The store was clean. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. It has a wide variety of fabric. I Chose this fabric.

Got fabrics for a project we are doing, and the fabric desk employees helped us figure out the measurements as the one size fits all cloak would have been way too big for my brother. Amazing service, got everything we were looking for. Highly recommend for anything arts and crafts related!

Store very busy but service was great.

They were very short handed the day I was in the store. So it was helped by the manage. An one other worker was Checking out people. I was getting some fabric cut an the manager was the one cutting it. An complained the whole time. I dont need to hear or know about there business problems.

There is one specific employee named Kat who is extremely rude. Unfortunately, whenever I do visit she is the cashier. She never greets me when I walk to the register. She always look like she is sad and ready to go home. I had to write this review because she is always in a role that has contact with customers. After this last visit I wont be back again. If you can visit hobby lobby. The prices are comparable and they have better customer service.

Currently Joanns is the main fabric store in town. There are never enough employees to help. Most of the time there is one at the check out register and one at the cutting counter. The employees are always nice, but dont have the time to do what is needed.

This place is a nice place to visit in and of itself but sadly I could not find the items I was looking for. They do have some cool new items though.

Went in for 1/2 yard of fabric for a project, came out with 10 yards and a happy me!

I absolutely love JOANNS everyone is so friendly, I only wish the selection in some of the departments were better stocked.

Went for brushes & canvas, only to find that they are all gone marked on clearance. Otherwise as always Joannes is Joannes same here as anywhere, lots of great help!

This store is a lot like Michaels, in that they have much of the same items. In my experience, it was pretty cramped because the aisles were kind of slim, and the some shelves were a bit disorderly and randomly placed. However, you should be able to find most of what you need because they do have quite a bit of material all around the store (except book binding, which is what I went there for. There might be one or two things though).

Very expensive! Clean, no one to help you. so know what you are looking for before you go in there and be prepared to look for it yourself. I dont know if the girl at the counter where they cut the fabric was asleep or on her phone but she never looked up the whole time I was in the store. I dont think I will be going back. I was just trying to find something to keep my hands and mind busy during my sons surgery plus have something he could look back on when he was older.

I love their scrapbooking stuff and stickers section and all the ink pens and markers!!!! Oh and all their boxes!!!

So many great fabric choices. I could (do!) spend hours looking at all the fabric. They have great sales, and if that you pick isnt on sale you can always get coupons online. Sometimes there is a line at the fabric cutting counter, so it can take a little while to get out once you have made your choices.

Great selection awesome prices on yarn, they have the latest in seasonal tuff as well as the Cricut huge selection.

Joanns is by far my favorite craft store, their layout makes it easy to find anything you need for your crafting project. And when you cant find something their friendly staff will be more than happy to help.When I was there I had my two toddlers, I asked the store associate where something was. Not only did she tell me but she went and got it for me so I didnt have to take my kids all around the store. Love going there!!!

Such a unique, active take on a restaurant/bar with modern decor, sand volleyball, and indoor/outdoor bar service. Daily happy hour, too.

I like the store as always. Frustrating that staff never seems to know how to help find anything when asked. The items are getting too expensive.

I like the layout, it was clean, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. This location does not stock macrame cord.

The scrapbook section was very limited and disorganized. There were boxes and crates all over.

LOVE this store!I wish it was larger so it could carry a wider variety of stock, particularly in yarn. But that is my ONLY negative for this place.The staff are SO wonderful!!! Every interaction Ive had with them has been nothing but wonderfully positive.Checking out is a joy. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. When Ive needed help in the store, the people were happy to assist. The displays of the seasonal items when you walk in are lovely. Items are where they should be and arranged neatly. Labels are accurate.Ive also had to call and speak with a manager to see about getting some yarn shipped to this store from a store out of state. The staff have been nothing but patient and polite and friendly and just awesome folks every step of the way!I highly recommend this store for the fantastic customer service!

It was a new experience for me. Ive never seen that many fabrics before in my life! They have a great selection, and all types of other crafty things to explore. Didnt explore a lot. I was on a mission, so I just got what I needed. Will definitely go back to do a little more digging. The staff was friendly and more than happy to assist me. I needed it. This was my first time going in there. I really appreciated that.

According to my wife this is the best place around to get fabric and craft supplies. For us non crafty types theres not much for you here. It can be a long experience. I spent a week in here one afternoon.

For a while I stopped shopping at this location because the customer service was AWFUL. The other day though, I went in and saw Heather at the cutting counter and I can tell they’ve hired some amazing new people! I will definitely be back! More people need to be like Heather!! Exceptional to say the least!!

My only complaints about the Murfreesboro Joanns is that its always hot in there and everytime there is a yarn sale, their shelves are bare.

Staff was incredibly rude and acted as if they wanted me out of the store as soon as possible, and couldnt be bothered to provide any assistance other than saying that they may carry that item and not giving any information other than that when I asked a group of 3 employees if they carried a specific item, and then they promptly ignored me to go back to discussing their personal lives. Great place to see how not to do treat customers.

One of the only fabric stores in town. Has nice selection but not a whole lot of masculine fabrics to choose from for making shirts or face masks for my family.

