The employee that sold us batteries explained that a battery could be brought in and swapped for a new battery at anytime. Fast forward less than a year and we have a bad battery. Bring it in and we are informed that it can take two days for them to test a battery. What? I asked where that was and if I signed anything stating that. Nothing could be provided. However, it is on the receipt that you get. You know, the one you get AFTER your purchase. The manager of this store is horribly rude. She would not provide her name so that I could make a complaint. I was ticked and she wouldnt listen to understand why I was upset. The next time I came in I had to explain to her that her folks needed some additional training. Of course, the employee that sold us the battery no longer worked there. Oh and there is a sign, a pretty small sign, not behind the cash register that states this 48 hour rule. Moral of this...I will never purchase another battery from this store. Especially not from unknown name manager.

I was help by a great staff. I called the store for assistance with finding a power adapter. I showed up to the store and was greeting by John and Andy who helped me find the right power supply for my computer. Thanks again guys for being great. I’ll be back for some energy saving lightbulbs too
I’ve got my iPhone screen fixed here and the staff was helpful and nice but the screen I got was glitching and not working properly. Well the staff here was very nice and offered to give me a new one as it was still under warranty, the problem is the new screen I got also doesn’t work like it should. I would not recommend getting a screen replacement here. Hopefully no one else has had this problem.
I called in to ask about a battery for my key fob. The gentleman was very helpful in letting me know that there are different batteries for different fobs. He told me that all of them are $5.99 though. I get there and hand him my fob stating that I need a new battery. He takes it and goes to town with taking it apart and putting a new battery in. We get to the register and he tells me the total is $13 something. WHAT??? That is not what I was told, he said it is for the installation fee. I give 3 because of the quick replacement. Also, I give 3 because I believe he should have told me about the installation fee before doing it.

Sometimes its the little things that matter. Things like tiny light bulbs and obscure batteries for key fobs. Got both items taken care of today with helpful, personal service. Im willing to pay a little extra for the service. Having my key fob battery replaced and tested by a pair of hands that have obviously done it hundreds of times is comforting. Having the same person match and provide the weirdly shaped little light bulb that came from the bottom of my microwave was just a bonus.

I was in the local store to purchase some batteries. After waiting for several minutes for a clean cut young man to acknowledge me, he finally walked over to me and proceeded to insult me. We exchanged a few unpleasant words and i ask for my property back and left. Having trained and mentored several young men i have decided this young man just needs some training. His first lesson should be that the customer is not always right but he is always the customer and deserves to be treated with respect. The customer makes the decision where he spends his money and there are many places to purchase a battery.
The Duracell battery I had in my car went dead and I was unable to revive it. I took it down to Batteries Plus with my old receipt and found it was still under warranty. Alex tried to get it to recharge without any luck and promptly replaced it with a new battery, free of charge. No pro rated or anything, just an exact replacement. Thanks very much. Been buying from Batteries Plus for years and will continue to do so.
I carried a new key fob to the store to be programed. The employee spent 30 minutes trying to cut a key and then came out and said it was not cut correctly. I was ok with this and asked that he just program the fob. He went out to my car and was obviously not trained on fob programming either. He eventually admitted that he was not comfortable trying to program it and said he had never done this before. He said the guy inside was the one who normally does these. We went inside and the other employee (franchise owners son) told me the guy who was helping me had done many of these before. The guy helping me then said he had only done 2. I told them I didnt want to get in the middle of their argument. I just wanted to take my fob and leave.I went to the Batteries Plus in Smyrna and they were able to program the fob in about 10 minutes. I will be going to the Smyrna location for all my battery needs in the future.

I replaced a battery in a Samsung S7 and it was not near as good as the old one that they replaced. The original lasted for two years and started having to be recharged after one day. It lasted 2 days when the phone was new. I left my phone for it to be replaced and the replacement battery did not even last a full day. It made me concerned whether or not they even replaced it. Definitely, do not get your cell phone battery replaced at Batteries Plus!

Needed to program a key fob for my 2011 Kia Forte. I first brought one in that I ordered online. Told me I had to purchase one from them which was almost three times as much as the one on Amazon was. Inconvenience, but not a complete deal breaker. I had to wait from Monday until Friday. On the following Friday, the remote came in cracked. Nothing was done about it except I was told they would order me another one and it would take about the same time. Again, really bad inconvenience and leaning towards a deal breaker... But I begrudgingly gave them another chance. Finally, they lost my business on Saturday (a week later) when it came in cracked again. Again, nothing was offered other than a new one ordered. Not making the same mistake again and wasting two weeks of time with their horrible vendors and lack of customer service.

