I made an appointment for 11:45am. I arrived early. They refused to honor the coupon that they just mailed me THIS WEEK. He said they didn’t even carry synthetic blend oil. By 12:30 they still hadn’t moved my truck from the lot. However they accepted walk in’s and got them in and out while I continued to wait. An old man in the waiting room had been there since 9am waiting on brakes. Another young man had been there for hours waiting on his service. After an hour I grabbed my keys and drove to Express Lube about half a mile down the road. They immediately changed my oil and rotated/balanced my tires. I will never return to “Big O”.

We’ve taken all 3 of our vehicles here & are VERY pleased with the customer service! Clean facility, nice waiting area, and helpful staff. Mike & all of the team members I’ve interacted with are fantastic! Highly recommend.

Always on top of it! Had to stop in due to a tire being low on air and I was having to rush to get where I was going. They promptly attended to putting air in my tire and checked the others for me free of charge. I was in and out and didn’t even have to get my children out of the car. They will always be my number one tire shop!! Thank you!!

So friendly, efficient, clean. My tire maintenance light came on and I stopped by. They checked everything thoroughly and when I asked about payment when they were done, he didn’t charge me. I would have gladly paid, but I will definitely be back.

I came in just a half hour before close with a flat and worn tire in the middle of my shift as a delivery driver. I got it replaced, as well as another new tire very quickly and got back to work to finish my shift in no time. Great employees as well. Well done.

If you just want an oil change do not get the 22 point inspection coupon! They put your car up and say they check everything. Told me I needed work done on everything I had fixed 3 months ago! I spent 900 on all the things they said I needed fixed and they were all fine. I guess I was a woman and didn’t know what I was doing? It’s a ploy to get you to do their loan program and get you attached to debt. On top of that, the guy who looked at my car banged the brakes to get them off but he was supposed to show me the bearings and said “oh I wasn’t supposed to do that”.

My car was making a funny sound and I was too busy to get it checked by my local shop. Stopped at the closet location I could find near my son’s camp and boy did I make the right choice!The shop was welcoming, clean and took my information down and Vivian (my car) back with little wait. Adam was very patient and helpful in trying to get as much information from non-car smart me.While I sat in the lobby mooching off their free Wi-Fi and getting working done, Mike worked his magic. He found the issue in no time and fixed it right away. It was a simple fix.My favorite, no hustle and bustle, trying to upsell add on services. Just looked at what I asked and made sure I was safe to get back on the road.How many shops have you been to where they do that?! Needless to say, HIGHLY recommend.

Best pricing we found! Warm friendly greeting when I arrived, accommodating waiting area (they even had things for kids ready to go!!!) and tires were changed quickly. In and out (no wait) in 30 minutes!!!! The warranty on the tires we purchased seems worth it as well.

Im torn writing this review. I have had the pleasure of working with Big O for my tires, brakes, and oil changes. I was a repeat customer, and will not likely come back again. Normally, I would probably give this place a 5/5 stars, but given recent occurrences, I am docking 3 stars.When I had my tires, brakes, rotors, and oil change the first time, The manager mentioned the brakes need flushing (based on the DNA test). I agreed to that service at that time.Flash forward to todayI come back again for my routine oil change, and I was told the same thing from someone else the brakes need flushing. Come to find out, it was never done the first time. Granted, it also wasnt charged to me last time. So luckily, I didnt get charged for it. Because they missed it, they lose 1 star.The 2nd and 3rd star are gone because of the big scratch that came with my service today. The assistant manager gave me her card, and she says it will be taken care of, but called me afterwards and said she cannot see where the tech could have scratched the car, so they dont feel they should pay for it... Unfortunately, I cannot prove it wasnt there before hand (other than by knowing it wasnt when I brought it in). At this point, I feel like I am getting the short end of the stick. My truck is super dirty, and there is an obvious new scratch that recently came about after having work completed on the truck.This is an honest review, and I am not sure if I will ever be able to bring them more revenue or paid business given the recent circumstances.

I hate dealing with anything about my car and just moving here from Nashville trying to find a place to go for service I was dreading. Troy and his crew at Big O Tire are awesome!! The wrong tires were ordered for my car and Troy was very honest and apologetic. When I went in he had everything together and had my tires on in less than an hour. Troy does an great job and takes good care of his clients. Will be using and recommending them to everyone.

