The owner was a very nice guy. I came for audition, to find out if I would be hired. I was working half a day for a week, to see I would fit in the company or not. I thought I was doing good. But I noticed some folks there werent comfortable with me. And then on the final day I asked the owner what the verdict was, and he said... well they told me you might not have the skills to continue with us. I was sad and angry. First of all, ofcourse the point was that I would learn in the long run about the specific niche. But how can I know that I was expected to know everything in a week? I know I am a hardworker and never said no to their work needs.But later it made sense. They werent comfortable having me around, and guess what Im a different color than them. Well 2 plus 2...So if you are as I am....please look for a more friendlier place....

Almost no training. management asks for something you have never done before explains it in gibberish then say, ok?Then blames you, because they really didnt know what they were asking for.somehow they cancelled the review from 2 to 5.B.S.
