I came to Eurofix for a warranty fix of a part that was replaced over a year ago. After running diagnostic, tech let me know what it was not the warranty issue (already diagnosed by other shop) yet another one that would likely cost a lot to fix, but first, I would have to pay a couple of hundred dollars for the diagnostic. Left without the fix that I traveled to Murfreesboro for, and a new issue. When I arrived home and opened the trunk, I was surprised to find the engine cover and screws in the trunk. After letting the car cool, I struggled to replace the engine cover myself with only three screws as one was apparently lost. I have chosen not to spend one more dollar at Eurofix.

Grade A quality service! Brought my Volvo in for an oil change and was met by professional and welcoming staff. Answered question I had and were very polite about it. Was able to speak with a ling time customer of theirs so that was extremely reassuring. They dont upsell though in a kind manner will suggest whats in line for maintenance.Great team of folks, I will be returning for additional maintenance.

Where do you begin when an experience is so negative. I understand, 3rd party parts delivery, I even understand delays for other obstacles which may occur, what I dont understand and am in complete awh is the lack of communication and follow-through EuroFix-Murfreesboro has.I was in-town visiting family and to no avail what was supposed to be minor auto repairs, they were having difficulty receiving a part, the inter cooling pipe. Which would not have been such an issue, but all communication made, I reached out to them asking when!? I received hopefully tomorrow, Im not sure, etc. It wasnt until I contacted the BMW dealership in Bowling Green, KY myself and spoke with the Parts Mgr was I given a modicum of a time line. After 6 days of back and forth and no part, I decided to catch a flight back home as I could not be away from work any longer. EuroFix decides to call and let me know my vehicle is ready as Im boarding the plane. Did they not know earlier in the day when they finally received the part, it would be ready that day? Of course they did, but lack of communication cost me additionally...would have saved me a flight ticket and a week without my vehicle in another State. When I finally picked up my vehicle 2 weeks after being at their shop, the low coolant light immediately comes on 🤬. It was not on when I took it in and they just fixed a cooling issue...did they not test and verify fluid levels.Mercedes, their Office Personnel has to be the rudest, most unprofessional person Ive encountered in years. Working in the HR arena, maybe my expectations and requirements are too high, but has the service industry taken for granted if it were not for my (our) business they have no business.I will NEVER entrust vehicle repairs with EuroFix Murfreesboro ever again.Regretfully,SLyons

I have taken my Range Rover here multiple times. I always leave satisfied. I had something small turn into something big but Josh remained professional and kept me updated throughout the repairs and in the end i was a happy customer. They also provide loaners or rentals if needed. Thanks Eurofix

Mechanics are great and very knowledgeable. With that being said the prices this place charges for maintenance is idiotic and quite opposite of what they proclaim. They charge as much as the dealership if not more. I have a Mercedes GLK and a Land Rover LR4 that I have had maintenance performed on here. Great technicians great work terrible prices and front office representatives are not all that pleasurable to work with. I get its a business and the goal is to make money but dont try paying all your overhead off with one customer. I will be doing business elsewhere.

When I first got my c230 sport I brung it here for maintenance, I was charged $160 for a smoke test and $1,200 for my car to ride the same they didn’t give me a definite breakdown of what they did they just told me this is the new way they print receipts.. I don’t have many places to maintenance my Mercedes but before being beat out of $1,400 again I will do it myself or go to Franklin where the dealership is cause they charge just about the same.

Josh and his team do not do a thorough job of inspecting your vehicle. I was advised to do $3000 worth of maintaince but the real problem was never discovered. They did a full tune up plus coil but never noticed the sound of a stretched timing belt. After spending close to $1000 my car jumped time the very same week bending the valves of the engine which led to $5500 in damages. I had to sell my car as a non running vehicle for pennies on the dollar and this could have all been avoided if they truly did all the work that they over charge us for. I am now forced to have lost the equity in my investment and I had to buy a new car with a car payment that my family can barely afford. I will never be back.

