Will never recommend this place. Was told 1.5 hours for a sub and amp install. 5 hours later I have an amp essentially thrown under the seat, the smallest gauge wire you could possible for with for the $120 amp install kit, and scratches in my new vehicle that they tried to cover up with touch up paint of a completely different color. Trash left in the trunk tells me what I need to know about how much pride they take in their work. Overpriced and absolute trash install. Too bad I left before I saw the scratches on the car and of course they deny it was them. I hand washed the car last night and they sure weren’t there then. Trash. Avoid at all costs.

I recently had my Jeep Wrangler stereo upgraded by AudioMasters. Adam and Peter were great. They were extremely helpful at explaining my options and answered my many questions. I had gone to another audio store in Charlotte and decided to see if there were any different options at AudioMasters. Turns out they had the better prices, options, and answers to my questions. The stereo sounds great and better than I expected. As an added bonus my after market LED lights were blinding oncoming drivers. I mentioned it to them and they adjusted the direction at no charge! I highly recommend going here for any of your car audio upgrades and questions.

This place is awesome. They have great prices and they know their stuff! I just have one issue...when Adam is not there I can never get anything done to my vehicle. I just needed to get an easy thing done and was asked if I could bring it Monday. I’m going on a vacation next week and wanted my system looked at so I new it was good and get it louder. I guess I’ll try it again when I get back.

Super friendly people that welcomes everyone. I waited to get some work done to my vehicle. I was able to relax and work on some stuff on my laptop until my husband picked me up. The work done here is great and they are highly recommended!

Dishonest, uncommunicative, and poorly managed.I recently brought in my car to have a simple backup camera installed. I installed the headunit myself and they said they’d give a discount for this... they didn’t.The camera wasn’t working so they said I could return with a different camera and they’d just finish the install, so I bought a new cam, returned and they said they had to re-wire so they charged me full price again after the work was done and surprised me with a bill.The camera was STILL malfunctioning so I opened the back myself and finished the install and also found out they lied about re-wiring as they just attached the new camera to the existing wire that was previously installed.Lastly, they lost the camera I originally purchased and refused to compensate me for all the poor work their techs performed.Ended up costing me several hundred more than just a single backup install. Considering small claims court since they’ve refused to acknowledge the poor business tactics and failing to inform me they were charging me twice for a job they never finished.Appalling.

Great job with my radar hardwire installation. Clean install with no damage or even sign of the install. Great price and highly recommend!

I had Bluetooth installed that would run through the factory stereo of my 2012 Nissan Titan. If I am in my truck, I am listening to music or on the phone. I wanted something on par with the factory install of newer cars. After using it for a couple months, I am very satisfied with the music and call quality. The install is discrete - just a small mic in the dash and a single cable running into the aux jack of my pre-Bluetooth era stereo. No messy cables like the DIY products from big box retailers. My phone connects automatically when I turn on the truck, and adding/switching users is very simple and quick. Dealing with AudioMasters was very easy. I called on a Friday to ask about the product and price, made an appointment for the following Monday morning and was good to go by that afternoon. The price was very reasonable for a high quality product and great service.

Just had a stereo system installed on my 2008 FJ Cruiser and the service and workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend the Audio Masters!

I have to give a shout out to AudioMasters in Pineville NC. I recently had issues with my boat audio system and didn’t know what was going on. I made an appointment with these guys and let me tell you how awesome this place was!!!!! They fixed everything with me there waiting. I didn’t have to leave the boat. They were very courteous and prompt and were determined to resolve the issue. I will definitely go back for any other audio needs I have.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam & team to get my new car setup with an aftermarket stereo system. From the components, to the midbass, to the amps, to the custom fiberglass enclosure for the sub-woofers, the system sounds INCREDIBLE. I let Audio Masters decide what would be best for what Im looking for, and they did not disappoint. They did the job in a timely manner, and treated the car well. They were a pleasure to work with during the entire process, and I can say without a doubt that Id be back in a heartbeat if I need anything done again on my car. We had a double den Pioneer installed and it looks amazing! When we googled to see our options we were under the impression we would have to have a flip up touchscreen but Adam and Peter worked their magic and were able to get us exactly what we wanted. I added a subwoofer and amp to my 2020 vehicle and didnt want to change much of the stock stereo due to warranty concerns and a head unit that controls most of the car like most new cars these days. I told the gentlemen what I wanted as far as sound, and what I was willing to spend, as well as what my concerns were with it being a brand new car and he set me up with the perfect solution that covered every base. My car sounds fantastic and every promise that was made was lived up to. Installation was perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great job by everyone at Audio masters Pineville. Adam and Peter did an amazing job! I took my daughters 2006 BMW car to install a new Apple play radio. The sound is incredible and the set-up looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

