Without any hesitation, I give this store 5 stars. I wasted hours going to Home Depot and researching on Amazon looking for repair kit for my long stem outdoor faucet. Today, I decided to check out this store. Lo and behold Cameron fixed it for me and cost me a few dollars for the three o rings. I said thank God for a few kind, honest and helpful people like Cameron.I signed up for membership immediately. This is the kind of store that I would patronize.

Within seconds upon entering the store I was assisted and by a knowledgeable and friendly gent whos name I unfortunately dont recall. Great staff, wonderful experience. I will return here again if Im in the area. (Mobile mechanic)

I was looking for a difficult to find hardware piece that I could not find at Home Depot. Walked in Ace asked 1 person for help and got the part I need in less than 5 minutes! Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man....Real story!

Staff is great, always friendly, and always willing to help. The store is not the biggest but has most of the main home improvement staples. Prices are not much more expensive than home depot or Lowes... However its totally worth any added costs because home depot staff is like J.V. compared to this Ace and Lowes is like the freshmen squad. 😁

These people are always so helpful. I usually find exactly what I need even if it is a unique bolt or washer.

This place must hire friendly people only. I dont know what it is, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Theyre there when you need them, and not when you dont. Love the garage sale items and everything else. So much better than the big stores where there are 100 workers and no one knows a hammer from a drill.

The Ace hardware on Mukilteo Speedway is a convenient place to get supplies when Im working in that area. Home depot is the next closest hardware store and unless Im buying in bulk, Id rather save the time and hassle of fighting traffic to get to the bigger store.

Ive always appreciated the great help Ive received at this Mukilteo hardware store. However, today was different! When I walked in the store and look at the cards very 1st one had a foul word on it. I continued to look and there were many that had foul words and cartoons that were quite inappropriate. I am not sure who thought this was OK but I sure hope they change it.

Mukilteo Ace is my new place to shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that goes out of their way to help you.I used to go to the Ace in Everett on Evergreen. That place is not the same since they changed management/ownership. The Mukilteo Ace is great, and a lot like what the Evergreen Ace used to be.

I found everything I needed but they are a smaller more local store. Am sure if I needed a specific Item, they could do an online order

This hardware store is a small compact store right off the speedway. Amazingly, I usually find what Im looking for - so someone there is doing a good job keeping things on hand that people need. Parking is tight and the staff is always friendly. It feels like hardware stores used to feel which is why I give them five stars!

Needed some rope last minute and gloves . Place was 500 feet from job site . Love when google maps are on point .

Had an issue finding the right fitting at big hardware retailers, I had to wait for long time and didn’t get the right info nor the right piece, then came to Ace Hardware at Mukilteo Speed Way, and a gentleman his name was Jared was super knowledgeable and helpful, and also he instructed me to put the current fitting that I already had in the right way, ended up not needing or buying anything because I had the piece already. This was a really good example of an excellent customer service and educating people about hardware.Highly recommend!!

Came here to get something. They had some event going on and closed early without any posting about it. Very disappointed especially because I just left the silver lake location where I had the worst customer service experience. Basically just dont go to ace unless you have to lol. I should not have to have a social media account and check your stuffs to know if you are open. That is not an acceptable response.

These guys are nothing but helpful. Been in here many different times for everything from plumbing and electrical supplies, to paint and gardening, always a great selection of fasteners (screws/bolts/etc.). So much more friendly than anywhere else and theres always someone around to help. A helpful Red Vest beats the heck out of waiting for an orange vest to come around...

Always stop by this place because it’s close to home and there’s always someone available to answer my questions unlike Home Depot where you can never find people to help. They are always cheerful and friendly and carry most items I need for household repairs projects. That also sell fishing and hunting licenses.

We go to ACE because we like to give neighbor hood businesses support. Not because they have good prices or the best inventory.But no more with ACE....They Cheat the customers. They had the wrong prices posted for an item I wanted to purhase. When I went to pay for it, I found out an employee had it in the wrong place, with the wrong price. That happens, but it is every managers duty and ethical code to make it right. They honour the price the customer saw. Well, not ACE!!! They refused to honour the posted price!. This was not the first time employees have mispriced merchandise, or the first time I have had to pay for their mistake....I walked out of the store and found the item at Home Depot, at a LOWER price.....Your loss, Ace! The manager would not step up.

Good selection and helpful staff. Every time I go in there I am greeted by the cashier. The staff is available to help find items and even make suggestions for better products for my projects. They have an outstanding selection of hardware, stuff thats not carried at Lowes or home Depot. The prices seem to be a little more but thats the price of convience.

Bought the deluxe curbside mailbox.Whole process took less than 15 minutes.Mr Clerk Man knew his mailboxes. Paid the lady and out the door.

Always have what I need

This is not my local Ace hardware store. They have a better paint selection than my local hardware store should I go here for Cabot stain I need for my deck. Ive been to the store at least a half a dozen times and theyve always been very helpful and I found myself buying various other items I need. Its a great place the street is a little busy but the in-and-out access is not too bad. I would recommend using it if youre looking for hardware. Ace is a great local hardware store. Im a big fan of the chain overall.

Did the Valentines day shopping there. They had gifts that filled the bill. Small crowd, local store. Friendly people, whats not to like?

Good hardware store good prices

Good sales. Not a big store but quite a big selection of goods for it size and helpful sales people. If you only need 1 or 2 screw type items you can get that here without having to buy a big box of them like you do at the big box stores.

Employees are helpful. Been there many times to pick up many different household items. Surprised by how many things Ive looked for that Ive found. You have to make a U-turn to get there if youre heading west on the speedway. Depending on the time of day that can be problematic.

Best run store I have ever shopped at. The service rivals a three star restaurant. I was greeted immediately upon entering and I was shown to the parts I needed. Sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In and out in 5 minutes.

You cannot beat the service here. Always plenty of knowledgeable staff available to help. Sign up for their rewards program to get additional savings in the mail. Their clearance items are priced to move! If you see something you are interested in, throw it in your cart as you walk around because it may not be there when you come back. If you enjoy a Nordstrom level customer service experience this is the place.

They didnt have any propane but old guy that works there was kinda of a jerk about it.

This isnt your average ACE. Younger crowd working. All super helpful, knowledgable and seem to enjoy their jobs. Unique, viable offerings and am psyched to have this locally as we just opened up shop down the road at The Mukilteo House Of Wax. We will be in here constantly. So far theyve had everything weve come in for during the remodel. Thanks!

Always ALWAYS have the weird, or hard to find hardware. At least for me. Been there probably 10 time in a year. I give them that they usually have what I want BUT not always the number I want Still FIVE STARS!!
