Worst place ever. Dirty and their staff is rude. As a trucker its sad. All we expect is a hot meal and a place to park. The facility needs a total transformation and get rid of management. I watched in horror as a couple down on their luck was told they couldnt wait there for there ride, that dropped them one town away from their destination. No customer service they think its youre fault when they screw up, then get agrivated when you say something and try to say false aqusations. And blame you.

We always have stopped at pilots along the interstate. Its nice to have one local. Always clean and good food.

I reserved a shower on the app and watched it for 45 minutes waiting for my turn. It kept refreshing showing 3 people ahead of me. Finally went inside to find out the washing machine is broke so no clean towels.The ladies inside were very apologetic and said corporate had been made aware but they had no ability to notify Drivers through the app.Corporate, as your eyes and ears on the road could you please fix this issue?

Used to be open 24 hours a day, letting drivers get a hot meal at any time.Now you say Staffing issues is forcing you to close third shift, when, lets be real, the actual problem is your low wages for employees.If you paid people a proper wage, you wouldnt have any issue finding people willing to work in your store.I guess corporate greed is more important than feeding the people that keep food on your shelves.Shameful.

The most assuring thing about your closest neighborhood Pilot is the smell of urine in the truck parking lot. This also reassures me that living in a pandemic isnt that bad after all. Yours truly, Master P.

Dusty showers and limited parking. Great location but clean these showers. Customer service is ok but cleanliness is major with this pandemic. If there was a LOVES TRAVEL STOP NEARBY YOU GUYS WOULDNT HAVE SEEN ME HERE.

Im an owner operator expedite driver and this is one of my favorite stores. The store is clean and the employees are really nice. I travel all over and I dont price shop for my gas. I buy 99.9% of my fuel from Pilot or Flying J. I only buy from another store if there are no Pilot/Flying J s. Thanks for making my job easier.

We didnt go in. Hauling our 43 fifth wheel meant that parking here was nearly impossible. Not a good layout. No signs to direct traffic. No RV pumps that we could find which isnt that big of a deal, but we just wanted a place we could park and go in and grab something to eat. At 730am this place didnt have any parking for rigs of our size.

Not much care is given to this store. Not many cups in the fountain drink area, mens bathroom was disgusting my husband said, womens bathroom wasnt the cleanest, towels in the shower stink and are very scratchy. Theres a man in the store that is referred to as Young Joseph that you should not approach but PLEASE leave donations for him at the register to help feed him. Dont mistake him for a theif please bc hes not. I dont know his story but please donate money to feed him. I do applaud the staff for looking out for him.

Dirtiest Pilot in the country and manager doesnt care. Spoke to her and her response was oh well...Update: so they cleaned up after I complained and it stayed ok for a few months, but its right back to being disgusting again.

Great customer service, DeeDee at the front desk when above and beyond in helping with my prime parking reservation. She was very nice and helpful even helping me and my brother with our parking. Thank you DeeDee!

Stopped to get fuel and Arbys. Arbys told me I was not allowed to use my pilot points to pay for my food when they have the scanner and are absolutely part of the points network. The woman working was very rude. Absolutely rude. This place is damn difficult to get into, having to cross 3 lanes of traffic to even get in here and then back out. Avoid this place.

This parking lot and surrounding area are completely destroyed and trashed. Its stinks like piss. Every trash can is full or blown over. Inside is ok coffee is hot. Arbys is out of half their menu. People working are nice but it doesnt make up for the gross outside.

Tells you to pull off the scale but its impossible with all the illegally parked trucks in the way. Will scale else where next time.

This is a very large gas station and convenience store, with just about everything you could need for a road trip available here. The staff seems helpful, friendly and efficient and the pricing is not much higher than you might find in other stores.

Very limited parking, and what parking they have requires careful backing. It overcrowds by about 1600 at the latest. Inside they try and accomplish given their limited resources. They keep the showers and the bathroom clean. The lot layout is tricky when full. Pulling in and out of driveways can be an ordeal when traffic is ramped up.Truck wash keeps bank hours but will still work after hours for a fee

Its a truck stop, lime any other.

Often a frequent stop for me whether Im in my personal vehicle or my big truck I love to stop at Pilots but this one in particular honestly doesnt have a great entry for big trucks!

I came in on 2/19/21 after sitting on 24 east for 4hrs in the snow after a steer tire blow out. The lot was completely full, there was no parking anywhere and the manager Daniel over heard me asking about finding parking near by and made a safe parking spot for me. He even complimented my #BVM HOODIE! Cashiers at pilot and Arby’s showed outstanding customer service and the manager Daniel is truly God sent! 🙏🏾💙

Someone mustve forgot to make sure the body wash dispenser in my shower stall wasnt empty.

Disconcerting when I bring three dollars cash in order to get coffee and it’s not enough for a small regular coffee. Price gouging!

