Matt Besser! Completely opposite of your usual car salesman!NO PRESSURE! NO GIMMICKS! I literally drove in today with no real intention of purchasing a vehicle. A few hours later Im leaving in my SUPER COOL Jeep Grand Cherokee!

I have a medical condition that makes walking difficult. So I needed to buy a vehicle with more carrying capacity, for a walker and eventually a wheelchair. I had also been planning a rather ambitious driving trip that would take me all the way to the Pacific coast, with lots of stops in between. I got home from that three-week 7,795 mile trip this past weekend. I didnt have a single problem with the Jeep Cherokee. Also, I didnt have any back issues with all that driving. Even my friends who rode in the Jeep were impressed with the performance and comfort. Great trip!

Had an amazing experience! Working with Rodney was awesome, he had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles and made sure to answer my wife’s and my questions. We our absolutely in love with our Jeep! Only issue I had with the purchase is that the low tire light was on due to the vehicle being a 2020 and sitting there and with the service department closing at 5 wasn’t able to get the tires aired up at the dealership. Rodney said the light would turn off in a bout a day after driving around for a hit but I did have to go air (all 4) tires up myself. Another issue I had, was that the car really could’ve used a professional detailing service before being driven off the lot. But once again the service department was closed and couldn’t get it done that day before I left then we I asked Rodney and a multitude of other sales reps none of them seemed to know if I’d still be offered that option later like with an appointment. So I left with a fairly dirty vehicle and had to get it cleaned my self which isn’t a big deal I just would’ve love a coat of wax put on the vehicle since it had sat on the lot longer than a year with the sun beating down on the paint. Oh and I would’ve loved a merchandise section to look at, because I would’ve bought a Jeep hat or hoodie or something with the purchase of my vehicle. Anyway, apologies for my ranting but other than those few things this was a very A+ rating experience! I would highly suggest asking for Rodney when working with someone at the dealership, he has a lot of experience and made sure that my wife and I were very comfortable through the whole purchasing process.

I have a student at Ball State University and live a few hours away. This car dealerships Service department has gone above and beyond all of my expectations and they have never met me. Every instance that we have needed help with my sons jeep they have been more than willing and very prompt to react to my request. I will refer everyone to them. I look forward to stopping by and introducing myself next time I’m in the Ball State University area. Service like this needs to be recognized.

Gaddis is one of Muncie is longest-standing dealerships. It has a great selection, good service department and a great body shop. Its salesman have a good relationship with the community and its managers make sure that every deal feels like a deal with your best friend.

The vehicle was difficult to locate and involved a dealer trade but they managed to get it on time so I received the factory incentives. I was searching for a manual SUV and was already approved to be financed through my bank. My salesperson was Rodney Pearson, and he very helpful as I havent drove a manual in abiut 4 years. He explained all the features with the radio and going into Reverse was much different than I have previously experienced. I test drove on Thursday(I believe) and brought my new beautiful jeep home on Saturday😁 I 100% recommend working with them.

I was able to get an oil change appointment quickly within a day of calling. My wait time was minimal and I was treated with respect and social distancing. Price was great too! Id rather go here where I can trust the service department to do what they say is being done!

Awful. Called in a somewhat urgent situation with my 2015 Jeep... Not sure who I talked to on the phone in the shop, but didn’t seem like they wanted my business at all, really like they’d rather me not bring it in. So, my whole jeep family will take their business elsewhere. Heard bad things about this place when I moved to Muncie, but didn’t expect that. I have joined the list of students and residents who are adamant of driving to Marion for the next closest dealership instead. Kindness can go a long way when communicating primarily over a phone, and could definitely promote a sense of “trust” that I’d like to have when leaving my vehicle. Not there in the slightest at this dealership.

I am happy I was able to buy a nice truck from this dealership in Muncie. I dont live in the area but it was definitely worth the drive to have found this nice truck, and Ive been getting lots of compliments. I remember coming to this dealership with my Grandpa Bill Hamilton back in the 80s when I was a little kid and it means a lot to me to have gotten a good vehicle from the same place he got his. The staff are really nice and accommodating!

Body shop worked very hard to get my wifes car repaired. They worked through apparent parts-ordered failures [x3] and then repaired the vehicle at less than quoted prices to soften the blow. Great job!Oh... the 4-stars could probably be 5 ... BUT I always try to allow room for improvement. I believe that no matter how good we are at something, there is still room for improverment.

Service techs will treat you poorly and disrespect you and your vehicle. I’d choose another dealership to take your car to. This is not from personal experience, but from others that have been treated poorly. You will lose customers quickly by having service techs that treat people the way they do. I feel like a training class should be held for all employees that interact with customers on a daily basis. I wouldn’t take my car to you guys solely based on how others have been treated at your place of business.

