrade my phone, I forgot the SD card in my trade in and didnt remember for a couple of days that Id even had one. When I called and spoke with the manager, she went looking for the phone, which had already been shipped, but she found that the tech I had worked with had recovered the SD card and kept it aside. While it would have been nice to have received a call letting me know they had it, I was overjoyed just to have it back. Great service!

Great experience here! Watched another customer in the store be obscene and rude with a sales rep there, the manager and rep were kind and curious and still went out of their way to try and help him. When my time came, my needs were taken care of fast and efficiently, and again, the young ladies helping me were extremely friendly and professional!

I stopped in here with a friend to have their phone looked at. It wasnt busy. I browsed the store and talked to a sales rep. They have a lot to offer than my carrier now. Im going to be making an appointment at a T-mobile in my area and possibly switch carriers. They certainly beat what Im paying now a month on my service.

The staff at the Mukilteo Speedway were totally awesome. Its was a pleasure from the minute I walked in the door. Michelle the sales assistant was great in setting thing up with the new phone. Thumbs up across the board.

Helpful staff and friendly. Location is very convenient, busy Mukilteo city hub. Would do more stars but the staff helping was adamant my wife try an LG phone that turned out to be pretty terrible!

Had a tablet that would not read a SIM card. Nice salesman verified it was a defect, and said it was under warranty. He ordered a replacement. Called T-mobile to see where it was at. They said it arrived at the store June 7th, and it was shipped back today, because no one picked it up. No one notified us. No text messages and no phone calls. This location dropped the ball.T-Mobile is now telling us there isnt a replacement for it.

These guys were great. Solved my problem with expertise and pleasant service.

Very disappointed in my experience the short Filipino kid that helped me out was very rude. I get it you’re in sales but have some customer service. Don’t waste your time here as the employees don’t have any desire in helping you.

Just another contracted pop up store; as in they cannot do anything for existing T-Mobile customers in regards to their service; nor do they participate in T-Mobile Tuesday. However, the employees are very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Super helpful and answered every question I had. I actually enjoyed my time there and they had everything I needed on the shelf. So I spent some money and got my new phone all set up.

I needed to hotspot my phone. Im a senior citizen so I dont intuit technology. I went to my usual store, and the clerk told me I had to upgrade to hotspot. He was upselling me. And what do I know. Fortunately, I like to wait before deciding with money. Decided to do it today but came to a different store because I was in the area. So Tony, who works here, told me my phone is *already* set up to hotspot, and he showed me how to do it. So come to *this* store and get Tony to help you. Thank you, Tony, for your honesty and integrity. May all your worthy endeavors in life be successful.

Ive had worse experiences just Goin to the grocherys store. It wasnt bad at all. They set me up with a new phone got me switched from a previous paid plan to the 0down plan. The waite time was longer then I expected but it was relatively painless.

Very poor service. I had a rather simple task for them to port over a cell number from another provider and add it as another line to an existing Tmobile subscription. They messed it up pretty bad. Music was very loud that we had a hard time carrying a conversation. The next day when I called them for follow on help, they wouldnt return my calls. In the end I had to do it myself on the web with some help from the Tmobile central 1-877 number. Save yourself time and dont go to this Tmobile location.

Always new people. No follow through. I feel like I am just no one while I am there. Terrible service

Went in to exchange a phone. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Went into the store to get a new line added, was told the store was closed. Tmobile site even says 8pm, but outside says 7pm. Someone forgot to forward someone the real times.

Horrible! The girl there was clueless on sales. The music was so loud, I couldnt hear the sells person. My client didnt even want to own a cell phone after her experience there.

Refused service 5mins prior to closing cause the lady said there are customers already in here and she needed to close at 5pm and all we needed was a phone case and she still said no.

This place opens at ten but its 11:18 and no sign of any workers

Really bad customer service

Pretty mad. Google said they are open, but I arrive and they are closed all day. Total waste of time and gas, now I have to go in the complete opposite direction Im pretty heated.

Terrible store. Swindled me into a tablet. Said it was for free but come to find out it wasn’t. Been being charged for another line monthly and didn’t even know it.

Avoid Nicki if you can and thank me later on the other hand thank you KC for fixing my issue I urge you to see him

This place is a peice of trash, the customer is horrible, they told me to bring in a phone that was broken and they refused to take it then they deleted all my contacts without my permission also the people that work there are very rude they also force you to buy there products I will never go back there again.
