I bought a new phone I thought. It was a used phone with the previous owners information. I have insurance on the phone. They tried to charge me $100 for another phone. They lie about a phone being new because the one I got was refurbished. They are crooks. Cricket Wireless is a joke.

I bought a phone and it was already broke. I tried to bring it back and explain to them that they sold me a defective phone...but they told me there wasnt anything they could do about it, and not in a pleasant way. The service there has much to be improved upon.

I tried to go in to get a new phone because I had accidentally dropped it in the pool, but when I got there I was met with an extremely rude woman that was completely useless in helping me. I thought we were all supposed to help each other out during this time in need in the world...I guess this woman just didnt get the memo.

Everyone that I have come in contact with has been very helpful and very nice. I would recommend my friends and family to go to this store to get them a phone. The prices are affordable and service is everywhere. Have had very little dropped calls and I live in the country.

Hayden was so awesome today. I live in Florida and my sister needed a phone. she lives in Murfreesboro due to fraud to her account she was not able to access her phone she needed a phone quickly. Hayden at the Cricket store was more than happy to help guide me in the right direction, not only did he help me by picking out a phone but he also helped my sister find a plan that was reasonable for her and she was very happy knowing that she was in and out and also had a great phone with a great deal I highly recommend this retailer ask for Hayden he knows his stuff.

Very helpful and quick service. Brought my own phone, switch to the Cricket service and out the door in 15 minutes.

Good prices but you only have a descion of 9 phones ..... Like where are all the phones ????? What sense does it make to have so little choices to choose from ? Other than that. they are straight I guess.

Worst staff at this store. Pure trash works there. Front counter person had 4 black teeth and the manager Shea not only lies but is rude af. I changed service the next day.

Their service get more signal than Verizon, Sprint, T-Moblie, Boost Moblie and, MetroPCS