I made an appt w/ EuroFix to get a wheel alignment on my 2011 BMW 750Li. I have been trying to get this done for a few weeks but had to reschedule a couple of times because of work and training out of town. I finally made it after working 96hrs straight as a firefighter. Dropped my keys off at the front desk only to be told 5 min later after parking my car in a jam packed, tight parking lot(that resembled a small used car lot) that they have a broken down car on the alignment lift and cannot do my wheel alignment. I asked if they could just push the car off the lift that was already ground level and the manager/owner said no. Then he said they only do wheel alignments after they do suspension work. If thats the case why not say that when I called the very first time to schedule an appt?Saying no to moving a broken down vehicle was a lie. My $200 wheel alignment wasnt worth their time yet theyve wasted my time by not saying anything beforehand and allowing me to drive there.I called around and made an appt with Tire World for the next day and was quoted $110 less.The lady at the EuroFixs front desk was really nice but I will NEVER recommend or take any of my vehicles to EuroFix again. Wasted time that I can never get back!

I was told my rear suspension airbags had gone bad on my BMW. The dealership quoted a price that was out of my comfort zone. I decided to contact Eurofix. They did the job substantially less and they didn’t charge me for parts that weren’t needed. It took a little while for them to diagnosis the remaining issue once the bags were installed but, they provided me with a loaner so it was no big deal. First time at the shop but, based on this experience I will definitely be back.

I’ve used Eurofix for years, for my Volvo & Mini Cooper. It was time for Minis 100,000 service. It does not run the same, no zip, can’t pass a car, going uphill is a hope & prayer. I don’t drive much anymore due to living in the country & I don’t really want to go anywhere. But I’m very disappointed in the car service. I guess $1000.00 doesnt do the jAob correctly.

At first I thought you guys were to be trusted and I liked you and then this happened to me.I have never had an issue with my battery or alternator until I had euro fix on the job... they did switch out my bearing, timing belt and alternator, everything that needed to be done. the next day on my way to work all the lights on the dash light up, radio wont turn on, windows barley go up, and my car would not accelerate like it should. Thank goddess I was close to work and got it there safely. I called the shop, and Josh did the right thing and called the tower to get it back to euro fix free of charge. thank you for that.it happened on a Friday so I was car less for the weekend, and I live in Murfreesboro but work in germantown, Nashville...I knew what they were going to be working on, but again from a customer service point of view on Monday, euro fix could have called just to check in but they didnt. I called you back on Tuesday and heard it was ready, again with no explanation, as to what happened or why exactly. I finally pick it up on Wednesday morning, Im guessing David is the manager, or not but anyway nobody had anything they wanted to say to me about this. It was like you knew you did something wrong and that said about 90%the other 10% is this issueyou want to charge me 450$ for a software update?VW dealership quoted me 150$Im not in the car repair business but I would honestly like two know why this is the case.-dustin

I discovered EuroFix about 3 ears ago on a chance. It has become the best chance I have ever taken. They have brought my 86 535i back to a high comfort level, and then some. It runs better than it may ever have, and this is with 315k miles on it. They have been accommodating beyond what would be expected. It has also resulted in genuine friendships. I learned to completely trust them with an unusual understanding of how I drive it and my expectations. Over the years I have used several different shops, but none come close to matching the professionalism of EuroFix.

About a year ago I took my 1995 BMW 318ti to them when the ABS light came on. Their computer diagnosed that the ABS module was bad and gave me  a quote of about $2,500 to replace it. That was about the value of the car, so I decided not to fix it. They didnt charge me anything for the diagnosis, which I thought was great customer service and a company interested in future business.So when the same car, with 325k miles, developed a bad engine miss a few weeks ago, I changed the spark plugs and found the #4 plug had excessive un-burned fuel on it. I could also hear what sounded like an air or vacuum leak somewhere.When I told my wife I was taking it to EuroFix, she told me she had had several clients and co-workers share stories of being overcharged for repairs. I dismissed those concerns because of the earlier experience I had. WOW, WAS SHE EVER CORRECT!When I took it in, I gave them the spark plugs and made sure they knew that, whether it be related to fuel or ignition, the #4 cylinder was a great starting point. They called me to give them authorization to do up to $395 of labor time to troubleshoot it. I okayed it under the assumption that they may need to troubleshoot the fuel and ignition system, which could be time consuming, and for which I dont have the tools or knowledge to perform. In fact, all they did was perform a compression check on this 4-cylinder car (where everything is easily accessible) and a leak-down test on the #4 cylinder only. The #4 had no compression and of course failed the leak-down test. For these basic tests, they charged me 2.5 hours of labor ($329). I called other shops and the flat-rate for these tests is about 1.5 hours. They suggested replacing the engine with a used one for $5,500. How kind of them to offer a second option to over-charge me.I disputed the charges a couple of times, but I think their go screw yourself attitude at me questioning them came through loud and clear. I pulled the cylinder head off and found a burnt valve on the #4 cylinder. Took it to Richards Machine shop (great guy and reasonably priced) and he inspected everything and replaced the bad valve for $240. my labor is free, but the gaskets, seals, etc. were another $300. Car is back on the road and running great.By my estimation, they overcharged me about $100. Oddly enough, I received a $50 Off coupon in the mail a few days after getting the car back.I MADE A HORRIBLE MISTAKE TAKING MY CAR TO THEM. SO UNLESS YOU HATE MONEY, AND WANT TO WASTE IT UNNECESSARILY, PLEASE DONT DO THE SAME.