Typical truck stop, clean and orderly, staff curteous and kind. Seems to stay crowded tho. Overall meets my expectations... I can not say the same for the Arbys tho. Maybe they were short staffed...

Worst coffee in the world at this place. NASTY! A clean up around and probably in the coffee pots would be good.I didnt go into the mens room I did see inside when the door was opened, OMW, looked like a county dump it wad so bad, my hubby came out and said he couldnt use it because it was that bad. As far as womens room I was surprised it wasnt too bad.Also, yet another pilot with gas pump issues. Couldnt get a receipt, and we werent the only ones that needed receipts and couldnt get them from the pumps.The set-up of the pump islands is quite the cluster.

I am very disappointed & disgusted with this Pilot Truck Stop on how there customer service as well as there Not so cleanness of the woman restroom. Upon entering, the stalls were all dirty and you can tell that they dont practice thorough cleaning at all. I understand that as woman you would think we all should practice clean hygienes but sadly we are not all being brought up in the same household. Still with that being said, management should be checking behind there employees to make sure that are doing an accurate job as that is one of the requirements of the job description they were hired to do. Hopefully it well get better!!!!!!

Dont appreciate your own fuel truck leaving out the single lane entry driveway. They can turn around after offloading and leave the correct way. Screwed me up and couldnt pull in so I had to go drive around to find somewhere to get headed back.

The cleanest showers that I been to 👍🏻They had Fresh flowers and some mints, nice touch!

Friendly staff. More busy than most pilots. Small truck lot. Showers were clean but very small. Coffee machines down. Restrooms could have been checked more frequently since 2 stalls were down n only 2 working in womens... Laundry machines worked. Arbys inside.

Small place. Not tiny like the place in LaVerne. Block of parking at end of fuel Isle all reserved. Peon parking in back if you can find any. Seedy looking shop on site. Fuel lanes are small with usual take a 30 douche bags in them. Guys all parked in driveway. Most full sized spots have bobtails in them. Some obvious locals at home parked here. If you cant drive and park well dont try here. Off 24 take leftmost left turn lane (3 of them) Entrance on left at WEST end of bldg across 3 lanes of oncoming. Exit is the first exit you come to and likely full of parked trucks. Entrance easy to miss.

Big gas station with lots of stuff!!

Awful experience if you come during the early morning or late night hours. They have nothing ready to eat. They always put the tornadoes breakfast out to late and miss the morning rush. I was here today at 5:45 no coffee creamer hardly any coffee. Nasty bathrooms. They let truck drivers sit and sleep at the fuel island and probably shower too. I’ve only seen 3 good cashiers that are willing to help you out in any way and that’s on day shift. I stop here everyday because it’s on my route. But my company is considering a new fuel stop because of the poor experience with this place.

Fairly clean. Nice staff

This was just another gas station we stopped at while making our cross country road trip and this has been the only stop that made an impression. Very clean and well organized with a variety of international foods and were greeted by the teller upon entering. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and talked to us a bit about our trip. Will make a note to visit this same stop on our next road trip.

Typical pilot. Fuel prices were the lowest plus I can use my Good Sam discount. Clean restroom and fairly easy to get in and out of fuel island.

If I could give it negative stars I would bathroom smell trouble and dirty will never stop here again

This was a very nice Pilot Travel Center. It was clean, it was well-staffed. They had everything that anybody could ever need. The restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The gas prices were very competitive. There was plenty of gasoline Islands to gas up the car. There was plenty of parking in front of the building. Including enough handicap parking. Overall it was a nice experience

I love the Pilot Travel Center, they have very interesting stuff and informative.

One of those stops where people make their own spots and then block traffic. Not sure about the inside, but the parking lot is small and cramped.

Misty put a smile on me and my boyfriends face. She sure knows how to make someone feel welcomed in the store. One of the best pilot employees I have seen so far. Will definitely return when we’re back in area again.

I give the inside 5☆ and the fuel island 0☆ it was so dirty outside and had to go over four islands to get paper towels.I was happy we started fueling here again until I pulled in.The inside is always clean and great staff. Please take care of the outside!

No soap in shower number 6! However they have lots and lots of hand sanitizer that no one is buying! 💣😡

Best pilot off all the pilots. Big truck parking is tough but doable. Staff are awsome and everything is fully stocked and clean.. cold brew always available. Showers are clean, trash isnt overflowing. The back fence trash needs some attention. Love this place!

Helpful staff full of friendly people. Good sleection of trucking gear and food. Food is clean and was surprisingly good! I am used to truck stop food being bare bones edible but this was actually very good. Facility was clean but it is an older building.

I couldnt give the 5th star because this is an small older Pilot with somewhat tight parking, but dont stop with your first glance. The store is clean, well stocked and the employees couldnt be better. The showers are old, but clean and more than adequate. Arbys and Cinnamon. I was pleasantly surprised.

