Went here to purchase a mattress. The salesperson Taylor was very patient with me and showed me the different advantages and disadvantages of each bed. Got to try out a split king, figured out what base I wanted, and identified the best fit for me. Ended up with some quality mattresses for my move.

Blake was super helpful in finding me a mattress that fits my needs. I was able to find the perfect mattress for the perfect deal based on what I wanted/needed. I originally wanted a Leesa bed but found a mattress that was comparable in feel for less. Delivery is much sooner than any online bed would be as well. I would totally recommend coming for your mattress needs

Was told by a very portly salesman of yours that Mattress Firm was buying all their competitors including American Mattress. And then was almost forced to try a $5000 mattress set! Well, my intuition about this slimy character was confirmed by a simple Google search, which confirmed what I had suspected that this guy was a fraud and lying thru his dirty teeth!!! I was so appalled and put off by this guys actions and therefore the companys as well, that I went to said American Mattress and bought the three mattress sets out of spite! They have since been delivered to my sister and I and we are all sleeping like babies knowing, that we avoided the shady dealings of your company!

Myself and my fiance were looking for a new mattress but couldnt decide between all of the bed in a box retailers and a standard mattress store. We had never slept on memory foam before and were unsure if we would prefer that over a coil spring mattress or hybrid. I am so glad we decided to go in to this store where we met an excellent sales rep named Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattress fill, the level of softness to firmness in each, the durability comparison as well as temperature. He made us feel at ease while walking through the store and even demoed an adjustable base for us as we had expressed interest. The store had a great deal for 50% off of memory foam mattresses and adjustable bases so we decided on one we felt would suit our needs best. Again the salesman Mike gave us the space and time to discuss our options with no pressure towards us whatsoever (difficult to find at any mattress/furniture store). When we came to the decision to purchase a mattress and adjustable base and all of the pricing was put together, we realized it all added up to be more than we were willing/able to spend. Instead of trying to talk us into overspending, Mike simply asked us, what we were comfortable with financially. When we responded with our top number, he asked us to hang tight while he made a phone call (presumably to his boss). When he came back to us, he proudly explained that he had worked with his boss to find some additional savings for us to make this work. He was able to beat our budget by a few dollars making this more affordable for us. He did all of this without knowing if a sale would be made or not. It truly felt like he just wanted US to be happy. 5 out of 5. If I could give 6 I would. Excellent experience altogether. So excited for our new bed to arrive!

I went in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I went in wanting to try a certain mattress and it was only available online. I didnt like it... firm is not always firm. The salesman was nice efficient and helped me find a mattress that was comparable .Knowing covid is delaying shipping I dont expect my delivery to be on time and thats ok, I understand as I have had a few deliveries of items delayed.