We took our Mercedes in to get 3 things done and said repeatedly we have 3 Things we need fixed and had them repeat it back. We left it and arranged our schedule to do without our car for a couple days. When we returned, they had changed the oil and wanted to do $1200 worth of oil leak repairs, which we do not have, and they had no idea they were suppose to fix the other two items. I purchased a BMW X1 in July and a few days ago my brake service light came on that said I needed brake pads. Yesterday I went to the BMW dealership to get a quote. They asked if i could hear any grinding, no grinding. They gave me a quote but I decided to shop around. EuroFix was recommended from friend so I went there today. 1st mistake...going by myself without my husband. After they had finished looking over my brakes an older guy with glasses came and told me the cost for rotors and brake pads would be $980. I told him that BMW said that my rotors didnt need replacing, he went to say that he could not install my brakes without the rotors.. VERY RUDE!!!! I am the PAYING CUSTOMER... and I know for a FACT.. you can install pads without the rotors.... After now getting two quotes from this UNPROFESSIONAL business and BMW... Tire World will be replacing brakes and rotors under the cost of EUROSUCK AND BMW.. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN!!

The convertible top on my Mercedes would not move up or down all of a sudden. My husband and I troubleshooted for hours, looking online. We knew it had to be the top motor or hydraulics or something. We ruled out all that we could before we realized we needed a mechanic that used the Star Diagnostics scanner. They could have been dishonest and told us it was something more expensive, but feel they were honest and it ended up being two limiter switches. They were professional, quick to get me in, and all 3 guys we dealt with were outstanding (David, Josh, and Keith). They also cleaned my car VERY well (I did not expect that, but they said they always do! There was a spot on the rear bumper that would not come out since I bought the car without trying to super-buff it. It looked as if they worked on that too b/c it is almost non-existent for the first time! I am so happy! From my one experience, I highly recommend this shop! Thanks, guys! I absolutely LOVE the car that I purchased from Eurofix. Boomer was extremely helpful, communicative, and patient with me as I wrote countless emails about the cars every detail and pricing options from hundreds of miles away. They even offered me a fantastic deal on my trade without even seeing it in person! The new car did have a few minor issues, but Boomer promised that Eurofix would cover the repairs/replacements and theyve stood behind their word. I will admit that the paperwork wasnt as organized and efficiently processed as Im used to, but its all finally starting to fall into place (3 weeks after the purchase). You can always count on a response to any concern you might have and Eurofix was definitely willing to do whatever was necessary to make me, the customer, happy. I took the car to my own BMW specialist where they 1) were really impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle and 2) verified that Eurofix had in fact performed all the work they told me they had. Come to find out, they even over-charged me on my taxes and issued me a refund check. Honesty and integrity is extremely hard to find nowadays, especially when talking about a used car dealership. These guys know European cars and they dont treat you like just another commission check. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Eurofix. Any issues, contact Thomas in customer service and hell make sure youre well taken care of.

An indicator on my BMW X3 warned the engine oil was at minimum level. When I called EuroFix, Josh (the general manager) was efficient and courteous, and talked me through possible causes and diagnostic options. He worked me in that afternoon. After extensive testing, the technician and general manager provided a detailed explanation of their findings and recommended a simple oil change with an ultra premium oil. They could have easily sold me a sensor, gaskets, etc. I appreciate receiving such honest and knowledgeable service. Kudos to Josh and the technician!

I went in for an oil change and a check up on the air conditioning and the place I used to go to had a lobby area where I could sit and do NOTHING but HERE there was a really comforting seating area with television and complimentary snacks and drinks!! It was really nice and new on the outside and inside which really pops out on the street that its on cause it is an older part of town. This will be my normal car repair place from now on!

