Wouldnt advise going here. I have tried 4 xs to make a deal with this place. I feel its bc Im a woman. They talk down to u. This past weekend I got closer than ever before making a deal, right up till the manager Daniel added 2k more for vehicle I was looking at, more than the sticker price advertised on the car, low balled a trade he knew he could make 5k on & refused to speak about it. I called Wilson County Chevrolet & made the deal over the phone & 6k less than I expected.

Please with sale rep. Nice facilities. I personally felt like management couldve been better. Management never came out of wherever he/she was to talk about any options that may have been available to me. Had me to come back in a second time and still no deal and they ran my credit twice for the same vehicle. The second vehicle was 3 years older than the first one. I was made aware of this later. Went to another Chevrolet dealership (Shelbyville) near me and everyone from the sales management, sales rep, and even the detailers was extremely professional and was glad to have me there. I was able to actually set down face to face with the sales manager explained the lost of my vehicle and kinda what I had already been through and what I offered down (3k) with Dealership in Murfreesboro. I left the second Chevrolet dealership with a 2021 vehicle.

After purchasing a 2021 Cadillac Escalade. Three days later had a nail in tire. My wife took it back to Murfreesboro Cadillac. She was told they couldnt help her today so comeback in the morning which she did and for a second time was denied service, so she drove home with a nail in tire twice. Everyone is nice until they get your money then youre nothing to them anymore! I really like my vehicle. I just wish I would have went somewhere else.

When I say GM Justin Kinsey is the best he is just that. Above and Beyond he went for me. His customer service was exceptional, he communicated with me constantly throughout the day with my vehicle concerns. When I was upset and vented he very calmly just listen and he promised to make it right. He was respectful and compassionate and very professional. When I had to return my vehicle. He was on top of it and to ensure I wouldn’t be without transportation he put me in the best of the best and not only that he had the vehicle brought to me and they picked mines up so I didn’t have to move from my home. He works in a mode of Excellence and most importantly when a mistake was made by the Tech he owned it and had it fixed immediately. Great job GM Kinsey

I scheduled a recall for my Cadillac spoke to the salesperson and was arranging to get a rent a car for when I dropped my car off. The sales manager said no problem he contacted me two days later to advise me that he had to reschedule me so that I can get a rental car on that day. I asked him was it anything that I needed to provide him because I would be leaving the car getting the rental car and going straight to work and he said no.Arrive that day to get the rent a car there was much confusion and they refused to provide a rented car for me because my vehicle didnt have full coverage. I then ask why it wasnt told to me when going through all this scheduling to get a rental car on this day. They could not comment on that. I have three vehicles and two of them have full coverage on them that I could have provided to them and they said no it has to be on the vehicle that they are working on. (Note: when renting a car at the airport if you show proof of full coverage on any of your vehicles thats never been a problem) Then they said that I would have to bring my vehicle back and couldnt schedule me again until next week. I did not want to wait because was doing a recall on a safety mechanism so I had to call someone to pick me up at the dealership took over 2 hours for me to get transportation was late for work had to come back and pick up my car later.Contact the service manager explain the situation from an email they sent me to contact them so that they can make it right spoke with Ron and he wasnt willing to offer anything to help me out for the poor customer service. Obviously this dealership has serious customer service problems and it needs to be addressed for customers to feel happy to want to bring their cars back to this place. They need to train their employees so that they know all the required information needed so issues like this doesnt happen and cause major inconvenience and loss of pay from work.

Fantastic facility, Tim, our salesman, stood up and greeted us when we came in. we told him what we were looking for. he showed us the vehicle and all the information about it. unfortunately he didnt have exactly the color interior we wanted, but he found one and got it in. we settled on a fair price, by the way with no pressure, the paperwork was done in a matter or one half hour. Tim, greeted us with our names, after the first introduction, each time we came in afterwards. experience couldnt have been better. tim has called afterwards to check if any questions. very happy.

