Best local health shop ever! They always have what I need and more. The atmosphere and owner are so uplifting, friendly, and helpful. The employees are great at helping me make a decision on a particular supplement or letting me shop on my own- no pressure. My kids love this store too.

The store owner and employee were both so kind and wonderful. They make their own veggie burgers and it is the best veggie burger I have ever tasted! And I have tried many restaurant house made veggie burgers! They have an amazing selection of health foods and cosmetics I found a lot of products that I cannot find in Whole Foods and Trader Joes. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Not only do they have organic foods, fresh & frozen, and a huge variety of vitamins, essential oils, etc but ALSO Lilliana & crew are super knowledgeable & sincerely care about you.
