Pat is awesome! work was flawless and stayed on budget even after doing a few extras. Cant say enough about the repair I recieved.
I was contacted by a representative named Jason inquiring about a boat trailer they had for sale that was in need of repair. I was very interested in the trailer but it needed tires before I could remove it off the property, was no problem to me I just needed to find a set of tires. the trailer was indeed worth the money but again I needed to find tires so I told Jason to give me a day or 2 to think and find some loner wheels and tires to get it home. when I first arrived he was very helpful but that all changed when he didnt immediately make the sale. on my way back to my vehicle he had turned extremely cold and acted like I may have been there by accident. to make it even worse as I was leaving Jason took a picture of my license plate and made me feel like I did something wrong. I deal with the general public on a daily basis and this was totally out of the ordinary by all standards. it is very unlikely that I will have a return visit or be recommending a fellow boat owner. this service shop may do great work for a reasonable rate but I believe respect twards costumers is more than half of positively running and growing a small business. Jason will be easy to identify for his lack of dental hygiene and being covered in tattoos, I completely understand every situation is different but that is the only way I could describe the person in subject
Known Pat for a very long time. Always does great work for a great price. I recommend him for all my boat fiberglass repairs.

Pat Sorrell at Stones River Fiberglass is a true master craftsman and his business focuses on outstanding customer service. I had some minor glass work done on my bass boat where I had gouged it on a dock and some rocks. The gouges were in an area where 2 different colors meet. When I picked up the boat, I couldnt even tell where the work was done. He definitely went above and beyond when I asked him how to buff a small scuff on my outboard cowl, he picked up a buffer and hit it with some wax and it was back to a showroom finish. He even took the time to give me tips on how to clean hard water spots around the lower unit. If you need glass work or carpet for your boat do not hesitate to call Pat.
Pat does great work. I am confident that if I send a customer to him that he will take care of them.Larry Vincent, ShipShape Marine
