I wasnt going to post a review even after a bad experience I had w/ womens cut sizing a few weeks ago. But after getting a call back from Thomas today, I had enough. He quoted me one price, then called back & quoted another. I told him thanks, but Ill take my business elsewhere.On our first large order, I had all unisex & two womens cut. When I got them home, I noticed they womens cut shirts were very small. Like, two sizes smaller. I am a TRUE womens XL. I could not even move it was so tight. There was no way I could wear it. The other which was a 2xl could not be worn either. It too was two sizes too small. I sent an email of my concerns & what can we do to fix this. The reply from Megan was, After speaking with the owner, he stated the only reason we would reprint a shirt is if we messed up in some way or didnt do what the customer asked. We would not reprint your shirt because you ordered the wrong size. We ordered what you told us to print on.Shelby said we can print the shirts in the new size you would like for $11.65 each. Let me know how you would like to proceed. (which was discounted.)I explained to her that I did NOT order the wrong size, you all didnt inform me they were made small.I clearly ask Meghan when I came in to place our first order if they had the womens cut sample so I could see how it was made. They didnt have one. Had I seen the sizing, I could have ordered appropriately.Not only was that a disappointment, but after one wash, the print has already lightened drastically. -Horrible customer service. The owner, Shelby tried to sell me a sewing machine that was useless to him or me, an item that is not even for sale in his store. My wife and I both wanted to know the brand name and know how much he paid for it, so I asked him. He got offended and started questioning me about how much time and work it would take me and my wife to make our own shirts. I was interested in the machine because I am interested in making my own shirts because the customer service has been slipping over time, not sure if it’s because of familiarity and comfortably but professionalism should always come first. He told me he didn’t even know the name brand of the machine, which prevented us from price checking.-After the verbal exchange of why my wife wanted to do our own thing, he told me I would be taking money out of his business asking him for advice. A week later I spend over $200 on hats, embroidered, paid. I was told my logo wouldn’t fit, I could be refunded. Ok cool. But Lids and The Very Idea have no problem with my precious logo.-Very shady vibes from these guys here.-Customer emailed saying vinyl on shirt came off on first wash, owner told me it was possibly the customer’s machine or softener. Got refunded, ok.-I could go on but I’ll stop here and let you know that The Very Idea has picked up the slack of these rude and disrespectful guys here. Rocket Shirts does not appreciate or respect the hard work and money that is spent with them. I don’t know why it took me so long to switch to The Very Idea but even through this pandemic virus they have been nothing but understanding, quick, and respectful!

I have such an odd sense of style and a huge surplus of disposable cash, I usually have a hard time figuring out how to reconcile the two. It hit me one day as I was beating a circus monkey senseless....why not design and print up my own crazy t-shirts?! Lacking the equipment AND training with which this task would be completed, the search was on!