My family has been a long-time customer of Big O Tires in Murfreesboro and the unprofessional manner in which a situation has been handled regarding my step-son is unfathomable to me. My step-son had an oil change on March 9, 2020, a mere 10 days later his oil plug fell out. Thankfully, he pulled over as soon as it happened and the only loss was his turbo. I contacted Big O about the situation and have had nothing but a runaround since March 23, 2020. No contact from the owners, no resolution from the corporate level (after I was told to call corporate). I have submitted documentation with receipts and even a narrative from the dealership that repaired the turbo that the reason the turbo needed to be replaced was because it had been starved of oil. I have documentation of every communication and feel we have been very patient. How do you run a business and have zero customer relations skills?? Accidents happen all the time, but to not even communicate with a customer is again unfathomable.

This was my first experience at Big O Tires and I could not be happier with the customer service and the quality of work they did for me. I did not know they could do so much more than tires for my vehicle. They changed out my air compressor for a much better price than any other shop in town. I will be going back to this shop for all of my mechanical needs.

They went above and beyond what I expected. They showed me some things I might choose to have done in the future and how much it would cost. I know my car and these particular things had not been done in a long time. I knew these things are true so I felt they were being honest and in my best interest. They were kind and called me by my first name. I liked that.

We recently moved to the opposite side of the county, and I am more than happy to drive across town to get my tires here. They are a locally owned company who prides themselves in honesty and transparency. Highly recommend!!

I had just went to the Ford Quick Lane Service Center and was told I needed brand new tires, a battery and a $215 alignment to my car. I had just bought tires and a battery the year prior and was taken aback by the expense of the alignment. I decided to call Big O Tires and they fixed my alignment, assured me that my battery and tires had plenty of life in them, charged me half the price and made me feel so much better! I highly recommend Big O Tires to everyone!! They will give you an honest answer!!

This place is awesome! I had 4 new tires and a wheel alignment done here today. They got everything done in less than 30 minutes and my car drives so smooth. They’re very helpful and friendly the manager talked to me like we’ve known each other for years. They will always have my business.

Had our tires remounted and rotated. The staff was welcoming friendly and the price was very good. We also got our vans oil changed. We had our two kids and they pulled out some balloons that kept the kids very entertained. Highly recommend coming here for your vehicle needs.

First Time Costumer. I purchased 4 Big O Legacy brand tires for my 2012 Honda Odyssey. The vehicle had 4 tires installed along with an alignment completed in a 1 hour time frame. I was happy with the job as well as the staff. Veteran owned and operated was a plus. I will give a better review of the tires after I have some drive time on them.

This place is terrific. They do a lot more than just tires. They replaced my alternator yesterday in about an hour. I called the evening before and made an appointment. They ordered the alternator so it was waiting for me. Swapped it out it let than an hour.Fantastic customer service.

Big O’ Tires is amazing! I needed an alignment, I scheduled the appointment for 11, however was late and showed up at 12. Even though I was an hour late, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They were so nice and even test drove my car because I told them I noticed a knocking noise when I would go over bumps. They lifted my car, found the exact issue with the noise, and directed me down the right path to get it fixed and save some money! Nothing but good things from my experience!

I went in with a flat tire,and they were great!!They took care of me immediately knowing that I had to get to work.They also fixed an issue with my door that I had been having a problem with.My tire was literally in the dangerous territory. The gentleman at the front showed me my tire,and honestly how close I was to being on the Interstate and possibly having a horrible accident. They went above and beyond without me even asking!I was well taken care of,and I believe that you will be to.

Came in on 6/28/18 to have my tires replaced, which was very much needed, on my truck. Now, I Penny pinch when I can and being a mechanic myself, I understand that good tires can be costly. I had a budget of $500 to work with so I knew that I wouldnt be getting the best they had to offer. The service writer went through a couple of options that were over budget for me. After telling him my budget needs he came up with a couple more options for me that I could work with. It was an off brand tire that I never heard of before that I decided to go with. I only drive my truck to and from work and figured Id give this brand a shot. So far my truck has been a much smoother ride since getting the tires. The staff was very courteous and professional with knowledge of the products they are selling. My wait time was around 45 minutes which I thought was great for coming in around 11 a.m. on a Friday. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or service.

