Mattress firm shopping experience was great. We came in not knowing anything about the beds and the sales employee was very helpful to find the right mattress for our price range and needs. Nice and clean showroom and a quick hassle free purchase. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new bed.

The staff is knowledgeable and the store carries a wide variety of product to match or beat other prices and or quality. Very attentive staff and they do not pressure you. They know you have options and they work to fit your budget and mattress needs.

Never again. The whole return policy is just another way for them to scam you out of money.You have to pay for restocking the mattress. Then you have to pay another 100 to have it delivered.Its like buying a car and getting charged extra for the doors. Not happy

Poor customer service and experience! After ordering and even waiting for a delivery at home 1 day, I have yet to receive my mattress or anyone from there trying to help after a purchase of a month ago! Ridiculous! My delivery has been moved 2 times with 3 delivery dates given so far. Ive paid for something I dont even have! Very very upset and will never shop or recommend this place!

Their systems were running slow that day but the employees knew their stuff and had a great sense of humor. They have a huge variety of options. Left with a new bed and box spring for a good price. Me and my boyfriend love the bed. He even fell asleep on it in store.
