The only grocery store I have visited in the past month! Everything is always very clean and they continually clean throughout the day. Everything is always very neat and organized. Workers are always cheerful and very helpful. They will go out of there way to attend to anything that is needed from them. Manager is typically always out on the floor helping which speaks volume and attends to the needs of the consumers as well. All around this is a very nicely put together grocery store.

Nice, clean store! Their prices are a little higher but they have the best baked bread and fried chicken around these parts! Baked goods in general are very tasty. A good variety of grocery options that are well displayed making it easy to find what you need. Kudos!

Never been more disappointed in a company placed an order for meat trays on Thursday. Called to check on them Friday morning. Had them scheduled to be ready by 9am. I show up at 1030am on Saturday and nowhere to be found. Not a single apology from the deli staff. It wasn’t until I went to the customer service desk to ask for the manager that I finally received an apology. The manager on duty agreed it was unacceptable and offered $10 and I looked at him and asked if that was the best they can do for wasting my time then he offered half off one of the trays. Meanwhile the surprise baby shower is on hold until the meat arrives. I will let the 30 people waiting that Publix thought their time was valued at $30. Wait there’s more. They told me 20-25 minutes while I waited I’m now at minute 30 and still no meat platters.

Our local Publix on Memorial Drive in Murfreesboro, TN is our go to for all things cake! We use them for all family birthdays, holidays and other special occasions. I picked up my wifes birthday cake today, and it was delicious as always. This location is a good representative for the Publix chain of stores in general. Customer service is top notch across all locations where I have visited around the country.

This store seems like it has more products on display than the store in Lebanon. It just seems bigger. They carry gluten free cakes. I dont know why Publix stopped allowing them to sell gluten free cupcakes. Its a very clean and well maintained store.

Love this place! Friendly staff, clean aisles, and great atmosphere. I dropped a $20 on my way out and Lindsey took it straight to customer service. She let me know when I was running around the parking lot searching. Absolutely recommend!

Without a doubt the cleanest and nicest Publix I have been to. We dont have a Publix in our city so this was a treat. I could have spent a grand just in the produce section alone. Fortunately this is on our way home and we will be back. Word of advice, Publix yogurts are the best! Love their Mango yogurt!

Seems over priced for the same things I get at Kroger cheaper? Nice flowers and arrangements in floral dept. And the people are friendly.

Shop here all the time mostly because its convenient. They are definitely more expensive than most grocery stores but got stuff that most dont. The place is very clean and employees are helpful.

Ive always been more of a Kroger Shopper, but here lately, I have been shopping at Publix. They have a larger variety of things that I typically need than Krogers does. No offense to Krogers, but I feel like Publix offers a better selection and variety of fresher foods and products.. for granted, they are a little pricey, but I feel like I have a better product at the end of the day

The service was fast. However, the taco shells are store bought and the meat was salty and bland.

Early morning shopping trip to pickup a few items. The store was well stocked, the staff was helpful with assistacne in locating a few items, and the store was clean.

Sushi is great, I really love the Hawaiian Roll with tuna.

Shopping at Publix is always Fun & Calming☺️ The Friendliness of the Staff is Very Welcoming. The Store is Super Clean. Shelves stocked at all times. I could go on and comment about everything. I love the deals I find which saves me money plus socks my pantry🤗

Shopping here is generally nice, wide aisles and helpful people. However, the deli has been consistently inconsistent. Sometimes they get online orders wrong, or they are rude or they make you feel as though youre hassling them when you really just want a sandwich.

All was for me but for the deli employee that said they would change out the soda cPw and didnt.

Always find the associates at this location to be incredibly kind and helpful. The young man Kreidrique who manned the register I checked out at was very polite and conversational while he rang up my items.

Some things are great some are mediocre, they dont have things almost every other store has.Prices are to high!

Publix has always been a favorite of mine to shop for food, deli items, fruit, vegetables, and especially bakery items. I navigated my way through the deli for some sliced turkey and Black Forest Ham. Picked up some Southern style tator salad. And was too late today to get a slice of carrot cake they had sold out. How ever tomorrow is a new day and I will get my weekly slice of the 5 layer slice then. It Id well worth the extra distance from my home to shop at this location. Staff is always helpful and so pleasant. As a senior they always walk with me to my car while I ride the electric cart and help me get my groceries into the car. Such a nice experience to enjoy the little courtesy stores used to provide they still do.

The best grocery store in the boro... All the customers are polite and most were masks and abide by the arrows. Its worth the extra penny to go here instead of Walmart. You will consistently see associates wiping all handles and you will only get grocery carts that have been sanitized. We love this place!!!

It is always very clean in here. The staff is so much nicer than some of the other stores around.

Great store. Friendly staff. Wide wide wide aisles that shopping carts can easily navigate unlike other places in town. I also appreciate them asking how I’m doing and would I like help with my groceries being taken out to the car. Unlike some people who complain about people being nice (maybe Michelle has issues) I personally enjoy my experience at Publix.

It was. Lousy. No pre-shave lotion, no Aqua Velva after shave. Pitiful!! I had an entire grocery list, but because of the aforementioned, I left and went elsewhere!! No Belgian chocolate either!!