I love the Pilot Truck Stops across the US. This one in particular is one of my favs! The staff there are very polite, they take the time to personally help you. There showers and bathrooms are always very clean!!! The prices are not over the top either. They have a variety of food to eat, souvenirs of all sorts, magazines, and other much needed things to make your trip on the road more comfortable!

Decent truck stop that is generally clean with some of the better gas prices around. They now have a Dennys which is much nicer than before and the staff is generally friendly. Good stop on your way to/from KC if your car needs gas.

These pilots get 4 stars because of people that dont use everything at the pilot. Next to the shop theres a big pile of trash on the ground. Someones trimmed nails on the floor in the shower room, trash has used q-tips, etc. Added some photos for you who think this is a great truck stop

We stop by here at least once a month. The coffee is always fresh ! A great assortment of snacks. The restrooms are clean, as well.

On the glass poster say breakfast at 10:13 I get to 9:13 and the hot case empty. I ask and the cashier say they dont put nothing after all sale. I cant stay to munch on the fuel line that means need something fast grab and go. Because other trucker need to run, Abys take time because the line of customer.

The people working were nice...the coffee fresh, the showers were clean and all the usual Pilot fare was available. I take away 2 stars for how unclean the back lot behind the trailers were. Someone needs to get a rake and rake the debri up. Its been well over a year since it has been thoroughly cleaned. There is no place to walk that a person doesnt have to worry about stepping on something.And if Pilot owns that lot behind them they should expand their parking. At 7:00PM the lot was full. And more than a few of the spots were local trucks and bobtails with the guys having family pick them up. Convenient for them, but hard on the OTR driver who needs to shower or take a break by law...It is an appreciated stop, but could improve.

Our experience at this Pilot has been fantastic. As truck drivers, we cherish our showers. When we walked in to our shower, it was spotless and the mint left on the towel made our day. Kudos to the young man who details the showers after each person ! Thanks!!!

No problems mostly with google. Have had pretty much all good experiences Wish location sharing had a timeline to see friends history places they had been.

Stopped here during a recent road trip and have no complaints. The convenience store was clean and organized. They employees seemed friendly. There is an Arby’s inside which had great and timely service. The exterior of the building, including the pump area, was clean and did not look run down.

Always clean,cheapest gas,respectful employees..every time I travel thats my go to store

Friendly staff. The bathrooms are kept clean aside from a few messy travelers they definitely do what they can to keep it a nice place to stop. Gas is usually cheaper here than anywhere else. They also have great coffee.

Theyre all pretty nice and are pretty clean. . My fiancee was stuck there for awhile and we are from Indianapolis so it took me a min to get to her... She was aloud to sit inside to wait for mean they didnt hassle her

Bathrooms are decent. Nice selection of food and drink items. Very busy still even though its middle of the night. Good place to stop.

Nice and clean but very small parking lot. Watch a Schneider driver take his trailer across and bobtailers door mirror and then decide to take another parking spot, acted like nothing happened but he looked out his window and saw it. Whats wrong with people?

Lousy customer service all the way around. Id actually say rude..and Im trying to understand why he would have gave me the oldest chicken. Especially when fresh chicken was coming out... Everything was the old and cold..if I would have been starving I would have threw it at him

A good place to fill up gas tank and tummy-- with an ice cream treat from the freezer. Or fresh donuts, or a freezee drink-- so much to choose from!

Im a regular here, stop in just about everyday to get coffee. Most of the staff know me by name. They are always friendly and seem happy to see me.Good place with good folks.

I own small trucking company pilot flying j get roughly 24k per month from me. So pass by this dump stopped in to take a shower and I walked out with out even turning the shower on. Due to the filth. How is it I pay 24k a month yet you cant even use that money to clean the place?I bet I can find someone else to take my money who will provide clean accommodations. I am out .

This place is a cluster. Parking is rough (when it isnt full at noon). And getting out is made more difficult by trucks that park on the street. Good thing is Arbys and Cinnabon, but I wont bother with this place again.

There was a really bad storm coming through when I parked here for a couple hours waiting for the storm to pass. Many other travelers were here waiting out the storm; the place was packed. It was crazy busy and the womens restroom was still spotless and fully stocked.

I as a hitch hiker gotta have respect for places like this! Thanks you for a positive experience!

Very difficult to get in and out of. Granted the area is more congested that it was when the store was built. Otherwise no problems. In fact, the bathrooms are always very clean and the coffee has a consistently great taste. The associates are also quite friendly.

On of the best places in the world for coffee. I found some cinnabon rolls that were fresh and good!

Theres not enough parking spots for me, Plus its not expensive to repaint reserved in the parking spots.Thanks.