First and probably last visit to this store. Negative stars... I walked up to the materials counter and waited there for help. One of the ladies working there looked and up at me. Then she said; Do you need something? I ask if they carried neoprene. She rudely said; what? Then she makes it clear she was angry that she lost count of what she was working on. She did walk to the aisle just say to me; This is what we have, we dont have that. I was patiently waiting for her to finish the work she was in the middle of. News flash, dont work in customer service if you hate customers bothering you. At least be good at pretending theyre not getting on your nerves. Im pretty sure you still get paid for that recount after your unprofessionalism you made very clear.PS...the lady at the front cash register was very nice, even if she could have been pretending to love customer service..Ask her how its done.

We shopped here a few days ago and I still haven’t stopped thinking about how I should’ve gone to Michaels instead. We were treated very poorly by the cashier and we probably won’t come back. I wish I had experienced the “kind and helpful” people some of the other comments speak of. The cashier wouldn’t price match an item to the same exact item sold on Amazon for half price. They claim that Amazon is “not a competitor.” 🙄 If I can buy the same exact items, then they are definitely a competitor. Lost them a sale that day.

I love JoAnn but this location has a very disappointing inventory. There was a very limited supply of Disney and even school themed quilting cotton fabric.

Visible store cleanliness overall satisfying, but there was no effort made to sanitize the baskets, carts, electric carts, or credit/debit card pin pads in between each user, despite staff wearing face-masks and having Plexiglas screens in front of them.

They have the best customer service! Michael went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks again!

Got what I wanted.

Joanna fabrics has their diamond dotz 40% off which was a nice surprise since that is what I went there for. I now have some new projects.

Went in to get buttons for my pants. ( never been in or even sewed in my life.) The ladies there helped me pick out the button that serves my purpose best and even gave me a walk through on how to sew it in for extra strength.

Looking for ecru lace fabric. Saw some but didnt have a measurement. Go back by when have time.

Slow not to many staff!

The building was cool on a real hot day, and looked really organized with their goods. We found some things we wanted and got checked out in a timely manner. Recommend checking this place out for craft items. Example: We bought Cuddle Bug embossing plates on clearance for $2.47 each.

Found the cutest snowman fleece for a throw. Check out was a long line, but another friendly customer offered me a coupon. Staff and store are welcoming.

I visited this location today because Hobby Lobby was closed and i needed fabric. I picked out the 2 fabrics i needed and headed to the cutting station, ugh! The lady in front of me had at LEAST 12 fabrics and needed 3-6 yards of each, it took FOREVER all the while another employee walked by, talked to the worker that was cutting fabric and plates on her phone, no one ever said “we will be right with you” or “sorry for the wait” after 30 mins i finally got my 1 1/2 yards cut and went to check out, ugh again! ONE cashier and a line a mile long! The man behind me got so frustrated after about 20 mins and called the store telling them he was in line and asked for another cashier but they apologized and NO one came! I spent at least One FULL hour in line at this store which should’ve been maybe 15 mins. No one was friendly and if i hadn’t needed the supplies i wouldn’t have waited so LONG to spend my money...NEVER again!!! Hobby Lobby here I come! This store manager needs some serious guidance, as they have 0 idea how to staff a store or try to service customers.

Sticking with Michaels... customer service not on point. Employees wanted to be anywhere but there and it showed. I gave 4 stars for the little girl that checked us out for finding her smile in response to my mothers uplifting spirit.

They didnt have a very good fabric selection which is what I was looking for.

This place is a joke! I placed a buy online/ pickup in store order only because they sent me an email offering 20% off when you use in store pickup. That was at 1pm and according to the email should be ready by 5pm. I was already in town so I waited around a bit for an email confirming it was ready to pickup. I drove around the parking lot for a few and saw the exact items I ordered, they were in a large bin on the sidewalk, all someone had to do was walk out there and pick up a few of them. I had other things to do so decided Id pick them up the next day. Never received an email, by the way. Waited in line for 10 minutes with one cashier dealing with a very complicated customer until another cashier finally came up. Showed her my order confirmation email and told her I never received an email stating the order was ready. She pulled it up in her system and walked out front to look in the bin and there was only one; I ordered four. She said that the reason the order hadnt been processed was because the rest of the items were locked on a storage trailer and the manager that had the keys was off this weekend. Are you kidding me? I told her it should have been picked yesterday because the bin out front was overflowing, to which the other cashier replied another customer came in and bought them all. This is complete BS. That order should have been ready in five minutes. I had her cancel the order and the charge has still not dropped from my card nor have I received a cancellation email. This is NOT how you push a service that you are already late to the game with. I never enjoyed this place as it was, its overpriced and understaffed and the product selection is poor, but this absolutely sealed the deal for me. I will NEVER shop at this place again. Luckily I found the items I ordered across the street at Home Depot for $4 cheaper EACH, so at least Ill be able to meet my deadline for this project. What a joke. UPDATE: My order was NOT canceled as the cashier told me; I had to contact corporate because the store wasnt competent enough to handle it. It ended up taking a week to get the charge dropped from my card.

Love it there! Helpful staff, an 3normous selection on fabrics, and great prices! Best of all, they have deals and coupons up all the time, so youre never typically paying full price for anything. This place is my go to for fabric and craft supplies. I love it!
