Crystal Springs is the WORST water company I’ve ever dealt with. Deliveries of water came before my cooler. Had to buy a mini pump while waiting. They were never on time. I waited over a month to get a cooler due to a “shortage” and when it finally came they sent me a dirty broken cooler. I set up the cooler and the next morning I woke up to a puddle of water on my hardwood floor in front of the cooler. Took the water jug off and took the lid off to see what the problem was and the pictures say a thousand words. I was in shock and disgusted. They did not clean this cooler and on top of that tried to glue the broken piece which obviously didn’t hold and now I’m left with a damaged floor and no cooler. Cancelled service. Still waiting on a full refund and compensation to get my floor fixed!

Delivery driver no showed then changed Delivery date then water came but no cooler how are costco allowing them to come sell there and do this to there customers(Edit)stars changed after they called and explained what was goingnto we now have are dispenser

We used this service for my business. The communication and the billing have been awful. I have had to call 4 different times for delivery/billing errors. Sometimes the wait time is over 30 minutes. I was told something different each time, whether it be they will issue me a credit or they will update the info for the driver to get it right. And still after having to contact them 4 times they STILL cant get it right. And sometimes Im just outright lied to like just recently when I called to complain I was told I would be issued a credit and when I called to complain again today I was told they dont see any notes about giving us a credit. And finally to top it all off I told them I want to cancel and they STILL are going to charge me $6.95 to pick up my equipment, even though I am cancelling because of their errors/ poor service. Poor customer service, poor communication, long wait times and you will be lied to.

This company is somehow allowed to sale at Costco. Stay away. The service is terrible from the top down. It makes me wonder about the quality of the water.

Horiable service the guy never shows up!!!! We have gone two months with out water and when he does come he charges is for double the water so I have to call every time to get it credited back to me!!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a company!!!! I was told when I signed up for the delivery service that there would have a driver deliver my tank and water and go over everything with me. I told them to come after 4pm when I would be home from work to meet him. They said they set it up that way. Guy comes when I am at work and leaves the water tank and water. No instructions on how to set up or clean or anything. Then I was supposed to have a $50 credit on my first bill due to an online promotion. NOT !!! So, I called and they said, oh sorry, go ahead and pay the bill and we will credit next months bill. I was told at initial account set up that the delivery driver would come every two weeks but would only replace the number of empty bottles of water that I left on my door step. Came home from work yesterday and there were 3 bottles of water sitting at my door. I had not left any bottles outside to be replaced. Now I have 5 bottles of water and I am the only member of the household. I wont use that much water in 3 months. So, I call to let them know this is not acceptable and am put on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up after 30 minutes of ignore. Called again this morning to tell them to only deliver water like I had initially ask for which was when I sat empty bottles outside. They said I had to talk to the accounts department. Got transferred and put on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up. Called back this morning, same thing. Been on hold for over 25 minutes now. Still on hold. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I am 61 yrs old. The water tastes great but it not worth the hassle and the horrible customer service. I am telling everyone not to use this service. I think I will go back to buying my spring water at Wal-Mart. Horrible company to deal with !!!!! I am going to drop a note to the Better Business Bureau regarding this too.

The most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT RECOMMEMD FOR ANY COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL PERSON. Cannot keep billing correct. Tried to continuously charge me for paid services. Thank God for receipts.

I really cant think of one good thing about this service. The amount of time you have to wait on hold, the terrible communication within the company, the lack of water delivered on due date, the defective machines, the stand in drivers who dont know what is going on, the bottles that malfunction, the company reps that answer the phone and dont know what is going on.....the amount of time I spent trying to right a wrong cost me a fortune.