5 months now and over 600 dollars stolen by this company. They were supposed to fix my AC compressor but instead broke THREE new ones and charged everytime. Still have no working AC and having some employees saying Im getting a refund and others saying Im not. Be careful going here for any and all repairs. Their mechanics dont know what they are doing at this location. If any owner sees this and would like to correct it, please do because your employees claim they cant get in contact with you without seeing you in person!

I never write negative reviews on a business website, however today I feel that this is more than necessary. I visited BIG O in July and purchased 4 new tires and an alignment. After driving my car for a couple of days, it was apparent that the alignment was way off. After waiting 3 hours the day of service, I then had to waste time going back to have the alignment corrected, which looking back I dont believe was ever done at all. Brandi took the vehicle in immediately but never offered an apology for the issue. I chalked this up to a one time issue and went on about my business. Today I went it for a routine oil change. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am. They called at 1230 and said they had completed the work, but believed that the water pump was leaking. I asked for a quote on the work and Jason said hed get a quote and call me back. I waited until 3pm and had heard nothing. I called back and Jason said he had to go home for a bit and apologized for not calling. He again said hed have to get the quote and would call me back. He did call back this time and I agreed to have them complete the work. I picked up the car at 430 and drove straight home. We later went out to a friends house and on the way home I heard a noise and realized that my car was overheating. Before today, the water pump had showed no signs of a problem, but I trusted their professional judgement and let them complete the repairs . My husband looked under the hood and found that there was nothing in the coolant reservoir, so either it wasnt filled up or they installed the part incorrectly and it is still leaking. This is very frustrating as now it is Saturday night and they wont be open again until Monday. I will also lose a day of work because of their poor quality of work. We will not be bringing any more business to this establishment .

They got the tire back on the vehicle and the spare put away underneath. In and out in about 30 minutes. Professional work. Without question, they actually care about customer service, which is rare these days. I saw several interactions with other customers that were kind, polite, and truly helpful. The two individuals who work / manage this location are always incredibly helpful & hardworking. As I sat in the customer waiting area, I observed the two of them diligently work through problems that had come up, answer the telephone, greet the new customers, as well as keep all of us in the lobby informed as to what the hold up was or what the status of our vehicle was. They both certainly had a lot going on & not once did it become a hostile or stressed environment like you may find at many competitors in the Middle Tennessee area. I respect that about them and I will continue to bring my vehicles, money, and support to this location. Thanks!

I had never met any of these folks before I went there but I walked in and hey treated me as if I was a long time friend. All the office staff were extremely polite and friendly and took care of everything very quickly with no hassle. They didnt pressure me into buying anything I didnt need that day. Greatest experience Ive had with an auto shop. Will definitely be returning in the future.

After several terrible experiences at Tire Discounters I looked for a new tire shop. Big O Tires is veteran owned, and that is important to me. What is even more important is the staff there take care of ALL of their customers. They fixed what Tire Discounters screwed up, for free! I have had other work done there and I am very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and prices. I have a new tire shop!

I have had my Honda Fit serviced here for multiple services over the last number of months.The team gives good insights, and fair prices.

I came in on June 18 2019 for a slow leak on my tire. Come to find out that it was caused by a bad tire sensor no big deal. Bought and had it replaced, the tire sensor light was still on and the tech told me it will reset after a few miles . It still didn’t reset brought back up there a second time the told me they had to test it and if it’s bad they will replace it. It was a bad sensor supposedly a manufacturer problem. The tech told me he was gonna order one for me took my name and phone number and said he was gonna call me. Never did. I had to call back on July 2 2019 talked to Kaycee told her what was going on and she ordered another one. The installed it and the sensor light was off. I made it from Murfreesboro to Smyrna before the sensor light came on again. I called again to the store and now I have to go back up there for a 3rd time to try and get this issue resolved. I’m wasting my time and gas money running back and forth because of this issue. This is getting old fast. The owner needs to contact me

We knew what we needed and it took no time at all. Two new tires and an alignment later our car is running better than ever. They always respect what my budget is and are helpful in explaining things to me.