This is the nicest bunch of import car people I have ever encountered - And I got started back in the late 60s with an English Ford Anglea. Honest pricing, competent and prompt work. My go to folks for work on my 2010 Miata.I can teach Eurofix a lot about removing radios from 1998 V70 Volvos. It requires a pocket knife ( the long blade). After I told him how, it took the man at Quality Tire about 5 minutes to remove the radio, get the code, replace the radio turn it on, apply the code when prompted and Bang its working - no charge btw.

Unlike previous reviews, my issue is not with the labor price. It IS in fact expensive, but that is to be expected at a high end repair shop. The issue is that on several occasions they have recommended repairs that were not necessary. I would therefore advise that any savvy customer to make sure a repair is required prior to releasing your vehicle to them. If you own a high end vehicle and wish to use a high end dealer, these guys are great...just do your research.

The staff where really friendly but I can’t help to feel like I was over charged for some of this work. I am a mechanic on aircraft and don’t know a whole lot about cars. I was not given the price on the parts or time it took to fix the problem but $170 to change the oil is kind of pricey. Just by doing a few numbers I put their labor at $237 per hour. I don’t know how exact I am but I can’t help but think I could have gotten a better price some where els. Other than the feeling of being overcharged, the staff where helpful and very knowledgeable about my car. They gave me further diagnosis on what to fix in the future so I can do it myself.

The wonderful people at EuroFix were so quick and helpful with everything! I came in for a diagnosis of the location of a coolant leak. Not only did they find the source of the leak in a very timely manner, they also found a couple of other small issues and promptly gave me an estimate on the repairs. The icing on the cake is that they didn’t even charge me! They were very knowledgeable about my car as well. I know the car top to bottom and usually do some of the work myself. However, being in college, I don’t have the resources I had previously. First I would like to start by saying that this company is great to work with. I’ve been to many shop and I haven’t seen a shop as clean as Euro. I drive a 2006 BMW 330I and the Tech I got to work with was Keith, and let me tell you he knows his stuff. I know a lot about BMW’s and I could tell easily that Kieth was not some random joe off the street. The prices was reasonable for the quality of work they do. If I owned any BMW I would take it here before I took it anywhere else.

Eurofix in Murfreesboro has been keeping my 4 wheels rolling for as long as I’ve had my 2006 MINI Cooper. They give my car a thorough checkup when it’s time for the routine service, and advise me on what things are due to maintain the highest value of my car. They are very good about letting me know what has to be fixed now, and what can wait without further damage. When I think something is wrong with the way my car is running, I take it to Murfreesboro Eurofix because Josh and the staff are reliable, and I can leave it knowing it will be fixed properly and correctly. I get No.1 customer consideration, they treat me with respect and explain problems to me in a way which I can understand.

I was about to go on vacation, and I wanted to have an inspection and oil change before heading out of town. Very last minute on my part, but they were able to fit me in. The oil change was completed in a timely manner, and their inspection caught a few issues that would have definitely made my trip less pleasant.The costs are very competitive, their wait time short, and the service is superb. I have used Eurofix in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend this place if you have any car service needs.

I had a great experience with with Eurofix of Murfreesboro while getting the oil changed in my Volvo. They were more affordable than the drive through oil change places and provided better service.....washed my car, did a safety inspection. The waiting room was exceptional...coffee and snacks, comfortable furniture and a clean atmosphere. I will definitely be using Eurofix from now on.

I took an older Jaguar to Eurofix of Murfreesboro upon the recommendation of another vendor. The waiting room is very nice, the greeting I received was quick and cordial and I felt like I was being listened to and my issues carefully recorded. I received a quick phone call with an estimate that was expensive (as are all estimates for this particular car.) Josh talked to me about my options. I didnt feel pressured or forced into a decision. I even asked to think about it overnight and received no objection to that. I decided to go ahead with the work. It was done very well, very timely and Josh called me several times to inform me of the progress. When the repair was finished it was below the estimate. I am very pleased with Eurofix and would not hesitate to use them again.

Ive been using these guys for the last few years and feel like that since the move their prices have changed and the service isnt what it used to be. It could be that I was extremely upset with some quotes around servicing such as filter changes or tune ups and oil changes. I personally will be doing as much of the work myself from know on and just taking my car to the dealership for all other major service. Maybe due to the lack of competition in the area this business doesnt believe in having competitive pricing. An oil change shouldnt cost nearly $200. Keep in mind some of the staff are extremely kind and respectful but the service when it comes to pricing just makes you feel like youre being taken advantage of.
