Just moved to Vernon Hills from out of state, and I did not have an auto place I could call my auto place. I found Motus online and decided to use their services to replace my radiator fan based on the fairly priced quote they gave me.They were prompt, professional, and very friendly.I also went to them to have them attach my front license plate so it was done professionally and perfectly the first time. They both remembered me by name from my fan replacement and did not charge me for their time in attaching my plate.They also have the ability to text about services so communicating is quick and easy.Motus is my new auto place.

Amazing service from the time Mary answered the phone until I picked up my car. I had messed up my gear so my car was stuck in reverse in my driveway, I put it manual break until MOTUS technician, Roberto showed up, we were able to drive the car to their shop. 5 Hours later car was fixed, on a FRIDAY! They got the part and installed it, no problem. waiting in the lobby was quite pleasant, smelling good and relaxing music.Everyone was so nice, everything was explained to me, and I got a ride back and forth with a smile. Thank you guys so much for fixing my ride and getting it back to me asap!I totally recommend MOTUS and will come back for my car needs!

The first time I ever did a repair through them, they went above and beyond I couldve ever asked for in service.I had a timing belt warning and my car broke down right as I was about to make it to their shop. Hours before, I called around for quotes and Motus provided an unbeatable quote! I was so stressed because I had to figure out how to get there and get a loaner Motus would offer as they would fix my car. Unfortunately, I was stuck with the broken down car and had only a few minutes before Motus would close the shop. They were extremely kind enough to pick me up, bring me to the shop, fill out the paper work, and made sure I would have the loaner car. NO OTHER car shop just does that! They went out of their way to help me in a very stressful moment! Serious and responsible, superb technology

I recently had my vehicle serviced by Motus, and was exceptionally impressed with the level of service from the front office to the garage. The repairs were done proficiently, and reasonably priced. The office staff, including Angel and Louis, were clearly service-oriented and their communication was top notch. They did NOT try to up-sell me on ANYTHING, and stuck to the repair that was needed. As an added bonus, my car came out of the shop cleaner than when it was brought it. (Thanks!) This shop is fantastic if youre looking for quality work, done correctly (the first time), I strongly recommend Motus.

If you’re looking for rockstar treatment, this is your place. I got a random nail in my tire and just had to pull off to the closest place for help. How lucky I was to find this place! Louis (I assumed a manager or owner) was so intelligent and respectful. Spoke to me with such class, sat down with me at eye level and explained the situation to me. Provided me notes and advice on how to handle my tires moving forward and gave me honest quotes to prepare for potential replacement. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area! If you want to meet one of the most honest Auto service businessman in the town, you are welcome to Motus Auto Service. Yes, I am talking about Angel. I met him in a different auto servicing center when I bought my first car. My car was in pretty bad condition and I realized it when I took it to Angel for servicing. Angel never took advantage of our simplicity. Rather he understood our situation and gave us little little discount on many occasions. Since then, we are friend. One of my best friends in the town.If anybody knows little about car and afraid to go random servicing center, I would say you can trust Angel and his Motus Auto Service. I wish Angel all the best.
