We just had new countertops installed by them. Rob the main installer and Dom his assistant were fantastic. Professional, courteous, and prompt. The whole experience from the estimate by Lee, the template by Bob, and the installation was excellent. They have a quality product and we highly recommend them.

I didnt end up having these folks install countertops because they didnt have the type of material I was seeking. I had to give them a great review regardless because they were so responsive and helpful, sending a quick reply to my inquiry email, setting up a meeting at my house, and even emailing suggestions for other companies when we realized they didnt have what I wanted. Everyone was very pleasant and professional - extremely pleasant to work with!

Granite Transformations installed new countertops in our kitchen. We loved the folks who helped us, and the installers. Their selection is quite varied, so we found exactly what we wanted. They were very helpful in assisting us to make a good choice.Product is beautiful and is supposed to be durable. We have not had it long enough to verify the durability. As for their service, it was above par. They even allowed me to borrow their sample for a day so I could pick out my cabinet color so it would match. Their sales representative and the representative in the store were both knowledgeable and personable. Their installers were friendly and professional. Even the plumber they recommended was terrific.

I have used Granite Transformations for two different installations (master & guest bath counters and fireplace) and each step of the process was a positive experience from meeting with Tom G., having a template created and then installation. Family, friends and guests love the look of my bathrooms and my fireplace is now the focal point of my home which gets compliments every time someone visits. The liberty diamond mosaic tile that is paired with Carrera marble granite looks amazing.

Granite Transformations were very professional, prompt and courteous when they came. They kept the kitchen area clean and kept dust and dirt in the kitchen area without spreading into other areas of the house. They were quick and polite. I would gladly recommend them for work in any of my friends or families homes.

We were thrilled with the results. It was an investment but we needed to refresh our 1970s split lyevel and this was much less hassle than ripping out the vanities and cabinets which were otherwise in working order and a good footprint. I was able to get soft close drawers in the kitchen, too, which I had wanted.

When I first saw the ad insert, I was skeptical. But Tom and the team of installers have left me beyond impressed. Its no wonder theyre in high demand and there was a two month waiting list. We went from drab stone tile tops to elegant and current looking granite and undermounted sinks in our kitchen and three bathrooms for 1/2 the cost of demolition and new installation granite countertops and sinks. I highly recommend and endorse this family run company and hope others can enjoy the experience my family has.

Weve used Granite Transformations twice, and each time they were prompt, professional, and did a great job in the short time frame we had. The new countertops and sinks look fabulous.

Great service from start to finish. Helped a ton with design so we didnt have to get a separate person to do that. Weve had one minor repair since install because we made a tiny chip in an edge. They called me numerous times trying to get ahold of me to be sure it got repaired. Some of the best service Ive had from a company. Love the product too. No sealing. Very durable.

On 03/17/2019 Granite Transformations put in our New countertop and backsplash.I am a Diyer so had completely gutted the kitchen, designed the new layout, installed new Sheetrock, electrical, floor and put in cabinets. I was planning to do my own counter, but my wife talked me into hiring the professionals as she was concerned the weight of the counter pieces would hurt me.I am glad we let the professionals do the counter and back splash.The crew showed up on time and were very professional, explained each step they were taking. They made sure we were happy with the finished project. I had a very minor complaint which they immediately rectified. They cleaned the area throughly and it has served us well.

This company covered my counter tops with their granite concrete looking, the color of choice was suppose to be (silver or gray), The color they placed onto my counters ended up being a light green color....they came to my home to look at it per my request bringing along the color piece that I picked out for my kitchen....it was no where near the same color...the owners response to me was TOTAL SILENCE, HE WOULD NOT acknowledge a color difference....Im dumb founded...I called that office 3 times since then, sent e mails reporting a crack in the granite, again their response is silence, total silence...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, RUN DONT WALK, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Their service is so poor they dont cover anythingThey damaged the floor and the kitchen cabinets.I not recommend.

These people never show up! Ive called them to come over TWICE now and they dont ever show! I told them the second time that they didnt show up and they apologized and said theyd be over THIS time, but lo and behold, they stood me up again! They are grossly unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Replaced our kitchen counters.

Our kitchen countertops were covered; the cabinet drawers and doors were replaced, and cabinets refaced. Every step was completed with the utmost care, and the project was completed in a week onsite. We love our kitchen! Two years later its still a morale boost to be surrounded by beauty and utility. The countertops are as tough as advertised - absolutely no staining, and no maintenance required.
