Friendly and very knowledgeable, Mr. Frazier came out and repaired my 20 year old Estate washing machine. I felt the price was reasonable and he was understanding and flexible when I had to reschedule on short notice. Spoke to another Fix It business in town for quotes and never heard back. Would definitely work with Mr. Frazier again.
