Was involved in my first accident ever, being hit from behind and the driver kept going. My insurance recommended Gerber to me to have them fix my car. Oh my goodness, they could not have chosen a better repair place for me! The team was so professional and thorough in fixing my car! The receptionist was amazing as well! I especially loved how they kept you up to date with periodic text messages as your vehicle is being fixed. I would definitely use them again! A+ all around!

Worst experience Ive ever had with repairs. They had my vehicle for over a month and returned it unfixed. They had to tow it back and keep it for another week. They charged my insurance twice after they screwed up the repairs. Do not take your vehicle here. The only positive part of my experience was Nate although he did not get involved until over a month into SIMPLE repairs. Beware.

Truck looked so good I didnt recognize it at first very clean and perfect fix

My 2016 Tacoma needed some body work due to a collision. Shannon at the front desk was amazing at getting me checked in and answering my questions. It took them about a week and a half to complete all the needed repairs, but it honestly looks better than new. Also, the side bed was damaged and needed replaced, but my insurance company would not cover it. They replaced it anyway, without billing me. Thats about $600! I cant recommend these guys enough. Seriously. Dont even consider going anywhere else if you need any body/collision work done. Thanks again guys!

I had to leave my car to be worked on and was going to have to call a cab to get to work but instead one of the mechanics gave me a ride. He was supper nice and friendly.

A year ago a large slab of cast off truck retread destroyed the front plastic on my Kia. Gerber fixed it. A year later the paint had pealed off the repair. Gerber fixed it again free. They also rubbed out a bit off mail box post paint (my bad) gratis, washed and vacuumed. Good people.

Took my Nissan truck to them to have bumper repaired. I have to say they did a outstanding job. They fixed my truck in a timely manner, called and gave me updates. They handle everything with the insurance company. Picked my truck, the work was great, they also had cleaned it up. Would highly recommend them.

I had to take my car in do to somebody hitting me, they replace both doors match the paint perfectly. Very professional and I appreciated everything being explain what they were going to do I would recommend them to anyone.

We had to bring car in for a body repair. Clint, Kevin and Rochelle were the three I spoke with the most, but each person I talked to was knowledgable and thorough. Excellent service keeping us informed of the process, the time, and the status of the job. They even lined up the rental car service to pick up and drop off. This was a great experience by professionals. Thanks to all of you involved. The job was schedule for 7 days, and completed in 4.5 days. We will call again if we needed to, for sure.

Best body shop out there! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My car came back on time and they even detailed the inside.

Bad experience.Paid in full with insurance. I have the receipt. But for the second time,after a month from the first time, Im receiving calls from a third party window installer (safelite)threatening collections. Gerber having issues producing receipt of third party payment. Why safelite has my number is a mystery. I have never contacted them. Window had to replaced immediately after due to obvious leaking. (Water stains on the interior) Will be looking anywhere else for repairs in the future. My time and resources are not for gerbers use. Over a week in rental car. And they also called me for payment. Did I mention this was all under insurance claim? Gerber simply not paying who they owe and keeping the insurance money.Rochelle the CSR has above average customer care Ill say.. To bad she works for such a place.