Bought a used car from here and the windshield needed repaired as well as a promised detail, we are now going on 2 months and the company will not respond to me via phone call or written communications. The sale took an extended amount of time, with lack of communication from the sales rep. I do not recommend doing business with them unless you buy a brand new car with factory warranty.

This dealership is nice. It is not as fancy as some, but they also dont use some of the tactics Ive seen at fancier places. Rodney was honest about everything (I checked everything he told me due to past experiences). He didnt try to hide anything, and the number he wrote down as the bottom line was really the bottom line. I greatly appreciate not feeling like I was tricked into anything. I also never felt pushed or rushed. He was very professional, yet nice and personable. I will continue to purchase cars only from Gaddis as long as they keep dealing the way they do.

Worst service ever, waited for my car for 2 weeks and couldn’t even get it right, waited 2 weeks for my bumper to be fixed and it was still hanging off when they called for me to pick it up. and the salesman and manager are ridiculously rude.

I just recently purchased a car from these guys and the experience was great. Matt took the time to answer my questions about a particular car before I made the hour drive down. They had the car ready for me to test drive and didnt keep me waiting unnecessarily as was the case at several other lots.I drove the car, made an offer and bought the car all in the same afternoon. They didnt try to force me into something I couldnt afford, question why I dont want to spend more or push a lease on me. Overall straight shooters.No upsells when I picked up the car either. I had a great experience and would recommend going to see Matt if they have something you might be interested in on the lot!

If I would not have taken a mechanic with me I would have been screwed. They said the car was serviced but very basic things like every hose was stripped and there was a can sitting under the hood. Even the mechanics there gave us a look when we told him the sales guy said it had been serviced to let us know that wasnt true. The mechanics were very friendly and helpful but not the guy I had that sold us the car. The sales person also lied about several features such as back windshield wipers and a multiple CD disk changer. Sad that if you are still a woman looking for a car you get lied to. I got my Jeep due to the mechanic I took with me demanding they fix all issues. Then the sales person complained that he wasnt going to make any money off the car due to repairs that need done but they should have already been done!! He said it was serviced. Beware if you are a woman without much knowledge of what is under the hood because they will try to sell you junk. Take someone with you or dont buy from here.

Nice dealership. Finding a parking space for customers is a bit of a hassle. The lot is laid out awkwardly. Not really sure what can be done to address that issue. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices for new vehicles seem to be somewhat high.

I would have to say that the customer experience there is top notch. I bought my first car from them which was a 2008 Dodge Nitro. It was in great condition for the most part besides some issues with the radio and trigger reader for my car. Other than that I have to say that I am happy with the dealer, my purchase and I will continue to do business with them.

Took my jeep there for routine factory maintenance (tire rotations, oil changes, etc.) multiple times and now that I am working on it myself I have realized what a mistake that was. When I went to do the first oil change the head of the plug bolt was not only completely rounded but was so tight I had to use a 3’ breaker bar to get it loose. Then when it was time to rotate my tires I found that 18 of my 20 lug nuts were also rounded and damaged so bad I had to hammer a socket on them to get them loosened. A week after my last tire rotation and “inspection” I heard a weird grinding noise coming from my brakes, upon further inspection I found that my pads were gone and I was metal on metal. When I went to the service department the main guy behind the desk rudely argued with me that even though they said my brakes were good there was no way for them to tell without taking the tires off. Even after I told him it was in there for a rotation he kept arguing they couldn’t inspect the brakes without taking the tires off. The service department not only is incompetent but incredibly rude. I am glad that my factory service has expired and I will not be doing business with Bill Gaddis ever again.

I bought a 2012 Nisan Altima in May and 28 days later it caught on fire on the highway. I didn’t hit anything and it literally just burst into flames. I made it out, however when going to the dealership to collect new copies of the paperwork because mine had burned in the fire, the general manager acted hostilely towards me as if I were trying to sue him right then and there. I just needed documents for my insurance and he talked down to me after HIS salesman told us we would be getting a 30 day warranty. Whether it was on paper or not, misinformation is misinformation. They treated me as if I were a child, when I just wanted a refund for my documentation fee because they hadn’t sent the information to the dmv after 28 days so I had to pay for the title myself for a car that was totaled. They were not easy to work with at all, and I DO NOT recommend working with them. I know you cannot control what happens to cars, but I could have died, and they acted as if it was no big deal and they didn’t want to help me. The general manager also mentioned he had to leave early that day because he had a funeral to attend but he failed to understand or even show sympathy for the fact that my mother, who was with me, could have also been attending my funeral that day. My idea of good customer service is bending over backwards to help your customer and they just mansplained to me, and made me feel dumb for coming in FOR PAPER WORK.

Their service department doesn’t have the first clue what they are doing. Truck scheduled 2weeks in advance then takes them 7 days to do a 5 hr job. Plus then broke stuff on truck. Had to have it towed and fix myself.Parts guys are great though