My son purchased a part from Big O and special ordered it. I was present while he was talking to the employee behind the counter and after my son asked if the price (over $900) included the core charge the employee answered yes twice. The part arrived a few days later and my son went to pick it up and was informed he had to pay another ($330 plus tax) core charge. My son told the employee thats not what he was told before and that the employee that ordered the part included the core in the original charge. The store informed my son that that person no longer works there and basically sorry about your luck you cant have the part until you pay for it or bring us the old one. Now At this point my son had to pay an extra $330 for a part he had already paid for. This store claims to be veteran and locally owned. We will never do business with them again and will tell everyone we meet not to as well. One of the worst experiences i have had dealing with an automotive shop in Murfreesboro. Bad management bad ownership !!I have responded to the below request and i am awaiting response

Got an oil change and service was great, but went back the next day because something was wrong- car was pulling to the left. The rep test drove it, brought it back and said i needed an alignment and gave me a print out (which i dint understand) of some sort, and then he said, oh and you have a nail in the tire...i explained that might be what was causing it to pull to the left but he disagreed and said it needed the alignment and a tire repair/or a new tire.i took it to Discount Tires, where i got the last set of tires about 4-5 months ago...they took it in, repaired the tire and i was on my way- no charge.Couldnt help but think your rep was not being honest with me and not giving reputable service.

I got my tire patched and they damaged my wheel. This car is brand new and they want to blame me for the damage. This happened from an air impact gun when someone was in a rush. There is no way I could have damaged the wheel. So unprofessional. Never using them again!!!!!Check your car before leaving and video before you take it in!!!!

FABULOUS! I purchased tires at a Big O in Colorado 2 years ago and today driving through Tennessee I had a flat. I was sad, but then I remembered the guy at Big O talked me into the protection plan. Oh thank goodness it actually works for what they said it does. The guys here at Big O knew my problem before I even stepped out of my car (not hard though seeing a donut where a full size should be) these guys took me in before they even officially opened and fixed my flat quick and even helped me out with some new tires for my Durango which I will be back soon to have put on. Big O is the best, literally I have never had a problem and the fact they are through the U.S. and work cooperatively together to help their customers is why I recommend them to everyone, but that protection plan even if you dont think you will need it, BUT THAT CHIT!

Place has gone down hill. Im a veteran and have been bringing my vehicle to bot for 2 years. I took my car in for a slow leak and was told I needed brakes as well. They quoted me roughly 200 dollars. After I had been there for 3 hrs. I told them I would come back for the brakes and when I did it was another 3 hrs. In addition to the long wait time they claimed I needed calibers and a hub which made it 600 plus dollars....how was this not seen before? These guys are being shady or dont know what they are doing. Do not recommend

Came in for an oil change and there was only one other car in the shop besides mine. Took an hour for an oil change. One guy doing all the work while the rest of them hung out in the back smoking cigarettes. Zero sense of urgency.

This place is fantastic! ! Jason ensures my car needs are met everytime I come for service!! Even though I have lifetime alignment with Firestone, Big O Tires gave me a free alignment and beat the price Firestone was going to charge me to replace my left inner tire rod ends. Firestone wanted to charge me$ 237.62 parts and labor included, but Jason charged me $180.92 with a free alignment and he replaced another part that cost about $50 free!! I tell u ppl, this is the place to get your car serviced. I had to stay a few hours, but the team ensured my car was repaired correctly the first time. Each time I go to Firestone they are in a hurry and half do things. .Im sticking with Big O!! The staff is great and a young LADY fixed my car. .her name is Maddy, well her real name is Madison (forgot her last name) but we call her Maddy..She was out there with those guys putting in work! ! Im so grateful.Thanks again Jason! ! Also, I got an oil change too.....My total was $240..

I was very disappointed with my visit. I got a quote from a manager and when I returned to get the work done she no longer worked for the company and my quoted price is not validate. The price went from 229 to 348. I really felt like it was because I am a woman. Still waiting on my call back fellas.05/30/2019 UPDATEI never received a call back.... HOWEVER I did call back to try to get a response 3 weeks later. I was told that I could get my car fixed for 272 versus 348. I took it in this morning before 8 a.m. and it is 2:40 in the afternoon and I just hung up with ZACH who told me that it would be an additional 2 hours before my car will be ready. When I was quoted a price I was given a time for labor as well ( 2.5 hours). Zach was unable to tell me why its taking so long on my car. To say I am ANGRY is an understatement at this point!!! AGAIN I feel as though its because I am a woman that they are doing this. No other cars are being worked on at this time!!!

This place has went down hill very quickly. I use to love bringing my car by for its service, now I cant even get their standard 22 point inspection when I ask.