Cadillac Remorse.We purchased our new XT5 earlier this year. My wife had always wanted a Cadillac. With this vehicle being built in Spring Hill I was also excited to get it. With only 8000 miles on it and actually the first real trip out of town we expected no problems. Upon arriving in Gatlinburg at the hotel I noticed a high pitch squeal coming from or near the Alternator. Not bad, kind of like a couple of mice. On the trip home I began to feel the car holding back on acceleration. (I now have a fleet of 14 vehicles at our business and have a pretty good knowledge of how cars work.) I could tell the knock sensor was picking up on this sound. When we arrived home the sound had intensified to the sound of several mice. The next Day, this Monday, when my wife started the car the check engine light came on. I checked the code and sure enough the bank 2 knock sensor had an error, and the car was not charging the same as it normally did.We took the car in for service with the check engine light still on. I explained everything to the service advisor. She seemed somewhat dismissive of what I was telling her. They gave us a barely Cadillac to drive home. The service advisor called back a couple of times and even admitted hearing the noise. On both conversations I begged her to fix the car, because if she did not my wife will be afraid to drive it. Well, they decided it was within GM specifications and instructed us to come pick up the car.When I got in our XT5 and started it up the check engine light was still on and the squeal still there. I went in and talked to the receptionist who actually seemed concerned. She got me in touch with our salesman, whom I had called before we scheduled service but had not received a call back from. On the way back home the car developed a smell akin to a burning rubber. We did make it back and the car is permanently parked at our office as my wife is now afraid to drive it. The salesman told us he would talk to the Service manager and GM. He said they should come get it, fix it, and bring it back. At this point we will not drive this car.The dealer sent a driver to pick up the car and this time left an equivalent or even nicer XT5 for us to use. The Advisor called to tell us that a tensioner pully had failed and caused the belt to become damaged and fall off. It even says on the service ticket that the belt fell off. What concerns me the most is that they drove the car back to the dealership in Murfreesboro from Lebanon. This belt operates everything including the water pump. How far was the car driven with the belt off? Did the engine overheat?Now, both me and my wife have very little confidence in the future reliability of this car, and even less in the dealership.We have contacted a dealership we have had and continue to have excellent service from.My wife decided on a 2021 80th Anniversary Grand Cherokee. It has every option our XT5 had and seems to handle and ride as well. I will not mention the name of the dealer but it is in Crossville, TN and they sell new Jeeps. Thanks for reading my lengthy review, Just wanted to save someone else the pain. CecilPS, I am very surprised we have not been contacted by the dealership management.

My wife and I went to this same dealership in murfressboro to test an possibly drive off with a Cadillac CTS but was told that I wasn’t able to purchase the Cadillac I picked out, but tried to put me in a darn Lincoln MLK! 😂 you can’t compare a darn Lincoln to a Cadillac! And the funny thing is is that the Lincoln was the same price as the Cadillac but they said that I couldn’t get it for some dumb reason that they came up with that didn’t make any sense what so ever! So we left and went and purchased one at another dealership. They lose and another’s gain! Until this place does better I don’t see this place staying in business to much long. Get your acts together!

We called and asked about a Cadillac we saw online made an appointment to test drive it. Drove an hour and twenty minutes when we got to the car lot they said they didnt even have it on the lot yet it wouldnt be there for 3 days. We test drove one vehicle he picked out for us. It didnt drive well. It started shaking at 65mph. We walked around on the lot and saw one we liked. I asked if we could test drive it. He said no we only allow you to test drive one vehicle. I asked him if he would spend 45,000.00 on a vehicle that he had not driven. The answer was no but he still would not allow us to test drive another vehicle. So I said lets go somewhere else. We asked another salesman on our way out how many vehicles her customer had test driven the answer was 3. Very bad experience. I would not recommend the car lot!

Horrible service. Spoke to a Cadillac salesman and after confirming the appointment to come in as he pushed us to do so as we lived 40 minutes away. When we went there and after texting him we were on our way, he wasnt there. No problem but when I asked to see the vehicle, they stated it was 730pm (they closed at 8pm) and that no one from the Cadillac sales team was there as they were SLOW and no one could even show us the vehicle. There were plenty of sales people just hanging out as they were dead. The sales person called me the next day but made excuses. I bought a brand New truck the same day from Beamans...If this is how they treat possible new sales, think of the after care service..

Poor customer service in the service department. Extended wait times, no idea where the car was located when was time to pick up. Did not fix the problem I asked them to diagnose. On two different occasions. ran the battery down and the car and through there hands up for me to figure it out. Piss poor place go somewhere else.

Poor Customer Service!! I checked inventory online and found a couple 2019 CTS in stock on Saturday night. I went in on Sunday ready to purchase with no financing and ETHAN told us that there were no CTS in stock and acted like he couldn’t be bothered. I went home and looked up the CTS on the website and found 2. I put in a request online to get a quote. Big Tony called within 1 hour and confirmed the CTS was in stock. Not exactly sure why ETHAN misinformed me that weren’t any in stock. I will taking my business to Andrews in Brentwood.