Basically I had a pair of 6x9s installed in my rear deck and first off I paid more than I was quoted on the phone and when they installed the speakers they used 2 self tapping screws for each speaker. As a result of this both speakers have a good amount of play in them. At first the bass rattle wasnt that bad but the now the screws constantly back out causing so much rattle to the point where it is unbearable. Not to mention I literally cannot listen to music at low volume because the rattle is so bad. Now I have to go through the trouble of remounting the rear speakers after I paid almost 150$. This is ridiculous. I am very far from satisfied with the service I was provided.

Absolutely the best. I was able to come in and explain my vision of what i wanted and gave them a budget. not only did they exceed my expectations and stay within my budget, they also where great people to do business with. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to doing business with again.

Brought my car in for a problem with the factory stereo setup. They were able to diagnose it quickly and give me three different options on how to proceed. Even told me how to get a part as my car was 12 years old. I cant recommend them enough. Highly knowledgeable and treated me right. I will be back and tell my friends.

The guys over there are very helpful. They have tinted 4 cars for me in the past and a great job every time. Also have talked through some audio questions with them and great advice every time. I did have a customer service issue recently but Adam gave me a call and quickly put the issue to rest like a true business owner should.

I’ve been using audiomasters for every vehicle I’ve owned. Hands down some of the most knowledgeable and honest people in the audio world and it shows with their work. I had the pleasure of meeting these guys yesterday and omfg they are AMAZING! I had a bad experience at Carolina Audio in Monroe so I to go elsewhere to get my amp fixed. I called them around 4ish and told them my problems and the guy named plumber answered the phone and told him what my issue was and told me to come on by. When I got there Adam at the front asked what my amp was doing and they took my car back just being there for 2 minutes. Adam kept me in the loop on what was wrong. When the subs were installed the wiring was totally wrong and they fixed everything without any issues. I couldi hem enough for doing what they did. if I could give them a million star review I would! Thank yall for everything!!!

Every experience Ive had here has been great. They really take their time to make sure youre satisfied and will go over anything you have questions about. Ive learned more from these guys than I ever have at a big chain store.

I gave these guys an unusual puzzle to solve, and they nailed it. I drive a 1989 Ford Probe 5 speed turbo. Everything still works, except the CD player, which died awhile back. I took it to Audiomasters, and they hooked me up, without doubling the value of the car! It is again a joy to drive. Add in responsive customer service and a short wait on the work, and it all comes to an experience far beyond expected value. Highly recommended.

Typical Charlotte North Carolina business especially compared to other cities me being in the car world I know how long it takes to put in a system. guy didnt have no appointments available didnt try to sell me on anything. said hey whatever cant do it today alright thank you bye typical business in Charlotte wouldnt recommend it man if you looking to get into systems and audio anything like that you want to go somewhere where you know theyre happy theyre ready to do the job knock it out. you know welcoming and theyre excited just like youre excited about upgrading your car or anything else. you definitely wont feel energetic by these guys. Maybe its a judging book by its cover.Well hey guys you lost a good customer.

I wouldn’t call them unprofessional. Just laid back. everyone that worked there was really nice and i had a good experience. i was quoted a price that was actually higher than i ended up paying. prices are very competitive. the one issue is work time. i was there for about 3 and a half hours waiting on them to fix my radio. they were quick to apologize and explain thourougly why it took so long. The owner showed me and explained the upgrade in detail and even offered me a great deal on window tint if i come back. Overall great experience and i will be a returning customer

These guys are awesome at what they do! I brought in what I thought was a odd project. I did a compete rebuild on my daughters 2006 Mazda 6, Im talking engine, paint, and entire interior. So to top off this project I wanted a new audio system. Audio Masters was without a doubt the perfect choice we discussed what type of sound quality would be best for the project and the different types of music being listen to by my daughter. After selecting the correct system and speakers the attention to derail on the install was second to none!! Keep in mind I did not purchase an amp or place subs on the trunk, however the quality of sound once complete was flawless! It is crystal clear this team understand audio systems and what it takes to produce high quality sound. After serving 25 and half years in the United States Air Force Im not the easiest to satisfy and Audio Masters went above and beyond becasue they love what they do. When it comes to all types of car stereo systems, Audio Masters is my first choice period.

I recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and wanted to upgrade the woeful stock system. I knew I wanted to take out my Sony and Kenwood amps out of my E39 M5 since I am selling it but the new Jeeps present challenges. Adam and Peter installed my existing amps and subwoofer, installed the necessary digital processor (Rockford) and replaced the speakers (one of the challenges due to the size limitations of the newer Jeeps) with Morel 2.5 high resolution domes and 6.5 (which took some work) coax which sound absolutely phenomenal for just 4 speakers. They also retuned the Sony amp and the entire system sounds much better than when (most of) it was in my BMW. They also gave me three different pricing options to allow me to choose what worked best for my budget, so I never felt it was the proverbial blank check time which was appreciated and not unnoticed. I would therefore highly recommend AudioMasters to any audiophile that appreciates true craftsmanship from other car audio enthusiasts.

Looks like they just moved and in the process of setting up at the new location in Pineville. Good and fast customer service. Went there to buy tapping caps and they ended giving them out for free. Had a converter wiring question and the answer came with a rough sketch and instructions. They went above and beyond for sure, the name says it all, give them a try.

Visited to get parts to do self install and Peter was very helpful with parts and advice. Went beyond what I asked for. Ended up buying an amp from him too. Recommend!

I went here to get my xm radio rewired and the guys there couldnt have been nicer. I also asked about possibilities for running an aux wire to my radio so I could play music from my phone (I have an old car), and they listened to what I wanted and gave me several possibilities and options that might work. I would definitely use AudioMasters again.

I ran by here over lunch a couple weeks ago to see if they could fix a problem with my stereo. They diagnosed the problem, then quickly started working on a solution. The problem was fixed and they even offered to charge me less because they had an old spare part on hand. The whole experience took less than 45 mins. Very pleased with their work!

Not only were they able to diagnose the issue and determine where the prior installation went wrong, they were also able to resolve the issue to the level of satisfaction that I required. Great job. For my Jeep JK 4 door, guys installed dual 12 JL subs in a custom enclosure, 5 channel Kenwood amp, Morel coax 6.5 speakers in front knee board and back soundbar, and Kicker 3.5 coax in the dash. As they explained, in a Jeep it is better to spread full sound across a bigger surface area as opposed to component speakers. They were right...the sound is absolutely amazing, even with the top off at 80 mph with all the wind and road noise. They went the extra mile to ensure a top notch installation and experience. Highly recommend.

Do it expect professionalism here. I’ve been there to request a quote for stereo replacement and addIng a backup camera to my car. The person in store was not willing to give me options. Came up with an estimate for 800 bucks. When I asked to print the estimate, he printed just the overall cost and denied to give me breakdown of parts and labor cost.I got everything done at Best Buy, their total tech support costs $$200 dollar per year which covers stereo installations and many other features.

They were able to fix my system with parts I had found on Ebay, saving me a ton of money. They seemed straight forward and I know they didnt make hardly any money doing business with me. This was greatly appreciated and when I have enough $$ to spend some I will come to them. :)

Ive been to many car audio places in charlotte . This was by far the best all around shop Ive been to . Customer service was great . I connected with them on a personal level . Made me feel comfortable. They where not pushy or tried to up sell you on anything . They actually saved me tons of money and gave me the knowledge I needed to better understand how it works . Professional work hands down . I went with a custom box for a 2017 GMC denali truck and let me tell you they went above and beyond to make the best box for my truck . Box turned out fantastic and the sound quality it mind blowing . I could go on for days about how pleased i am with this installation but to make a long story short theres a difference between companys that have mass production and cut corners and a company that loves what they do . These guys have a true passion for what they do and treat everyones car like its there own . Definitely have my repeat business . They warranty there work without some crazy upcharge . A+++ . I called around and talked to about 10 places to try and get my new stereo installed. After trying to get it done myself it was obvious it was messed it up. The thing that I liked about audiomasters was he gave me a breakdown of what he was going to charge over the phone. Everyone else just rattled off a number and I was on a budget and didnt want suprises.It wasnt the cheapest place (or the most expensive) but i felt like they were upfront and honest about what i was going to pay. I preffered to have some one who was going to do it right the first time since you generally get what you pay for.They ended up saving me money on a part I really didnt need and they even installed a battery in my car for free because I needed one when I came in and planned to go get one afterwards.I am very happy and I am so excited my stereo works!!!!