Replaced cellphone battery with incorrect (too thick, not OEM) battery. Attempted to glue the phone back together. Upon pickup phone back cover popped off. Claimed faulty batch of batteries. Took a total of 4 hours to come to conclusion that battery could not be replaced in store. Very unprofessional treatment.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a store. I came in beginning of the summer to get a screen repair and after waiting nearly 2 hours longer than they originally told me, they come back to tell me they can’t fully repair it and they can put on a screen but the home button wouldn’t work. Not wanting to pay the $90 they were charging for this faulty screen, I told them I’d take my business elsewhere and to put back on my cracked screen. Once they did this, suddenly my phone wouldn’t work at all and the technician said there was nothing he could do. Given that I was leaving town the next day and needed a phone, I was essentially forced to pay the $90 for a screen with the home button not working. After talking with the employee, he said I could come back later that summer and they would get everything repaired. I write this now months after my initial visit. I took my still not fully functional phone in to be repaired and sat around for another 1.5 hours for me to come back and then have them tell me there was nothing they could do again. On top of this, I now have a white spot on my screen that was not there previously. The worst part is that I could not even get my money back. Overall my experience here was frankly asinine. Never could I have fathomed that a business could have such poor customer service and work quality.
I left my Pixel 2, 128gb to get the screen replaced. They replaced the screen but broke the external audio. I cant hear the phone ring, nor listen to music without bluetooth. Although they reluctantly acknowledge that they broke it, they are not willing to make good. Their final offer was to replace it with a used Pixel 2, 64gb. This is unacceptable. Geta, the owner told me to go ahead and sue her because I would find out that it would cost me more to sue her than to replace the phone. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Bought my car battery here and the gentleman who helped me out, Chris, was knowledgeable and extremely efficient in changing my battery-he was thorough and did a much better job than anywhere else I have ever been-O Reillys, Auto Zone, Pep Boys etc. to purchase a car battery and have it installed. I will for now on always buy my car batteries and all batteries from Batteries plus for now on. Thank you for the great customer service Chris, it is extremely appreciated and rarely seen these days.

Such an odd experience here. I walked in after searching for a battery for my motorcycle online, the associate was more than happy to help, the battery that their system told me to get was a completely wrong fit, luckily I could see that so I didnt buy it. However it did make me waste a trip to the store. Ended up purchasing the battery at Walmart... The only reason I didnt give 1 star was because the employee was nice. Although had I not brought in my old battery he wouldve sold me the one that didnt fit.

I called Verizon and found out that This store had my battery for my Samsung Note 2 when I got there I found out they have batteries for ALL type phones plus they are VERY REASONABLE on their prices. I got a new battery for my iPhone 6. Its a great battery (lasts at least as long as the original one did when it was new) and was very reasonably priced. The tech who replaced it was very helpful. Another time, I got a new battery for the remote for my truck. When the tech tested it, the range still wasnt great (a problem Ive had for years). So, he opened the remote again and cleaned the inside contact points for the buttons and it works like new. I definitely recommend this place and their products.
Staff tried to find a battery for a lamp I liked very much. Since they dont have any to fit, guess I will have to give up on the lamp,but they did try and I appreciate that
I had them order a new glass for my phone. They ordered the wrong glass and then opened my phone before double checking the ordered part. My phone went from useable to not just like that. They didnt bother to tell me that and sent me on my way. After I confronted them they said its not their fault and I had to go spend a lot more money to have it fixed.

Went to have my battery replaced in my galaxy s6 edge a month ago. It does not appear that they changed the battery at all. Phone looses charge faster than before. Would not recommend.

Made an appointment online to get an iPhone screen repaired. Received a call from the store shortly after that it would take an hour maybe 2. Brought the phone in earlier than appointment time and got nothing but bs. That the phone wouldnt be ready til the following day, that if anyone walks in with phone repairs they would come first. This was the 3rd chance Ive given this store. Did this exact same thing to me about a year and half ago, drove to the smyrna store and they had no problem fixing the phone before closing. I took the phone and cancelled appt. If your looking for a screen repair, drive to the Smyrna store where they have great customer service, or take it elsewhere.
I ordered the battery on 10/5 and I received an email at 8:02 am on 10/6 telling me my order is ready for pick up. The hubby goes to pick up the order a little after 4:00 pm and come to find out it wasnt ready at all. The battery didnt have acid in it and wasnt charge up. So the employee said he had to do all these things first and were told the battery needed another 12 hours of charging. Batteries Plus shouldve done all this before notifying me that my order was ready. I place the order the day before and was hoping to get the battery the day after all ready to go. Luckily we have a battery charger at home so the hubby ask the employee to fill the acid and hell charge it at home. When the hubby brought it home he notice little spill of acid on the battery so he had to deal with that. The battery is still charging in the garage so well see if it will work when we put it in the motorcycle. What a terrible terrible service we received. Luckily Batteries Plus had to only deal with my husband since he is a patience man but if it were me I wouldnt put up with it.

