Wow, all I can say is this is one of the best dealerships Ive been to! Driving home from Atlanta to Indiana with wife, kids and the dog and the car makes funny noises driving through the mountains. Took it in for an evaluation and luckily no issues were found. Chase and BJ really helped put my mind at ease. Superb experience.
We had some issues when l first got the car bring it back the next day for detailing .My sales man was off so it was not forsee as to what my car need ..l txed my sales man and manager and my care was taken car of the following day. My service was scheduled for 9:00am. As soon as I pulled up, Chase was there to handle all the details. A phone # was provided in case I had any questions during the service and I also received a video of some of the service on my car. I received a text when the service was competed. I was running some errands during the service. When I got back to Mazda, my car was parked to protect it from the rain. What more can you ask for.! Awesome experience!!!

Im hoping by answering this, it will stop the barage of emails, text, and phone calls. At least 15 in the past week counting emails, text, and phone calls IN 8 DAYS.Because of that, Im giving 1 star. 2 hrs for an oil change followed by multiple messages wanting to fill out surveys, talk to reps, or give a rating.

Only dealt with the parts department here at Nelson Mazda. The employee working named Dakota went above and beyond to give the best customer service and make sure that all the all the parts ordered were correct for the repairs needed. If I could give more than five stars I would!
Was a overall good experience. Lonnie was very nice and the price of diagnostic and repairs was very reasonable. And I really did like the video recording feature that the technicians had. Would recommend for anyone needing a mazda serviced.
I recently purchased a car from this dealer. We made several visits there looking at vehicles and meeting with our sales person.We feel Ryan provided excellent service dealing with us and input from family members.The other personnel at Nelson made us feel welcome and responded to any questions we had.I returned to the dealership for a car wash only the exterior wash was completed. The car did not go thru a dryer not wiped.
The experience purchasing my vehicle at Nelson Mazda was great. The sales person I worked with Liz made sure sales experience went smoothly and even stayed late to make sure I was completely taken care of. She went over everything I needed to know about my new vehicle and has even checked in with me a few times to make sure everything I was going ok. Everyone was very nice. It was my first time because I would always go to the cool springs location because that is where I bought my Mazda. Everyone was very nice but I waited wayyyy longer than I am use too. However, they did say they were short staff but not until I asked. I think that is something that should have been shared on the front end. But either way they did good and everyone was very very kind. I will go back.
Update:I am happy to say that Nelson Mazda stepped up and took care of my A/C. They were able to find the leak and took care of the repairs, it was such a relief to finally have it repaired! They service department was wonderful and kept me informed on the progress of my car. I recommend Nelson Mazda, they are reputable and stand by their name. I am the least confrontational person and I just want my car fixed, I lost my husband suddenly to COVID last year and went here for a dependable car from a dealership with a good reputation.Hi James, This is Vickie. We spoke back in November- December regarding the Volvo I purchased on 11/23/20 from your dealership. I brought the car in for service on 12/14/20 and they looked at the A/C, which only dye was added at the time and I assume freon because it was cold outside. At the time, the freon was added and it worked. Im not sure how long because it was winter. I scheduled to have my oil changed and have the A/C looked at again on 4/19/21. I agreed to pay for the evac and recharge even though the A/C has been a problem since I bought the car. They checked for leaks and none was found. It blew cool the following day and I have not used it until yesterday. Its not cooling.As far as the oil change, I replied by text to the message that was sent to me if I had any questions, the message center was not updated, it is still showing that my maintenance is overdue and the sticker telling me when Im due for another oil change is the same one thats been on there. I received no response to that message. Im really disappointed in what has happened and that I paid $278.86 and its still not working. I do NOT feel I should have paid for the A/C issue since it has not been fixed.My car is currently at the dealership in Murfreesboro getting looked at, I look forward to hearing from you.
Great experience working with Cristian to find the MX5 spec I wanted, have it brought it, and finish the deal. Everything was completed quickly and working through all the numbers was simple and transparent. Highly recommend if youre looking for a Mazda in the Nashville area.

Service staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Waiting are area was very nice. I took my car in because I had a headlight out. My bill was $549.00 for a new bulb/labor and an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. The oil change was $44.95. I have Xenon headlights...but still...$500.00 for a new bulb and installation?!

Nelson has made some positive changes and they have earned my business once more. I just bought a car from them and the process was easy and the customer service was exceptional. Sean Turner was my client advisor and he was awesome! I would advise anyone to give them a try.ORIGINAL REVIEW: As a long-time customer I would normally only have praise for this business. My last service appointment changed my opinion. I encountered a missed deadline, poor quality control, poor communication, and lack of accountability. The lack of accountability is why I probably wont go back.

Since the days they were established in Antioch, I have purchased my vehicle(s) from them and used their service department. I wasnt too happy that I needed a new battery for a new car but I know things happen. When impressed me is how much they worked with me on getting my car picked up, which is typical, and brought back to me which is not typical. They understood my situation and had a tech bring my car back to me. I thought that was really nice of them. Besides all that I love my car so Im glad its fixed.

Taken both my Mazda Miata and my Mazda CX-5 for service recently. Dealt with Zack who was professional, helpful, and just generally on top of the service that was going on with my vehicles. The video Joseph took was concise, instructive, and very informative besides the fact impressive. Mazda always makes you feel like family and both Zack and Joseph were no exception. I do all of my service there because I know that I can count on what they tell me, which is huge in this day and age. I would recommend anyone to NELSON Mazda overall because they have a fantastic team. I have bought 4 vehicles with them and would consider them first in buying again.
Guys in the parts department and shop are awesome. Theyll cut up with you like your one of the guys. Some, but not all of the sales people act kind of snobby. Yes they will wave or nod and ask how youre doing but thats about the extent of it when they realize Im not there to buy a car. But their are a couple sales women that makes up for the rest of them when I see them walking away.
They are always so friendly and helpful and answer all our questions. Nice clean place to wait. Work done is great.
It has been a week and I have not received the title to the vehicle I purchased.Also, have not heard about the passenger side sun visor that wont stay up.
