The service was horrible. My kids birthday was the 8th of May and they never came. They showed up today May 10th and it was a joke. They mustve let it sit in back of car and they ate some of it. It was pathetic. Idk what happened to the delivery person maybe they miserable but either way the company allowed this to happen and its inexcusable.

WOWWWW, I got old fruit and an extremely rude and short answer from someone who said they were a manager. If this woman was actually a manager, this store is doomed. I asked the delivery driver if they all look like this and they just kind of shrugged their shoulders and gave me the stores phone # as if this was something they are used to. When I went to the store to speak with management in person, I was told the manager leaves between 2 and 3 most days.

Today Was Our Doctor’s Birthday We Had Ordered A Arrangement From This Location When We Had Our Arrangement Delivered It Wasnt Delivered in Their Delivery Truck. So Once We Got The Arrangements The Fruit in It Was Very Soggy The Pineapple Looked Very Dried Out And The Cantaloupe Was Very Mushy And When I Called To Speak To Someone About It The Lady Told Me That Their Arrangements Are Made Fresh Everyday And She Said I Needed To Send Her Pictures And When I Did I Waited An Hour To Call Back Just So She Can Tell Me That She Doesn’t See Anything Wrong With The Fruit So I Let Her Know I Would Drive Down And Show Her How Poorly The Arrangement Was Made And She Said It Was Not Necessary! So We Just Got A Refund I Honestly Don’t Recommend Getting Anything From This Location

Received a large bouquet of fruit Wednesday afternoon put it right into refrigeration. The strawberries were not washed. Some of the cantaloupe still had seeds on them but the fruit did not taste that fresh. By friday the fruit tasted bad and it had already turned translucent. I called the store and was told its only fresh for two days and only if refrigerated. Didnt even last that long.

Waste of $67 for incorrect order and that looked awful in presentation Save your money! Horrible experience from this store. Order was incorrect and store refuses to make right. Box was ordered online in Michigan for Michigan delivery but was shipped not delivered and came from the Mundelien IL store. The store in Mundelein IL forwarded me to corporate where no one returned any email or calls.Store blamed it on human errors but still refused to make anything right!!! Truly bad business. Shop and support elsewhere.

My experience with Edible Arrangements was great. The customer service was on point and the employees went above and beyond my expectations. They had very fresh fruit and you could tell my arrangement was prepared mere hours before delivery. 5 out of 5! An entirely different experience than the Crystal Lake location.

I went in to ask for pricing and options. I was promptly told to go online and then the employee went back to the back room. I was still standing there. Obviously they don’t want to help people.

Nice fresh produce dipped in chocolate delivered around the holidays good service delivery available you should call there and order a bouquet for one of your family members or one of your loved ones immediately if not sooner

Did not Deliver on time. The place where it was supposed to be delivered to that special someone. They deliver too late! It was 5:45 pm and still no delivery. Not ordering from this place again. Bad experience twice