Was in a car accident and my phones battery went missing in the rubble. After going to my carrier to get a replacement and being very put off by the fact that my carriers clerk chuckled about the wreck I left and went across the parking lot to Batteries Plus. The clerk inside was super nice and helped me find the battery I needed. Been going strong for 6 mos now and still holds a good charge. Also, when I told the Batteries Plus clerk about the accident I had only moments before he was actually sympathetic and no chuckles came from him. Exactly what I would expect from a professional.

They gave me my phone back after paying 140 to fix the screen I got it back and the home button didn’t work they told me that it wasn’t there problem they couldn’t fix it because we signed the paper that says anything thing that happens to it after they fix the screen they wont help us with so now im stuck with my “fixed phone” that doesn’t even work.......please don’t waste your money like I did....I repeat dont!!

Bought batteries, they were bad, was told to being it back in, then the young new guy had the computer device thing and he deprogrammed my Altima key fob on accident a few months back and asked the manager on shift to fix it, he was unable to after 45 minso we went back on several occasions now to get them to fix it, dealt with attitude and excuses, then I went to the dealer to see if it can be fixed and it will cost me $180. this is horrible customer service. So now Im just out a key fob.

Jumped my car before leaving work and drove the 45 miles to the store to be greeted by a rude kid who said i cant do that. im the only one here. as though I should have known better than to ask. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! experience with the Brentwood location just getting a battery replaced in my iPhone. The Murfreesboro location went out to their way to assist me and get my phone repaired.They didnt have the part but they called around looking for someone who had the part. The two young men were very courteous and knowledgeable. I didnt speak with the owner but she made sure I was a satisfied customer before leaving the store.
They where awesome, brought my husbands phone in, we thought he needed a new port, all it was was dust in charger. They did not charge us anything, most places would have done repair without even checking the simple things first just to make the $$$

Arrived from SC with a dead CanAm battery. Zack not only gave us the tools we needed but was right there helping to put the battery in. And for non-CanAm owners, this is not just a disconnect and reconnect job. There are many pieces that have to be removed and even then it is a tight fit. Found just the right battery for my lawn tractor and they ensured it was fully charged when picked up.
I bought a motorcycle battery in August of 2010 from this store and upon the advice of the clerk got the upgraded model.It worked fine for one season (bear in mind I dont ride a lot) but its been requiring regular charging, as lately it wont hold a charge. It got to the point that it just wont charge at all.I removed the cover and found the battery is swelled up like a little pumpkin! So I left a message on their national website, as Im currently out of town. They were quick to reply, and after listening determined that it must be a problem with my bike or the charger... it couldnt possibly be a problem with the battery! :( All this over the phone - go figure.Lesson learned: Dont buy the upgraded battery, because youll just end up buying a new one every season. I try & give my business to local vendors, but in this case Id have probably been better off going to Walmart... I dont know why I thought Batteries Plus would stand behind their product.
Bought batteries for two car remotes on 10/14/17. They changed them and charged extra $8 for 2 minutes work, which they didnt tell me until we checked out. That little trick nearly doubles the price. Also bought a dozen CR123 for ARLO cameras. Went through two sets in less than 2 months, when previous sets lasted nearly three months. Feeling cheated, so Ill shop elsewhere for batteries from now on. Suggest you battery shop elsewhere too!
People are sorry when you buy key fob and have a receipt that you paid for and had to wait a week to get it and now they call the cops on you because you walk out with the store would your product because they want to program it to your car I told him I can do it myself because I am a mechanic so they threaten me with the police in Murphreesboro Tennessee I do not recommend no one to go with her unprofessional people

So I called and spoke with an employee named Zach Woten and explained my situation. Not only was he esxtremely helpful, he even offered to drive the battery over to me once he closed up, which I happily accepted. He went above and beyond what was asked of him to help make my night possible. I will be giving Zach and the rest of BPB my service indefinitely because customer service of that level is a rarity in ANY business. Thanks guys.
I will never buy from here again. I purchased a battery in 2013 and during the early winter of the same year i could tell the battery was going bad,and this only happens in cold weather. I took my car back to have the battery checked and was told it was my imagination and i should just drive the car more. the next year same situation, so this year it has gotten progressively worse that i am afraid my car wont start when I go out in the mornings. I took the car back again this week and had the battery checked and guess what.....all the sudden the battery is bad. REALLY???? I was told the battery was no longer under warranty and I will have to purchase a new one. I was treated like I was stupid and was female, I wouldnt understand how a battery works, in fact when the rep started waiting on me, he said you will just have to wait on the other employee to wait on you because Its time for me to get off work and he just left me standing there to wait on the other employee who already was waiting on someone else.. Of course all the sudden it is bad when the warranty is out. And all I was told was Oh Well, Its out of warrantyI was put off each time i went back to have the battery changed out until the warranty ran out. It is no way acceptable for a company to be able to get away with this. The battery was bad from the get go and they new this each time i took it to get checked.If you notice, all the positive reviews do not have a name by them but all the negative ones are actual customers. I assume the others are written by employees.
